Abstract

Reproductive health information including STIs and HIV/AIDS has been provided in community health center. In fact, the level of adolescent knowledge in terms of sexual health and its risks is still low. This study aims to identify adolescent needs of information services on sexual and reproductive health including STIs and HIV/AIDS. All adolescent aged 15 to 19 years in Ngesrep village were recruited as a sample. There were 237 adolescents participated in this cross sectional study. The findings showed that half of them have low level of knowledge, nearly half have permissive sexual attitudes, 15% have engaged in sexual intercourse. Adolescents need comprehensive information including pregnancy, sexual diseases and HIV/AIDS which provided by health workers at school health programs.

Abstract

Abstract

Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang pada tahun 2008, sebanyak 110kunjungan ibu hamil ke VCT, 5 ibu di antaranya positif HIV dan pada tahun 2009 sebanyak368 kunjungan ibu hamil ke VCT, 14 ibu di antaranya positif HIV. Walaupun ada peningkatanjumlah ibu hamil yang melakukan tes HIV, namun jumlahnya masih sedikit. Pada tahun 2010ibu hamil yang melakukan tes HIV pada kegiatan mobile VCT di wilayah kerja PuskesmasBandarharjo sebayak 193 orang dari jumlah ibu hamil yang mengakses layanan antenatalsebanyak 706 orang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi perilaku ibu hamil untuk tes HIV.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatifdengan rancangan Explanatory Research dengan pendekatan cross sectional . Besar sampeladalah 180 orang.Analisa data secara univariat, bivariat dengan chi-square dan multivariatdengan regresi logistik.Hasil Menunjukkan sebagian besar responden (51,1%) rmengikuti tesHIV. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku ibu hamil untuk tes HIVadalah dukungan suami. Variabel yang berhubungan terhadap perilaku ibu hamil untuk tesHIV adalah variabel pengetahuan, persepsi kerentanan, persepsi halangan, persepsi manfaat,isyarat bertindak, akses informasi, dukungan suami, dukungan bidan dan dukungan kader.Kata Kunci: perilaku ibu hamil, tes HIV,kelurahan bandarharjo dan tanjung mas,semarang Behavior of Pregnant Woman for HIV Testing in Bandarharjo and Tanjung Mas SemarangCity; Based on data from Health Departement of Semarang City 2008, total of 110 visits toVCT of pregnant women, 5 of whom were HIV-positive mothers and in 2009 as many as 368visits to the VCT of pregnant women, 14 of whom are HIV-positive mothers. While there arean increasing number of pregnant women tested for HIV, but the numbers are still small. In2010 pregnant women tested for HIV at VCT mobile activities in the region of BandarharjoPublic Health there were 193 people from the number of pregnant women accessing antenatalcare as much as 706 people. This study aims to determine the factors that influence behaviorof pregnant women for HIV testing. This study uses quantitative methods with explanatoryresearch and cross sectional approach. The sample size was 180 people . Univariate dataanalysis used, chi-square bivariate and multivariate used logistic regressionResults showed the most respondents (51.1%) followed HIV test. The most dominant factorthat affected behavior of pregnant women for HIV testing was husband’s support. Variablesrelated to behavior of pregnant women for HIV testing were variable knowledge, perceivedof vulnerability, perceived of barriers, perceived of benefits, cues to action, access toinformation,husband’s support, midwife’s support and cadre’s support.Keywords:behavior of pregnant women, HIV testing, bandarharjo and tanjung mas,semarang

Abstract

ABSTRACTSexual behavior as every conducts driven by sexual desire, either for other sex or even same sex. The purpose of this research to recognize Adolescent Sexual behavior in localization area of Sidoarjo regency. It is done a research due to still high adolescent sexual behavior happened in localization. This research as quantitave research with cross-sectional sampling with minimally sample size. This research performed in localization of Sidoarjo regency done by assessing adolescent in questionnaire sheet. Population of the research is teenager who lived at localization area of Sidoarjo regency as 221 respondents with sample of 140 respondets. Become inclusive criteria that is teenage who lived around localization area, age 12-18 years old, unmarried, not prostitute and ready to be respondent. Which become dependent variable and independent variable are sexual behavior. Data collected then processed by using chi square test indicating that p value > 0,05. Conclusion of this research show there is adolescent sexual behavior in localization area of Sidoarjo regency.Keywords: sexual behavior

