Abstract

Abstract Costal area region has potensial economy development that based on commodity sector of that zone characteristic. Sea fishs commodity and its sea product in the costal area are potensial economy that based on the zone by development of transportation movement that based on production of sea product commodities. The commodity of the sea of sea fish and other sea product appropriate MP3EI certainty are one of commodity group principal and strategic goods in the regional internal region of central java province by mean in order to buffer reinforcement structure of economy need in the region on autonomous a scale. To know potential of coastal region movement based on production result by estimate movement generated model that based on sosio economic condition, transportation infrastructure and transport mode in that region. By multiple regression  analisis method to the movement generated model that analyzed based on socioeconomic, demography by dominant factor is input and output commodity variable plant kind commodity from various kind of sea fish commodity production and other sea product that is result in the zones at central java province region. The equation is adalah Ln Yi = 3,29 + 1,00 Ln X1 + 0,103 Ln X2 + 0,00410 Ln X3 + 0,0472 Ln X4 - 0,0006 Ln X5 + 0,094 Ln X6 + 0,0063 Ln X7 - 0,0748 Ln X8 - 0,0422 Ln X9 - 0,0192 Ln X10 + 0,0900 Ln X13by signification model R2 = 0.864. Based on movement generated model, trip distribution model can be develop, that result Tid = 22.496 – -6.4321 x 10-9 X by calibration value β = 6.4321 x 10-9 . Trip Distribution model of sea fish commodity and other sea product occurared to the higestst movement  distance between 100 – 300 km. Trip distribution method is done by comparative between unlimitation constraint of UCGR ang limitation trip genetation of PCGR. PCGR model has atendency to exact model on the trip distribution because by using that methode is the appropriated characteristic of central java region to rapid development of its commodity production. Keywords : Trip distribution, coastal area , gravity model   Abstrak Kawasan pesisir wilayah pantai mempunyai potensi perkembangan ekonomi  berdasarkan sektor komoditas karakteristk zona tersebut. Komoditas ikan laut dan hasil – hasil lautnya dikawasan pesisir merupakan  potensi perekonomian berbasis  zona dengan perkembangan pergerakan transportasi  yang berbasis produksi komoditas hasil – hasil kelautan. Komoditas ikan laut dan hasil – hasil laut lainnya sesuai dengan ketentuan MP3EI merupakan  salah satu kelompok komoditas Barang Pokok dan Strategis  pada wilayah  internal regional  Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan peranan untuk menyangga  penguatan struktur kebutuhan ekonomi wilayah tersebut secara mandiri. Dengan mengetahui potensi pergerakan kawasan  pesisir berdasarkan hasil produksinya dan mengestimasi Model Bangkitan Pergerakan berdasarakan kondisi sosio ekonomi, kondisi infrastruktur transportasi dan sarana transportasi diwilayah tersebut. Dengan metode analisa regresi berganda model bangkitan  pergerakan yang dianalisa berdasarkan faktor dominan variabel output dan input jenis komoditas  dari berbagai jenis produksi komoditas ikan laut dan hasil laut lainnya yang dihasilkan di zona – zona di wilayah Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Persamaan  model bangkitan pergerakan adalah Ln Yi = 3,29 + 1,00 Ln X1 + 0,103 Ln X2 + 0,00410 Ln X3 + 0,0472 Ln X4 - 0,0006 Ln X5 + 0,094 Ln X6 + 0,0063 Ln X7 - 0,0748 Ln X8 - 0,0422 Ln X9 - 0,0192 Ln X10 + 0,0900 Ln X13dengan signifikansi model R2 = 0.864. Berdasarkan model bangkitan pergerakan, model sebaran pergerakan dapat dibangun, dengan hasil yang diperoleh Tid = 22.496 – 6.4321 x 10-9 X dengan hasil klibrasi nilai β = 6.4321 x 10-9.  Model sebaran pergerakankomoditas ikan laut dan hasil – hasil laut lainnya terjadi pada pergerakan pada jaraka pergerakan  tertinggi antara jarak 100 – 300 km. Metode sebaran pergerakan dilakukan dengan perbandingan antara metode tanpa batasan  UCGR dan batasan PCGR.  Model PCGR mempunyai kecenderungan model yang tepat  pada sebaran pergerakan tersebut karena penggunaakan metode tersebut merupakan sesuai karakteristik daerah  Jawa Tengah dengan  perkembangan  pesat dengan produksi komoditasnya. Abstract

The volume of traffic on the road sections leading to the center of the City of Bandung is influenced by the number of vehicles used by students of favorite school located in the center of Bandung. This study was carried out on the trips made by the students of the state favorite schools in Bandung and the impact of the trips on the performance of the road. The results indicate that if there were not any journey undertaken by students heading to favorite schools, the degree of saturation of road or the potential traffic congestion on the road could have been reduced.Keywords: favorite schools, traffic volume,road service level.

