Abstract

The infrastucture of high-rise buildings must have an earthquake resistance. As a mitigation effort, a building must be symmetrical. When an earthquake occurs the response of the structure easily predictable. However, along with the development of architectural design, many buildings with irregular shapes (asymmetrical). So, it is necessary to analyze the behavior of structures in irregular buildings. The purpose of this study was to determined the maximum displacement value and a structural performance due to an earthquake loads based on ATC-40. The earthquake analysis used a Response Spectrum and Time History with the help of ETABS V17.0.1 software, case study located in Bekasi City Government Service Office (POLRES) building. The research used quantitative descriptive method. Based on the analysis, the maximum displacement value due to earthquake loads using the Response Spectrum analysis method for the X direction were 74,655 mm and 54,566 mm for the Y direction. Keywords: Asymmetrical, Displacement structure, Earthquake loads, Earthquake Resistance, Structure performance,

Abstract

The City of Serang is preparing for the development of infrastructure and road networks, so that every region in Serang City can be well integrated. The city of Serang is a national activity center, where the urban area functions as the main hub for export-import activities, industrial activity center, as the main transportation node. Serang City needs development supported by infrastructure and road network, so that every area in Serang City can be well integrated. This research was conducted to identify the origin and destination of passengers using air transportation to obtain a model of the distribution of passenger movements in Serang City so that it can be used to predict the distribution of passenger movements in the future. The initial step of this study is to identify the origin and destination of movement in the center of Serang City through the Origin Destination Matrix (MAT). From the MAT it was made with the Detroit method which is used to produce modeling of the distribution of movements determined according to the development of the area in general and the direction of each zone. From the results of this study it can be concluded that most of the generation and attraction movements are from the east.

Abstract

Background:  Internship is one of the programs implemented to connect vocational schools with the working world. Working readiness is the ability to carry out or complete in accordance with the predetermined conditions. In this case, this research was carried out to: (1) know the description of internships carried out by vocational school students; (2) know the description of the working readiness of students after participating in internship activities; and (3) know the effect of internship on working readiness of final year students in building information modelling design at SMKN 1 Cilaku. Methods: There are two variables studied in this research, including industrial work practices (X) and work readiness (Y). The research method used in this research is a quantitative method, while in order to answer the problem, the authors used a trend test and simple linear regression analysis. Furthermore, the data collection was done using questionnaires with a Likert scale. Results: Based on the findings and discussion, (1) internship outcomes have a tendency of quite decent with an average score of 79%, (2) working readiness outcomes have a tendency of quite decent with an average score of 79%, and (3) internship on working readiness have a positive and significant influence and the influence of internship on working readiness by 42%.Conclusion: It can be concluded that the implementation of industrial work practices in Cilaku State Vocational School 1 students has a tendency to be in the sufficient category, class student work readiness is in the sufficient category, and industrial work practices have a positive influence on student work readiness. In other words, students are quite ready to enter the world of work.

Abstract

Pekanbaru Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport has a limited domestic flight schedule. Based on data from Angkasa Pura II, Pekanbaru Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport serves flights to 14 domestic destinations. By using a small aircraft type N-129 with a capacity of 19 passengers, it will be able to produce several new routes that are possible to be formed and the aircraft can enter on short runways. The volume of passenger traffic at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Pekanbaru is projected in 2029 to reach 8749856 passenger departures per year and 7515557 passenger arrivals per year. With the N-219 plan aircraft, one main zone and five coverage zones are obtained to distribute passenger movements. In the Origin-Destination Matrix analysis using the Furness and Fratar method, a more constant calculation is the Fratar Method. The number of aircraft needed per day with the Furness Method is at most 8 N-219 aircraft with the Pekanbaru - Palembang route. The maximum number of aircraft needed per day using the Fratar Method is 7 N-219 aircraft with the Pekanbaru - Palembang route and vice versa.

Abstract

Serang City is preparing for the development of infrastructure and road network, so that every area in Serang City can be well integrated. Serang City has 6 sub-districts, including the center of national activities and is a big city because it has a population of around 652,192 people (BPS, 2019). By knowing the growth of the LHRT, the generation and attraction models of movement in the city center, based on the direction of the zone under review, namely north, west, east and south in the internal zone of Serang City and the external zone around Serang City. With the multiple regression analysis method on the generation and attraction models of movement which are analyzed based on socio, economic and demographic variables with dominant factors. The independent variables measured were population (X1), number of health facilities (X2), number of schools (X3), number of workers (X4), GRDP (X5) and the dependent variable is the amount of daily average annual traffic (Y). The results of the equations of motion obtained are 4 generation equations, 4 pull equations and the value of the determinant of each equation.
