Abstract

Pengenalan dan upaya dalam menanamkan kemampuan literasi pada masyarakat akan mempengaruhi karakter, menambah pengetahuan dan sebagai solusi dalam kehidupan. Namun pada nyatanya, minat baca masyarakat masih tergolong rendah. Survei yang dilakukan oleh Perpusnas 2015 menunjukkan bahwa hanya 35% aktivitas untuk membaca, artinya masyarakat hanya membaca buku sekitar 2 jam per hari, sedangkan 65% lainnya adalah aktivitas selain membaca seperti menonton TV dan bermain smartphone. Tulisan ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif dekskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar TBM atau Taman Bacaan Masyarakat salah satu lembaga nonformal yang menyediakan sarana bahan bacaan bagi masyarakat dan pendidikan karakterter kepada anak-anak untuk mengenalkan dan mengembangkan literasi, pengetahuan, dan andil dalam membentuk karakter anak-anak. Hasilnya TBM sebagai fasilitator bacaan masyarakat akan membentuk karakter kepemimpinan anak melalui aktivitas-aktivitas yang dilakukan seperti membaca buku-buku Islami mengenai kepemimpinan Rasulullah, pendidikan karakter, aturan bermasyarakat, bersilahturahmi dengan sebayanya, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan literasi kepada masyarakat dan mendukung program pemerintah Gerakan Literasi Nasional (GLN).

Abstract

The problem of malpractice is still a political work in the election process. Therefore, increasing public participation in the election process has an important and strategic role to improve the quality of Bawaslu. The political process is said to be a democracy if the involvement of the community has a supervisory role together with Bawaslu to participate in supervising the election, both during the campaign, calm period, election day until the election of people's representatives. This study aims to improve the integrity and oversight of Bawaslu as regulated in Law No. 7 of 2017 concerning Elections. This research wants to reveal how the efforts made by Bawaslu to realize democratic elections. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The collection process is carried out by library research which is analyzed by interactive model. The results of the study show the performance and concrete efforts made to realize the democratic elections in 2024.  Permasalahan malpraktik masih menjadi pekerjaan politik dalam proses Pemilu. Oleh karenanya peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses Pemilu memiliki peran penting dan strategis guna meningkatkan kualitas Bawaslu. Proses Politik dikatakan demokrasi apabila keterlibatan masyarakat mempunyai peran pengawasan secara bersama-sama dengan Bawaslu untuk turut sera mengawasi jalannya Pemilu baik masa kampanye, masa tenang, hari pemilihan sampai terpilihnya wakil rakyat. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan integritas dan pengawan Bawaslu sebagaimana diatur dalam UU No 7 Tahun 2017 Tentang Pemilu. Penelitiann ini ingin memunculkan bagaimana usaha yang dilakukan Bawaslu mewujudkan Pemilu demokratis. Penelitian ini menggunakan motode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan dilakukan dengan library reaserch yang dianalisis dengan interactive model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kinerja dan upaya konkrit yang dilakukan guna terwujudnya Pemilu demokratis tahun 2024

Abstract

This article discusses Muslim student movement is represented of Ikatan Pelajar Al-Washliyah (The Al-Washliyah Student Association) in Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. IPA focuses not only on aspects of cadre development and ideological reinforcement in society but is also actively involved in all societal developments, including politics. The narrative study raises the question of how the political movement played of IPA. The research findings explain in political activity starts from the philanthropic movement based in the community, i.e. raising funds and distributionto help the welfare of the society. Then, the new direction of IPA activities has been towards the political practice, whether done openly or privately with provide open support and call for the election of a particular regional head candidate.

Abstract

This article aims to explore Fahruddin Faiz's work entitled disappearing, finding one's identity, which is phenomenal, especially in relation to its philosophical content. Next, this article will explore the deep thoughts that are the driving force for change and a deeper understanding of the nature of oneself. By providing a systematic introduction to the traces of the philosophy of rationalism. This paper is a type of Library Research research with a descriptive approach. The research process began with an intensive study of the contents of the book, where every word and concept presented by Faiz was analyzed to explore an understanding of rationalism. Next, secondary data collection was carried out through searching for related literature in scientific journals, publications and trusted web sources. Data analysis uses content analysis in the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The findings provide confirmation that can connect the reality of rationalist thinking with life that is very close to us. Fahruddin Faiz in his book wants to emphasize that the activities carried out in everyday life are related to the philosophy of rationalism brought by Descartes. The substance in this book states that finding one's true self has substance that encourages humans to have an awareness of the importance of correct philosophy. By philosophizing correctly the process of finding the meaning of life will be achieved