Abstract

HIV test is the only way to determine a person including former migrant workers contracting HIV / AIDS or not. Practice of HIV test is strongly influenced by intention to do it. This research is quantitative research with cross sectional nature explanations by using a questionnaire. Samples are former migrant workers in five districts in East Lombok taken by simple random sampling technique were 121 respondents. The results based on univariate test found 28.9% of respondents intend to conduct HIV tests. Factors associated with the intention of respondent to do an HIV test from the results of bivariate tests (chi-square test), namely the factors of knowledge about HIV / AIDS & HIV testing, attitudes toward HIV / AIDS & HIV testing and factors of self-efficacy perceptions of respondents to test for HIV. Multivariate analysis (logistic regression) found that there are two variables that influence intention to perform an HIV test that is self-efficacy variables (OR = 17.277 times) and the variable attitudes towards HIV / AIDS (OR = 7.4 times).

Abstract

ABSTRAKPendidikan seksualitas adalah salah satu cara untuk mengurangi laju pertumbuhan seksual pranikah remaja yang dapat diberikan di rumah ataupun di sekolah. Pendidikan seksualitas di sekolah yaitu termuat dalam Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan 2006 pada mata pelajaran biologi, agama, pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan serta bimbingan konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan Explanatory Research dan pendekatan cross sectional. Besar sampel adalah 120 orang guru SMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden yang memiliki persepsi mengajar baik (50,8%) dan persepsi mengajar kurang (49,2%), kemudian berdasarkan mata pelajaran responden yang memiliki persepsi mengajar baik yaitu pada guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran biologi (53,3%), agama (56,7%), pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan (53,3%) dan bimbingan konseling (40%). Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap persepsi mengajar guru SMA dalam memberikan pendidikan seksualitas pada siswa/siswi SMA di Kota Pekanbaru adalah variabel persepsi guru SMA dari ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap.Kata kunci : Persepsi mengajar, Guru, Pendidikan seksualitas  ABSTRACTPerception of high school teachers to teach in providing sexuality education to high school students in the city of pekanbaru; based on reports sexuality education is one way to reduce the rate of adolescent premarital sexual growth that can be provided at home or at school. Sexuality education in schools is contained in the Education Unit Level Curriculum of 2006 on the subjects of biology, religion, physical education and health, and guidance counseling. This study uses quantitative methods to the draft Explanatory Research by cross sectional approach. The sample size is 120 high school teachers. The results showed that respondents who have the good teaching perception (50.8%) and the less teaching perception (49.2%), then based on the subjects of respondents who have the good teaching perception is the teacher who teaches biology subjects (53.3%), religion (56.7%), physical education and health (53.3%), and guidance counseling (40%). Factors that influence the teaching perception of high school teachers in providing sexuality education to high school students in the city of Pekanbaru is the perception variable of high school teacher from the availability of facilities and complete infrastructure.Key words : perception of teaching, teachers, sexuality education

Abstract

ABSTRACTEast Java Province in 2014 is the second of a number of provinces in Indonesia which has the prevalence of HIV/AIDS , in Bojonegoro (2015) being the order to -8 from 38 districts/cities in East Java as many as 718 cases of HIV/AIDS , in hospital Class B Dr . R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo district of Bojonegoro (2015) there were 178 people in inpatient and outpatient 1126 people with HIV/AIDS cases and 819 pregnant women only 6 were examined HIV in PMTCT services. This research will be conducted to analyze and describe the implementation of the PMTCT program In the Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. This research is a qualitative descriptive exploratory with technique -indepth interviews against 5 key informants (5 Midwifes and 3 Specialist Doctors) and 5 informants triangulation (2 Midwiifes and 3 mothers who follow the PMTCT programs). The results are In the Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro haven’t the relevant Director’s SK PMTCT program, but the program is alreadyrun by Director’s SK of Organizational Structure of KPA in Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo district of Bojonegoro which there PMTCT program implementation team as much as 5 people Midwives (which is already implementing PMTCT training Midwives 3) but never implement PMTCT program socialization to other health personnel at the hospital. PMTCT program is only implemented prongs 3 and 4 only, whereas prongs 1 and 2 has not been implemented because the patients who visit the PMTCT services are integrated in the KIA services only pregnant women, while the given information PMTCT and HIV testing is also only pregnant women who are at risk only , not on any pregnant women who visit. While it has never been no regular schedule related to evaluation and monitoring of the KPA and Bojonegoro District Health Office, but Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo district of Bojonegoro regularly every month a report on the case of HIV/AIDS.Keywords: HIV/AIDS , pregnant women , PMTCT .

