Abstract

Krakatau Medika Hospital is a privately operated hospital in Cilegon. Employee performance appraisal is highly significant at each agency, where organizational goals can be reached by each employee, one of which is the achievement of work targets. Currently, Krakatau Medika Cilegon Hospital requires an employee performance appraisal system that can aid the assessment process by employing the proper approach but does not affect the assessment criteria or the assessment methodology that has been set. The employee performance appraisal method employed in the study and in determining the performance value is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) approach with four (four) criteria, including the Attendance Criteria, Performance Criteria, Attitude Criteria, and Infrastructure Criteria. This web-based system was created utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, the PHP programming language, and Sublime Text program management with MySQL and XAMPP databases. The findings of system testing using Black Box were performed by two (two) IT personnel to demonstrate that the system can work by user requirements. Calculation tests utilizing the system and instructions get the same results.

Abstract

The topic used in this research is to discuss the problem of public opinion on social media related to tourist destinations in Bekasi Regency by implementing the Naive Bayes algorithm to conduct sentiment analysis on existing opinions. This study aims to analyze public opinion on social media towards tourist destinations in Bekasi Regency using the Naive Bayes algorithm. The data used in this study are posts or comments from the public on social media facebook as much as 1000 data. The method of data collection is done manually. The data analysis technique in this study are changing non-standard words, labelling, text preprocessing and naive bayes analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that positive opinion dominates compared to negative and neutral opinions with the results obtained at F1 positive score 83.5%, F1 negative score 68.2% and F1 neutral score 59.5% with positive recall 81%, negative 82% and neutral 55% precision positive 85%, negative 58% and neutral 64% with an accuracy rate of 76%.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan masih menjadi permasalahan serius di Indonesia. Berbagai upaya terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan baik dari sisi kurikulum, ketersediaan sumber pembelajaran dan tenaga pendidik. Kualitas tenaga pendidik merupakan salah satu faktor meningkatnya kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Kenyataannya, masih banyak tenaga pendidik yang belum memiliki kemampuan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi khususnya teknologi informasi untuk alat bantu mengajar. Proses belajar mengajar seringkali monoton, membosankan, sulit dipahami, tidak menarik dan kurang interaktif, khususnya mata pelajaran matematika. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kemudian dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kompetensi guru matematika untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi (perangkat lunak) sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan identifikasi masalah melalui kunjungan kepada mitra kemudian menyepakati bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan. Tahap berikutnya adalah pembekalan antar tim untuk menyamakan persepsi, penetapan tanggal penting kegiatan, pengumpulan materi pelatihan, dan instrumen pendukung. Tahap berikutnya adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Aplikasi Microsoft Mathematics digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Hasil kegiatan memperlihatkan sebanyak 63.6% peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman penggunaan fitur Microsoft Mathematics (berdasarkan jumlah peserta yang mengisi skala angka 5 dari 1 - 5 yang disediakan). Tingkat skala 4 terkait peningkatan pemahaman sebanyak 27.3% dari peserta yang memberikan respon terhadap kuesioner post-test. Sisanya 9.1% memberikan skala angka 3 untuk tingkat pemahaman penggunaan fitur Microsoft Mathematics setelah pelatihan.

Abstract

Perangkat desa merupakan garda terdepan dari pemerintahan desa (PEMDES) yang bertugas membantu kepala desa dalam menjalankan urusan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan kemasyarakatan termasuk pelayanan administrasi. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, seringkali perangkat desa, khususnya di Desa Cening Kecamatan Cikedal Kabupaten Pandeglang mengalami kesulitan khususnya dalam mengakses informasi yang terbuka luas untuk melayani masyarakat. Tingkat pendidikan dan akses pengetahuan seringkali menjadi penghambat bagi para perangkat desa dalam memberikan pelayanan paripurna, terutama dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung proses pelayanan yang lebih baik. Ketersediaan infrastruktur pada dasarnya sudah memadai, khususnya di kantor / balai desa, seperti adanya saranya komputer (meskipun tidak cukup lengkap) dan jaringan internet kabel yang memang disediakan PEMDES untuk kebutuhan akses data dan informasi dari luar. Akan tetapi ketersediaan infrastuktur tersebut tidak diiringi dengan akses yang memadai untuk memanfaatkan infrastruktur tersebut untuk membantu dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih optimal bagi masyarakat. Sistem pengarsipan surat menyurat, data-data desa dan sebagainya kurang terkelola dengan baik. Permasalahan ini kemudian berimbas pada ketidak terlayaninya masyarakat dengan baik bahkan tata kelola administrasi serta sistem pengarsipan data kurang terkelola dengan baik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pendampingan kepada perangkat desa untuk dapat melakukan tata kelola administrasi berbasis teknologi informasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman perangkat desa agar dapat memanfaatkan infrastruktur yang ada untuk mengakses pengetahuan sesuai kebutuhan agar dapat membantu meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilakukan pendampingan secara berkala tentang optimalisasi teknologi informasi untuk tata kelola administrasi pedesaan. Adapun pendampingan yang dilakukan berupa pemberian workshop aplikasi office untuk kebutuhan administrasi desa.

