Abstract

Commodity of cooking oil is one of the nine basic ingredients that are strategic and have an important role in the Indonesian economy. Almost all levels of society use cooking oil for their daily needs or production needs. In the fourth quarter of 2021 until now, the price of domestic cooking oil rose significantly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fluctuations in world CPO oil prices and Indonesian CPO production on fluctuations in Indonesian bulk cooking oil prices. The writing method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression approach. The results showed that fluctuations in world CPO prices had an effect on fluctuations in Indonesian bulk cooking oil prices and Indonesian CPO production had no effect on fluctuations in Indonesian bulk cooking oil prices. So in this paper the author recommends the government to take anticipatory and preventive measures against the turmoil caused by fluctuations in the price of Indonesian bulk cooking oil, such as eradicating cooking oil cartels and programs to maintain people's purchasing power

Abstract

Doktrin Tri Dharma Eka Karma strata dasar pedoman TNI yang berisi tentang nilai-nilai dan komitmen terhadap negara, nilai demokrasi, perdamaian dan penggunaan kekuatan sebagai langkah terakhir. Studi Kualitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh infromasi tentang implementasi Doktrin Tri Dharma Eka Karma dalam strategi menjaga kepentingan nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini melibatkan teori kepentingan nasional dari Daniel S. Pap dengan pendekatan variabel ekonomi, ideologi dan keamanan negara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Doktrin Tri Dharma Eka Karma mampu menjawab tantangan dalam menjaga kepentingan nasional Indonesia di sektor ekonomi, ideologi dan keamanan negara. Yang dijabarkan melalui peran, fungsi dan tugas Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI). Menindaklanjuti temuan pada penelitian ini, maka pihak-pihak terkait dapat memaksimalkan peran TNI dengan bekerja sama di berbagai sektor bidang guna menjaga kepentingan nasional. Adapun keterbatasan yang terdapat pada tulisan ini menjadi peluang peneliti lain untuk menganalisa dengan faktor dan variabel lain yang lebih lengkap

Abstract

Poverty in Papua Province is an important problem faced by the Indonesian government because it involves issues of national security and defense. This quantitative study aims to obtain information about the Special Autonomy Fund, Regional Original Income and its effect on the percentage level of poverty in Papua Province. This study involves data from the Special Autonomy Fund, PAD and the percentage of poverty in Papua Province from 2004 to 2021. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS multiple linear regression statistics. The results of this study inform that local revenue does not affect the percentage of poverty but the Special Autonomy Fund has an effect on the percentage of poverty in Papua Province. In a defense perspective, the poverty level in Papua Province needs special attention because it involves non-military threats that can lead to the threat of conflict and security. Following up on the findings of this study, the Papua Special Autonomy Fund program is reviewed to continue and it is necessary to prepare a Grand Design for the governance of the Papua Special Autonomy implementation. so that it can be right on target and avoid deviations.
