Abstract

Investors conducted that earnings was one of the stock’s price indicators. The substitution of accrual basis accounting information to cash basis accounting information was such a big issue since there were much critical ideas across accrual basis accounting information. The aim of this research was to recognize the impact of that substitution, by comparing the earnings in predicting the stock’s price when depreciation was included and when it was substituted by capital expenditure. Linier regression model, the comparation of determination coefficient (R2) between two equations and p-value were used to test the hypothesis and to determine the significance level of the model. This research’s samples were the manufactured companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange which was consistenly listed in the crisis period, from 1997-2002 and 2008-2013 and it was found that accrual basis depreciation had more information content than cash basis capital expenditure component that could not indicate the stock’s price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak restrukturisasi perusahaan terhadap Turnover intention karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PD. BPR Bank Jogja Yogyakarta dan sampel yang diambil sejumlah 42 responden. Pengambilan sampel secara stratified random sampling. Hipotesis 1 bahwa, Restrukturisasi berpe-ngaruh terhadap Turnover Intention. Hipotesis 2 bahwa, job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention. Hipotesis 3 bahwa, job insecurity mampu menjadi pemoderasi dari pengaruh restrukturisasi terhadap Turnover intention. Uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Restrukturisasi berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention. Sedangkan job insecurity tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention dan bahwa job insecurity tidak mampu menjadi pemoderasi dari pengaruh restrukturisasi terhadap Turnover Intention.

Abstract

The aim of this research was focused to determine the impact of Employee Engagement and Employee Value Proposition to Performance. The reliability and validity test was conducted to 30 respondents and the result showed that all questions item were proven valid and reliable to be used in further research analysis. Populations in this research were the employees of PT. Bank Mega, Tbk. Branch Office Semarang. Questionnaire wasused to collect the data in the amount of 50 respondents. This research used SPSS to analyze and the result of the regression analysis indicated that the Employee Engagement and Employee Value Proposition had a significant effect to Performance. The result of Path Analysis indicated that Employee Value Proposition could be a moderating variable between the impact of Employee Engagement to Performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research was focused to determine the impact of Talent Management to Employee Retention in the case of Millenials Workforce. Previous research found that Human Resource Development Manager were dealing with Y Generation who had a unique work ethic, so it needed a different retention of employee. The reliability and validity test was conducted to 30 respondents and the result showed that all questions item were proven valid and reliable to be used in further research analysis. Populations in this research were the millennial employees. Questionnaire was used to collect the data in the amount of 60 respondents. This research used SPSS to analyze and the result of the linier regression analysis indicated that the Talent Management had a significant effect to Millenials Workforce Employee Retention.Keyword: Talent Management, Millenials Workforce, Employee Retention

Abstract

The research is aimed at recognizing the effect that the quality of service, facilities, word of mouth can have on patients’ satisfication at the Health Care Clinic, Nanggulan, Kulon Progo. The method of colecting data on this study uses interviews, observations, and questionnairies by non probability sampling techniques of 80 respondents and data analysis using t, test F, and liniear regression. Based on the results of the study, regression equations are obtained as follows: Y=0,714 + 0,254 (X1) + 0,124 (X2) + 0,583 (X3). Research shows that the quality of service, facilities, and word of mouth, have a positive and significant impact on the patient’s satisfication. Simultaneously demonstrated that the quality of service, facilities, and word of mouth are significant to the patient’s satisfication. Studies of the three independent variables jointly affected the patient’s satisfication. Coefficient determinations in this study are 0,627 or 62,7 %.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Magelang Regency, Central Java. Focusing on Carikan Hamlet, Kadiluwih Village, Salam District, Magelang Regency, in the 2020/2021 school year. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities and advertising on visitor satisfaction at Pasar Minggu Kliwon Watu Lumbung. This research is a research that focuses on the quality of services, facilities, and advertising on visitor satisfaction at Pasar Minggu Kliwon Watu Lumbung. The data collection method in this study used observation and questionnaires through purposive sampling techniques. The samples used were 80 people. Data analysis used t test, F test, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the quality of service and advertisements had a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, while facilities had no effect on visitor satisfaction at Kliwon Watu Lumbung Sunday Market because in reality not all visitors used the facilities provided by the Kliwon Watu Lumbung Sunday Market management, such as toilets. In general, the management committee of the Kliwon Watu Lumbung Sunday Market has provided comfortable public toilet facilities, but visitors are more interested in trying simple toilets owned by local residents who are on the river because they are considered more unique. Simultaneously shows that the quality of service, facilities, and advertising have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Adjusted R Square in this study is 0.617.