Abstract

ABSTRAKCakupan ASI Ekslusif di Puskesmas Gondokusuman I pada tahun 2010 dan 2011 berturut-turut adalah 27,1% dan 33,7%. Sedangkan cakupan ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Gondokusuman II 7,7% (2010) dan 12,7% (2011). Hal ini masih sangat jauh dari target nasional 2010 yaitu 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan niat Ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI Eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gondokusuman, Kota Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Observasional analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel berjumlah 106 Ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adalah sebagian besar (67,9%) responden memiliki niat yang rendah untuk memberikan ASI Eksklusif. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan (nilai p<0,05) dengan niat Ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif adalah pendidikan responden (nilai p=0,000), pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif (nilai p=0,000), sikap terhadap ASI eksklusif (nilai p=0,000), norma-norma penting terkait pemberian ASI Eksklusif (nilai p=0,002), dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan (nilai p=0,000). Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap niat Ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif yaitu dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai OR yaitu 10,543.Kata kunci : niat, ibu hamil, ASI eksklusifABSTRACTSupport of Health Employees to Increase Pregnant Woman Intention to Exclusive Breastfeding at Puskesmas Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta; The coverage of exclusive breatfeeding at Puskesmas Gondokusuman I continued in 2010 and 2011 is at 27,1% and 33,7%. The coverage of exclusive breatfeeding at Puskesmas Gondokusuman II is at 7,7% (2010) and 12,7% (2011). It is away from national targets 2010 at (80%). The aim of the research is to analysed the factors associated pregnant woman intention to exclusive breastfeding at Puskesmas Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta. The type of this research was observasional analysis with cross sectional approach, the sample of this research was 106 pregnant woman. The results showed that at least of responden has low intention (67,9%) to exclusive breastfeeding. The bivariate analysis results on the variables associated (p value<0,05) with pregnant woman intention to exclusive breastfeding were education (p value =0,000), knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding (p value =0,000), attitude toward exclusive breastfeeding (p value =0,000), importance norm toward exclusive breastfeeding (p value =0,002), and health employees support (p value 0,000). The results of logistic regression test showed that the most influenced variable of pregnant woman intention to exclusive breastfeeding was health employees support with OR value was 10,543.Keywords : intention, pregnant woman, exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

ABSTRAKTerobosan Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi Jawa Timur bekerjasama dengan UNICEF menyusun buku pegangan kesehatan remaja pada tahun 2008 yaitu Buku Kesehatan Remaja dan Buku Info kesehatan Remaja. Sasaran pengggunaan buku ini adalah semua remaja. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalis pemanfaatan Buku Kesehatan Remaja dan Buku Info Kesehatan Remaja dalam meningkatkan Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research, menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional, besar sampel 267 siswa. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar pemanfaatan Buku Kesehatan Remaja dan Buku Info Kesehatan Remaja baik ( 52,1 % ). Variabel yang berhubungan dengan Pemanfaatan Buku Kesehatan Remaja dan Buku Info Kesehatan Remaja adalah pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi peran guru UKS , persepsi sosialisasi , persepsi kegunaan dan kemudahaan penggunaan. Variabel yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Pemanfaatan Buku Kesehatan Remaja dan Buku Info Kesehatan Remaja adalah Persepsi tentang Peran Guru UKS dengan OR=18,517 dan Persepsi tentang Sosialisasi buku kesehatan remaja dengan OR=5,622. The variables related to the use of Adolescent Health Book and Adolescent Health Information Book areknowledge, attitude, the role of teachers’ perceptions of UKS , perceptions of socialization ,perceived usefulness and ease of use. The variables that significantly affect the utilization of Adolescent Health Books and Books on Adolescent Health Info are the role of teachers’ Perceptions of Students Health Center or UKS OR=18,517 and Perceptions about socialization dealing with Adolescent Health Book OR=5,622 .
