Abstract

PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (PT RNI) is one of Stated-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which is a holding company for the food industry. The primary industries of PT. RNI are agriculture and agroindustry, livestock and fisheries, as well as trade and logistics. In the internal scope of the company there is an activity, namely the submission of the procurement of goods and services, in that there is an applicant who wants to make a procurement proposal to meet the daily needs of his work.Procurement Submission at PT RNI, an employee must follow the flow with the provisions of large projects such as for example in building construction which of course have differences in terms of budget, level of urgency and method of submission. In addition, the applicant must also send a procurement request file which must go to the room unit concerned. A solution for creating a web-based internal goods and services procurement application, whose key feature is to submit a procurement request and have it validated by the verifier, can address this issue.The method used in making the application is the prototype method which consists of stages of communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construction of prototype and deployment delivery and feedback. In addition, in making the system testing using black box testing which is centered on the functionality of the software. ABSTRAKPT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (PT RNI) adalah perusahaan holding pangan milik Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Perusahaan ini bergerak dibidang Pertanian dan Agroindustri, Peternakan dan Perikanan, serta Perdagangan dan Logistik.Salah satu kegiatan perusahaan yaitu pengajuan pengadaan barang dan jasa. Pengajuan ini akan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan harian pekerjaan.Salah satu contoh pengajuan di PT. RNI adalah pengajuan inventaris barang. Saat pihak pegawai melakukan pengajuan inventaris maka pihak pegawai harus mengisi sebuah formulir pengajuan. Formulir ini selanjutnya diberikan kepada pihak verifikator untuk dikaji dan disetujui. Proses ini menjadi sangat panjang ketika ada proyek konstruksi gedung. Untuk proyek besar memerlukan proses yang cukup panjang, perlu adanya pengkajian dari segi anggaran, tingkat urgensi dan metode pengajuan. Apabila proses ini masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan formulir pengajuan, maka akan banyak berkas yang diberikan. Pengelolaan pengajuan dengan cara seperti ini berpotensi membuat berkas menjadi tercecer, terselip bahkan hilang. Disisi lain, pihak pegawai tidak bisa melakukan pelacakan pengajuan yang dia ajukan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan dibuatnya Aplikasi Pengajuan Barang dan Jasa Internal berbasis web. Aplikasi ini dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas (paperless). Proses pengajuan diharapkan menjadi lebih cepat dan dapat memantau proses pengajuan dengan sangat baik. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Metode Prototipe. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Pengujian dengan menggunakan metode Blackbox.

Abstract

The research focuses on implementing an automatic door lock system based on face recognition using the ESP32-Cam microcontroller and integrating it with the Telegram platform. The system is designed to enhance security at Proactive Robotic by leveraging IoT technology for office door access control. System design began with needs analysis and identification of existing security issues which do not integrate with other smart home systems at the institution. Development methods included hardware and software design, circuit schematic creation, PCB production, and physical assembly. System testing ensured facial detection, recognition, and essential solenoid operation in varying lighting conditions. Test results showed the system accurately recognizes registered faces under standard lighting, automatically unlocks doors, and sends real-time notifications via Telegram. However, system accuracy under low-light conditions needs improvement, as well as enhanced user data security to protect stored information privacy. This research contributes to developing IoT and face recognition-based security applications. The system successfully implements cutting-edge technology to improve physical security and access management in office environments, laying the foundation for future advancements in security technology.

Abstract

This study examines the determination of garment production quantities at PT. Istana Garmindo Jaya using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. Garment companies often face challenges in setting optimal production targets due to various complex factors such as fluctuating market demand and unstable raw material availability. The Fuzzy Mamdani method is employed to address this issue by generating accurate target production outputs. The research findings indicate a balance of control between production quantities, market demand, and raw material inventory. However, the differences between manual calculations and those using MATLAB software suggest that the determination of production quantities is still suboptimal and requires further improvement.

Abstract

The pellet molding machine has high efficiency to make it easier to process animal feed pellets. The pellet processing process requires a series of activities such as grinding, mixing, pelleting and drying. Therefore, research was carried out to identify the effect of convenience on the level of effectiveness of using an animal feed pellet printing machine. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires via the Google Form platform. Validity tests, reliability tests and simple regression analysis are used to analyze the data obtained from filling out the questionnaire

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of users and the effectiveness of the Plastic Bottle Waste Compression Tool "Bottlepress" as an innovation in protecting the environment. The method used is a quantitative survey form using the Google Form platform in the form of a questionnaire to obtain a sample. Simple Linear Regression and Correlation methods were used as data analysis of this study.  The results of this study indicate that there is no influence between user convenience on compression tools with a greater significance α> 0.05, namely 0.373 and a regression coefficient of 0.167 units or 16.7% positive value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how satisfied users are with the functionality of the IoT-based “BottlePress” plastic bottle waste compression tool. This research uses a survey method with quantitative research with a sampling technique, namely distributing online questionnaires via Google Form. A simple regression test was used to analyze data obtained from filling out the questionnaire. According to the research findings, most users are satisfied with the performance of the IoT-based “BottlePress” plastic bottle waste compression tool.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the processing of user satisfaction data on the IoT-based feed pellet machine monitoring system using the Blynk application among visitors of the IT Fest at the School of Vocational IPB University, majoring in Software Engineering Technology (TPL), Computer Engineering Technology, and Industrial Management from batches 57, 59, and 60. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research using descriptive statistics. The sampling technique utilized is a survey method, and the instrument for data collection is a questionnaire. Subsequently, the analysis of all data is conducted by performing testing stages using measures of central tendency, including mean, median, and mode. Using the Likert scale, conclusions can be drawn from the respondents' answers.
