Abstract

Gereja Kristen Protestan Simalungun (disingkat GKPS) adalah sebuah Gereja Kristen dari daerah Simalungun yang dirintis oleh zendelling (pengabar Injil) dari Rheinische Missionsgesellschaft (RMG). Mitra yang menjadi sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah 30 pemuda pada Komunitas Pemuda GKPS Batam. Project kegiatan yang mengambil tema Radikalisme dan Rasisme di kalangan pemuda ini adalah tugas dari mata kuliah Kewarganegaraan di Universitas Internasional Batam. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah turut berperan serta dalam mencegah terjadinya Radikalisme dan Rasisme dalam komunitas tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada project ini adalah sosialisasi dan diskusi antara pembicara dan para pemuda. Kesimpulan yang bisa diambil dari sesi sosialisasi dan diskusi yang telah dilakukan antara lain Konsep Radikalisme dan Rasisme menyebar dengan cara yang berbeda. Di era teknologi informasi saat ini, pengetahuan tentang Radikalisme dan Rasisme menyebar lebih cepat melalui media sosial. Akibatnya, banyak dampak negatif yang muncul dari penyebaran Radikalisme dan Rasisme. Dampak tersebut sangat berbahaya bagi bangsa dan negara, khususnya generasi muda. Untuk itu, diharapkan gereja mengajarkan kepada generasi muda, mulai dari anak-anak dan remaja, bagaimana berperilaku dalam hidup seperti yang telah Tuhan ajarkan dan gambarkan. Tugas Gereja dalam menghadapi bahaya Radikalisme dan Rasisme yang mengancam generasi muda adalah membangun kehidupan beragama yang matang, menghayati spiritualitas keagamaan, mampu mengendalikan diri dan berkontribusi dalam pencarian keadilan dan kesetaraan, serta kemanusiaan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan bahwa para pemuda dalam Komunitas Pemuda ini mendapatkan pengetahuan yang cukup untuk dapat berperan aktif dalam membangun budaya pendidikan yang kondusif, berprestasi, saling menghargai dan jauh dari tindakan kekerasan dan ujaran kebencian. Untuk kedepannya diharapkan kegiatan semacam ini bisa mencapai komunitas- komunitas lainnya di kota Batam dan sekitarnya dengan menyampaikan materi atau tema yang berbeda sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Inflation is a condition of an increase in the price of commodity goods as a result of an economic situation that occurs in a country. Inflation has recently occurred in Indonesia, which is a follow-up impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic that has spread in Indonesia for more than 2 years. The inflation received complaints from the public because the significant increase in the price of goods made it difficult for them to meet their daily needs. What's more, many employees are threatened with layoffs because of the company's inability to pay employee salaries. This resulted in the use to make the employees. This study aims to analyze the government in dealing with policy problems as a result of rising inflation that occurred in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method, with a literature study design, which is carried out by searching for data and information from various sources and previous research that supports this research. The results of the study show that the government applies various and assistance to the community as a solution to overcome post-inflation disasters, such as new jobs, promoting economic activities, and improving the skills and expertise of the workforce.

Abstract

Basically PT Gojek Indonesia is a company engaged in transportation services that offers various types of services that can connect Gojek partners with customers. Gojek has been operating since 2010, but at that time its services were still limited to online motorcycle taxis. However, as time goes by and the business strategy implemented, Gojek is growing rapidly to achieve a turnover of IDR 29.8 trillion in 2022. Gojek services are now much more varied, not only online motorcycle taxi services but also providing Gocar, Gosend services. , Gofood, Gomart, GoBox, Goclean, GoMassage, GoTix and so on. The business strategic management implemented by Gojek is by utilizing digital media, such as social media, paid advertisements, as well as YouTube and Google content to market and promote its business. In this case, Gojek carries out its promotions by placing paid advertisements on Youtube, making tick-tock, or by making reels on Instagram with interesting animated videos to disseminate and popularize Gojek products to the wider community. This study aims to analyze the application of business strategic management at PT Gojek Indonesia. This research has a qualitative approach, by obtaining data through case studies and literature review of supporting data and information about PT Gojek Indonesia. The results of the study show that PT Gojek Indonesia implements an effective business strategic management to be able to achieve its success in the Indonesian service industry.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the application of digital transformation on international company Starbucks, which is a popular and huge scale coffee company which have more than 20,000 amount of outlets worldwide, towards its competitiveness advantages. Abstract

Today, the use of chemical fertilizers is increasing, where more and more people are using chemical fertilizers to accelerate plant growth. In fact, chemical fertilizers have many harmful ingredients that need to be anticipated. Therefore, the production of organic fertilizers from blood clams can be a prospective business opportunity, because in addition to utilizing waste materials that are difficult to decompose, they can be used for the production of useful things, one of which is to support the acceleration of plant growth but with environmentally friendly materials. This study aims to analyze the business development prospects of organic fertilizer from blood clam shells. The research method used is a quantitative method, with data collection techniques through distributing surveys containing questionnaires to respondents who are then processed and further analyzed using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that organic fertilizer from blood clams has positive business prospects because it is beneficial and environmentally friendly.
