Abstract

The background in this research is student achievement not yet reached the level of achievement maximal. Of which 74% of students have a GPA of <3.50. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of lecturer teaching style, and student learning behavior toward student achievement. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. Population in this research is student of semester V of Economic Education Program of Universitas Negeri Padang which amounted to 124 people with propotional random sampling technique. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect between teaching style lecturers and learning behaviour towards on the student achievement 2) There is a positive and significant effect between teaching styles lecturers towards on the student achievement, 3) There is a positive and significant effect between learning behaviour on student achievement.

Abstract

Pos Indonesia in increasing the marketing of its products by innovating with its products, especially in the digital market sector. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product strategy has on product marketing. This study uses a quantitative calculation method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 32 people. The technique of taking sample members in this study is done by saturation sampling technique that is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples, because the total population is equal to the number of samples, the number of sample members is 32 people. The results of this study have a significant effect between product strategy on product marketing at PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Tuhemberua, North Nias Regency.

Abstract

The implementation of education in vocational high schools involves many factors, including teachers as teaching staff. The main task of teachers according to Law Number 14 of 2005 is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate students. In carrying out the duties of teachers as educators, work performance is measured periodically through the assessment of teacher performance by the principal as the school leader. This study aims to find out whether there is an impact of the implementation of principal supervision on performance of teacher in the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli. The census method was used in this study, with a total of 87 samples drawn from the entire population. Data were collected by questionnaires. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used are descriptive statistical analysis and linear regressions. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained a score of 0.739 which means that the relationship between principal supervision and teacher performance was 73.9% and was categorized closely. The adjusted R Square value was 53.2% where the variance of teacher performance could be explained by the principal supervision variable, while 46.8% of teacher performance was explained by other factors who were not reseached in this study. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, These results show that tcounts (9,827) > t table (1.662) and the significance level of 0.000<0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant impact of the implementation of principal supervision on performance of teache in the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how management and School Operational Assistance at SDN 071167 Hilibanua have implemented management methods in a transparent, accountable, effective and efficient manner. The research method used is a qualitative type of approach, namely solving research problems by describing the conditions of the SDN 071167 Hilibanua school in managing School Operational Assistance funds based on actual facts in the field, using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results of the research are the management of Operational Assistance funds Schools at SDN 071167 Hilibanua have implemented management methods in a transparent, accountable, effective and efficient manner.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the production planning process at the tofu factory in Hiligodu Ombolata. What materials need to be provided in the production planning process at the Nias tofu factory? Tofu is one of the products of small and medium enterprises made from soybeans (Glycine Sp). This can be found in many areas. Starting from urban areas to rural areas, the tofu-making industry has begun to be developed. This study aims to solve any problems that become obstacles in the production planning process at the nias tofu factory, by using interview, observation and documentation methods, this is to provide benefits and facilitate the production planning process at the tofu factory.

Abstract

Regional autonomy encourages the central government to issue various laws and regulations to regulate relations in the field of employment. In the current era of globalization, one of the biggest challenges faced by the government in Indonesia, especially local governments is how to present government officials who are professional, have a high category work ethic, competitive advantage, the ability to adhere to bureaucratic ethics in carrying out work assignments. and its functions, and fulfill the aspirations of the people to be free from collusion, corruption, and nepotism. Professionalism is largely determined by the ability of a person or individual in doing a job according to the field of duty and their respective levels. The results of the work are more viewed from all aspects according to the portion, object, are continuous in any situation and condition and the period of completion of the work is relatively short. Through this research, researchers will find out more about how professional the employees work and the quality achieved by employees at the research location.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Nias Regency in reducing the risk of fire disasters in the Nias Regency area. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data with 7 informants. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research carried out show that several indicators are used as benchmarks for achieving performance or efforts from BPBDs, including organizational strategies that have an impact on encouraging change to the community directly which are influenced by the values ​​of organizational or agency activities, program strategies to form programs by involving several stakeholders and pay attention to three aspects, namely prevention, mitigation, and preparedness, resource strategy to conduct training and technical guidance in improving the ability of the apparatus, and to provide facilities that can be used by the community. The supporting factors for this activity consist of two factors, namely the first factor is raising united human resources to help the government to reduce the risk of fire disasters through the community/volunteer team and collaboration between agencies, secondly through the application of information systems that use technology tools to provide data and information about disasters in a comprehensive manner. fire special. The inhibiting factor of this activity consists of two factors, namely the first factor is climatic conditions with high heat which make the risk of fire higher. The second factor is human behavior and carelessness in illegally clearing land which can lead to forest fires.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini dilakukan sebagai wujud kepedulian terhadap pengembangan usaha kecil yang ada di kota Gunungsitoli. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yakniceramah bervariasi serta diskusi Sementara pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan edukatif, yaitu pendekatan yang dalam program maupun pelaksanaan pengabdian mengandung unsur pendidikan sehingga menciptakan masyarakat yang intelektual, serta mampu mendorong terwujudnya tujuan yang direncanakan. Pelatihan kewirausahaan yang merupakan salah satu dari bagian pengabdian kepada masyarakat, memberikan dampak positif ke arah kemajuan baik dari segi peningkatan skill  dari segi pengetahuan sehingga dapat berdampak pada peningkatan mutu produksi dan peningkatan perekonomian.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian : (1) mengetahui penerapan metode pembelajaran Qustion Student Have SMP Negeri 4 Ulu Idanotae, (2) untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu melalui penerapan  metode pembelajaran Qustion Student Have SMP Negeri 4 Ulu Idanotae.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 4 Ulu Idanotae dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VII  yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Instrumen penelitian (1) Lembar observasi, terdiri dari (a) lembar observasi untuk siswa yang tidak aktif dalam proses pembelajaran (b) lembar observasi untuk siswa yang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran (c) lembar observasi dalam proses pembelajaran responden guru. (2) Tes hasil belajar, (3) Lembar wawancara. Hasil penelitian: (1) Proses pembelajaran IPS Terpadu terperbaiki dengan menerapkan model Pembelajaran Question Student Have. Hasil pengamatan untuk siswa yang tidak aktif pada siklus I yaitu 23,8% dan pada siklus II menurun menjadi 18,8%. Rata-rata persentase siswa yang aktif pada siklus I yaitu 76,2% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 81,2%. Rata-rata hasil pengamatan dalam proses pembelajaran responden guru pada siklus I yaitu 67,61% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 90,38%, (2) Rata-rata hasil belajar baik  melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran Question student have. Rata-rata hasil belajar pada akhir siklus I adalah 63,441 tergolong kategori cukup dan pada akhir siklus II adalah  86,19 tergolong kategori baik. Persenatase ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I mencapai 47,61% sedangkan pada siklus II persentase ketuntasan belajar mencapai 90,47%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil observasi di SMP Negeri 3 Tuhemberua Satu Atap, yang selama ini guru hanya menggunakan model pembelajaran yang monoton (ceramah, dan tanya jawab), yang membuat siswa merasa bosan dan kurangnya rasa sosialisasi, komunikasi dengan sesama peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament menggunakan media teka-teki silang, untuk mengetahui kelayakan, kepraktisan serta hasil belajar dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament menggunakan media teka-teki silang. Hasil validasi materi oleh Validator I pada model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament sebesar 92,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak, hasil validasi materi oleh Validator II pada model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil validasi oleh Validator bahasa pada model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament sebesar 97,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak, hasil validasi oleh Vallidator desain pada model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament sebesar 90% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Kepraktisan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament oleh guru sebesar 95% dengan kriteria sangat praktis, hasil belajar siswa pada model pembelajaran dengan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 95%.