Abstract

Geopark Youth Forum (GYF) merupakan komunitas yang dibentuk di bawah pembinaan dan pengawasan Badan Pengelola Geopark Bayah Dome, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten. Tugas utamanya adalah membantu Badan Pengelola untuk melakukan edukasi dan promosi kawasan wisata Geopark Bayah Dome serta pengelolaan wisata geosite yang dimilikinya. Kemampuan penggunaan teknologi digital memang sudah dimiliki oleh anggota GYF, namun optimalisasi teknologi digital tersebut untuk menatakelola sektor pariwisata masih belum memadai. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan digital skill bagi anggota GYF agar mampu mempromosikan, mengelola dan memasarkan kawasan wisata Geopark Bayah Dome, khususnya menggunakan platform Google My Business (GMB). Harapannya adalah, dengan kemampuan digital yang memadai mampu menciptakan peluang usaha pada sektor pariwisata sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian wilayah berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian diawali dengan tahap idenditikasi permasalahan, diskusi dengan mitra untuk penyusunan program kerja, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman tentang fungsi, manfaat serta penggunaan Google My Business untuk keperluan pengelolaan usaha pada sektor pariwisata. Hasil pre-test kemampuan peserta pelatihan memperlihatkan sebanyak 10% tidak mengetahui fungsi dan manfaat Google My Business, sedangkan sebanyak 21.1% menyatakan belum mengetahui cara pendaftaran platform GMB untuk kebutuhan pengelolaan usaha. Hasil post-test setelah pelatihan memperlihatkan semua peserta telah memahami fungsi, manfaat dan cara mendaftarkan usaha melalui platform GMB.

Abstract

Unsupervised learning is a subset of machine learning. Many unsupervised learning algorithms are used to solve various problems, especially the extraction of hidden data patterns. One of the problems that concerns unsupervised tasks is clustering. Clustering techniques are widely used for data grouping needs, one of which is development inequality clustering. The classification of development inequality is an important consideration in a country's regional development strategy. However, development groupings often do not pay attention to the hidden information aspects of the data, so they do not get the appropriate results. This research was conducted to provide an additional alternative in the realm of development inequality clustering, namely by classifying development data using the k-means algorithm. The data used is GRDP data for 41 regions in the western part of Java Island for the 2010–2021 range. The results show that the forty-one regions are grouped into four clusters. The first cluster (C1) contains 35 regions, the second cluster (C2) contains three regions, the third cluster (C3) contains four regions, and the fourth cluster (C4) contains three regions. Based on the cluster results, it can be seen that all members of cluster C4 are areas with the best level of development, while cluster C1 is the area with the lowest level of development. As for clusters C2 and C3, these are areas with development levels between clusters C1 and C4. The grouping results can be used by policymakers or local governments to determine the direction of future development priorities based on the cluster with the lowest level of development.

Abstract

Customers are the main goal of all business fields, without customers the company will not be able to continue or compete in the business field it is in, even though the company has brilliant products, if it does not have an increase in the number of customers the business will not be able to develop or even go bankrupt. Therefore, it is necessary to make observations and make applications that are able to predict customers who will subscribe so that companies can predict customers who will subscribe correctly without having to wait for confirmation from customers whose possibilities are still unknown. This can be very useful for any company because companies no longer need to look for random customers where it only takes time to find customers. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia with its product (Indihome) which is struggling to compete in the business world in the telecommunications and internet sector. Therefore research and development of this application are carried out so that PT. Indonesian telecommunications can get its customers quickly without having to spend a lot of money and effort. Making this application uses a classification method from machine learning technology based on customer historical data. The classification method has many strong algorithms for predicting variables that have more than 1 label. Some of the algorithms used are Logistic Regression, Random Forest Classifier, Support Vector Machine and Decision Tree which are provided by modules in the python programming language, namely SkLearn. The four algorithms will be tested with data balanced using the Oversampling method from the Smote algorithm to get optimal results in automatically predicting customers.

Abstract

As a lecturer, the ability to compile research manuscripts is a crucial skill to possess. However, there are still a significant number of junior and senior professors who frequently struggle with writing research papers. There are also many professors who are able to analyse data, but they struggle when it is time to incorporate it into manuscripts. This community service activity aims to assist lecturers in putting together research paper draughts, particularly for community service partners. In general, this activity can be divided into two distinct phases: preparation and implementation. Beginning preparatory activities include the identification of partners' problems and requirements, the creation of activity schedules, and ongoing dialogue between the service team and partners. This is done to level the perception of the carried out activities. Following the completion of the preparatory phase, the implementation of community service occurs. During the implementation phase, participants received training from two instructors using distinct materials. This community service activity uses workshops and resource sharing as its methodology. Before and after the activity, pre- and post-test questionnaires were distributed in order to assess the participants' understanding and knowledge. Community service activities have a significant effect on participants' comprehension when composing research paper draughts, as demonstrated by the findings. 67% of the participants who took the post-test indicated that they comprehended the preparation of research manuscripts based on the results of the data analysis. 33% of the remaining respondents indicated that they did not understand.

Abstract

Employee rankings can be done for various needs, one of which relates to year-end bonuses. So far, the awarding of year-end bonuses to research objects has only relied on one criterion, namely targets and achievements. In fact, there are many other indicators that can be assessed, such as attendance, discipline, communication style, cooperation, and initiative. This study aims to provide an alternative computation-based employee ranking method with multi-attribute decision making (MADM). The Elimination and Choice Translation of Reality (ELECTRE) technique is used in research to rank employee data based on their attribute values. The results of the study show that, of the ten employees assessed, four alternatives (employees) are recommended to be selected based on the results of a comparison of the dominant aggregate values. In this study, it can also be seen that alternative 6 (Alt-6) is the strongest alternative to be recommended for selection. Because alternative 6 (Alt-6) is not only better than alternatives 1, 4, 8, 9, and 10, but also better than alternative 3 (Alt-3) and alternative 4 (Alt-4). The order of the second, third, and fourth alternatives, respectively, are alternatives 5, 7, and 8. The recommendations of these four employees can be used as decision-making material for policymakers, given the need to award year-end bonuses.
