Abstract

Background : The Semarang City is included in the top 5 highest maternal mortality rates in Central Java. The Semarang City Government through the Semarang City Health Service seeks to reduce maternal mortality through the establishment of community health centers capable of Basic Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (BEMONC) with the support of the establishment of the Ambulans Hebat program. Public Health Services of Bangetayu is a community health centers capable of BEMONC that continues to contribute to maternal mortality in the last 3 years with the highest number of high risk pregnant women and the largest number of complications pregnant women. This study aims to analyze the opportunities for synchronizing the Ambulan Hebat program in supporting the implementation of community health centers capable of BEMONC at the Bangetayu Community Health Center.Methods : Qualitative research with a descriptive analytic approach through in-depth interviews. The variables studied were elements of partnership (shared interests, openness & trust, clear & measurable goals, willingness to sacrifice, and mutual benefit) by using analysis of supporting factors and inhibiting factors (Force Field Analysis).Result : The results of this study indicate that the Ambulan Hebat Si Cepat program in supporting the implementation of obstetric and neonatal services in the Public Health Center of Bangetayu based on the element of partnership has a great opportunity to synchronize. There are 4 elements of partnership that are supporting factors are the aspects of openness & trust, clear & measurable goals, willingness to sacrifice, and mutual benefit.Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that the Health Office of Semarang City make policy regulations to regulate program coordination, conduct routine internal coordination, and create operational standards for special coordination procedures.

Abstract

Background : The elderly health care service in Health Center aimed to help meet the needs of the elderly to stay healthy and independent. To increase the number of advanced age coverage in obtaining health service efforts, the Puskesmas will make efforts outside the building that is one of the elderly posyandu. Advanced health care is not utilized optimally, it affects the lack of advanced health care coverage so that the quality of advanced health status will decline. Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the utilization of elderly health services in the Semarang City Health Center Work Area.Methods : This research was a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 42,679 elderly with a sample of 70 respondents. The sampling technique with random sampling techniques and data collection using a questionnaire with relationship analysis using the Spearman rank test.Results : The results showed that there was a relationship between attitude (p = 0,048), trust (p < 0,001), access (p < 0,001), role of cadres (p < 0,001), role of health workers (p < 0,001), family support (p = 0.015), facilities (p < 0,001), and perception of susceptibility of the disease (p=0.002) respectively to the utilization of elderly health services in the Semarang City Health Center Work Area.Conclusion : There was a relationship between attitudes, beliefs, access, the role of cadres, the role of health workers, family support, facilities, and perceptions of support with the utilization of elderly health services in the Semarang City Health Center Work Area.

Abstract

Background: One dimension of health care is characterized by patient waiting time. Waiting Time is a component that has the potential to cause satisfaction. Based on the results of preliminary studies that have been conducted at William Booth Hospital in Semarang related to patient waiting time and patient satisfaction is still not optimal.Methods: This research is a survey study using quantitative cross-sectional nature, on the participation of BPJS outpatients in the Eye Clinic. Sampling using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 95 people. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and mutivariate analyzes.Results: The results showed the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients was 72.6%, cognitive aspects (p-value 0.001) with an OR value = 9.605, and affection aspects (p-value 0.002) with an OR value = 8.038.Conclusion: There is a significant difference between cognitive aspects and affection aspects with patient satisfaction. Cognitive aspects became the most dominant variable affecting patient satisfaction.
