Abstract

Peningkatan produksi hasil olahan budidaya udang dan ikan sangat bergantung pada pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengolah udang dan ikan menjadi produk perikanan bernilai ekonomis tinggi. Pada sisi lain, pembudidaya di Desa Majannang, Kecamatan Maros Baru, Kabupaten Maros belum memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan udang dan ikan secara mandiri. Untuk itu maka Universitas Bosowa dalam kegiatan program Matching Fund Kedaireka yang merupakan kerjasama antara Universitas Bosowa dengan Kemendikbud Ristek dengan Mitra PT. Bosowa Isuma melaksanakan alih teknologi pengolahan produk udang dan ikan frozen. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan pembudidaya udang dan ikan serta terlaksananya optimalisasi program merdeka belajar kampus merdeka (MBKM) dalam mengolah produk udang dan ikan frozen. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan pertisipatif dalam kegiatan ceramah, diskusi. Hasil pelatihan ini adalah terciptanya pemahaman, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pengolahan udang dan ikan frozen. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan program ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan program kedaireka ini pembudidaya udang dan ikan di desa Majannang optimis bisa memproduksi produk udang dan ikan frozen untuk meningkatkan nilai jual hasil budidaya udang dan ikan.Kata kunci: Produk udang dan ikan frozen, alih teknologi, PT. Abstract

Environmental sanitation issue of major importance to householders in rural areas a factor associated with Aedes aegypti abundance, so it takes efforts to overcome the spread of dengue disease, because dengue disease can cause danger of death. Dengue fever (DF) is a contagious disease and a relatively abbreviated time can be fatal if not treated immediately. Dengue fever are caused by dengue virus is transmitted through bite of Aedes aegypti. This study aims to know the associated of water storage container and prevention behaviour with dengue fever in Pontap, Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. The study used observational (survey) with cross sectional approach. The sample used 88 houses, by random sampling, and the data was collected by direct interview using questionnaires and surveys. Analysis of research data used statistical yate's correction comparing the value X2 (3.84). The research result showed that the respondents who have water storage good and suffering dengue 9.7%, respondents who did prevention behaviour and suffering dengue 9.7%. Therefore, there should be improvement of information to public to pay attention of environmental conditions, active participation of all components society for prevention and support from government in prevention of dengue fever, give motivation to health service providers to support the implementation of the eradication of aedes aegypti mosquitoes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on student character in the environment at SD Islam Athirah Bukit Baruga Makassar. This type of research is a survey. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The sample in the study was 42 people. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) teacher competence in managing learning and student character in the environment at SD Islam Athirah Bukit Baruga Makassar is in the high category, and (2) there is a positive influence of teacher competence on student character in the environment at SD Islam Athirah Bukit Baruga Makassar, with a regression coefficient of 0.867 means that if teacher competence is increased it will have a positive effect on student character in the environment of 0.867 of the magnitude of the increase in teacher competence.

In making a business plan, students do not have the ability and knowledge about business, innovative products, marketing, financing and choosing a good business. The purpose of this training is to equip students with enough knowledge to run a business. The results of the starup training are 15 student business plans, namely 9 business plans in the field of fisheries by MBKM students of the Aquaculture study program, 5 business plans in the field of financial services by MBKM students of the Management study program and 1 business plan for marketing services by Agribusiness study program students. From the training activities, it can be concluded that through starup training, students get enough knowledge to run a business. Starup's knowledge must be immediately implemented and accompanied periodically to the business plan that has been made.

Abstract

PT. Bosowa Isuma as a partner in the Kedaireka 2022 Matching Fund Program has not diversified commodities and production results in carrying out cultivation activities. The purpose of this activity is to carry out the cultivation of white snapper (Lates calcarifer) in order to diversify the cultivation business. The method of implementation by training and application of white snapper farming in a 5,000 m2 fish pond owned by PT. Bosowa Isuma. The stages of implementation in the form of training and application of pond cultivation include: 1) Preparation of ponds; 2) Seed stocking; 3) Feeding; 4) Sampling and Grading; 5) Water quality measurement; 6) Pest and disease control; 7) Harvesting. The results obtained were in the form of increased understanding, knowledge and insight into white snapper farming and harvesting 1,005 white snapper weighing between 90-200 grams within 80 days of maintenance. The expected output is training and white snapper farming, students get enough knowledge and skills about white snapper farming technology to get a job and entrepreneurship with sufficient income, and get 20 credits of experience outside the campus. This activity can help pond farmers in increasing income and welfare.