Abstract

Abstract

Peningkatan sistem kegiatan ekonomi daerah pada zona – zona di suatu provinsi menghasilkan produksi bangkitan dan tarikan berbasis kondisi karakteristik zona – zona pada wilayah tersebut. Barang pokok dan strategis pada wilayah internal regional suatu provinsi mempunyai peranan strategis untuk penguatan struktur kebutuhan ekonomi wilayah tersebut secara mandiri. Sektor komoditas barang pokok dan strategis dikategorikan berdasarkan jenis komoditas barang kebutuhan pokok pada suatu wilayah dan jenis komoditas barang mineral dan tambang sesuai dengan ketetapan MP3EI. Dengan mengetahui model bangkitan dan tarikan pergerakan barang pokok dan strategis dapat diketahui model sebaran pergerakan yang terjadi dari model bangkitan dan tarikan berdasarkan masing masing zona pada wilayah tersebut. Dengan metode analisa regresi pada model bangkitan dan tarikan pergerakan yang dianalisa berdasarkan variabel sosio ekonomi dan demografi dengan faktor dominan variabel output dan input jenis komoditas barang pokok dan strategis. Berdasarkan bangkitan dan tarikan berbasis zona serta nilai pertumbuhannya tersebut model sebran pergerakan akan dihasilkan. Metode gravity opportunity (GO) untuk menghasilkan pemodelan sebaran pergerakan ditentukan sesuai dngan karakteristik wilayah studi tedrkait dengan perkembangan wilayah secara umum dan masing – masing zonanya. Model UCGR mempunyai kecenderungan model yang tepat pada sebaran pergerakan tersebut. Model Sebaran Pergerakan hasil analisa adalah Ln Y (Tid) = - 0.7 + 1.02 X dengan nilai signifikasi model r2 0.938. Berdasarkan model tersebut mempunyai frekuensi pergerakan yang didominasi pergerakan zona – zona jarak pendek.Kata kunci : Sebaran Pergerakan, barang pokok, internal regional

Abstract

The need for parking space in the land use system for educational activities is needed in line with the growth of vehicle users. Educational areas with a high center of activity really need adequate parking space for ease of accessibility. The center of sports activities in the area of higher education activities requires the ease of using vehicle parking. The system of sports activities in higher education areas with high movement activities requires evaluation of parking space requirements in accordance with the activity system. Analyzing parking space requirements based on system activities is the main objective of this study. Specifically the purpose of the study is based on the analysis of parking duration. The frequency and accumulation of vehicles in the parking area is a characteristic impact of the activity system of sports activities. The analysis method based on parking space units is analyzed based on parking methods with variables that affect vehicle use in the activity system in the sports activity zone. Variables of parking user characteristics are based on survey responses from vehicle users from their activity system. The results showed the existing conditions with 34 units of parking spaces with parking index 1.1764 with the need for parking space of 460 m2. With a system of high activity and vehicle growth, the parking area needs at the prediction of the next 10 years require an area of 59 parking spaces with a parking index of 0.949 with a parking area of 643.89 m2. So that the development of the parking area in the sports zone activity system requires an additional parking area of 183, 89 m2.

Abstract

The opening of the toll road Cipularang provide opportunities for business people open a travel service (shuttle service) “point to point” are scattered in several points in Bandung. Another phenomenon occurs on the field gap between the performance of the travel srvices to the satisfaction of passengers. This, prompted the authors to conduct a study of the level of analytic of vehicle operating cost for services of travel. Due to limited funds, manpower, and time, the scope of this final study is limited to the South Jakarta – Bandung route. The purpose of this study was to measure and compare the performance of the travel (shuttle service) Bandung- South Jakarta route to the satisfaction of passengers. In this study using quantitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques. The data used were obtained from the results of a questionnaire survey / questionnaire and interview. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling is done using simple random sampling method with a sample of 390 respondents taken as users travel (shuttle service) Bandung- South Jakarta route. Data analysis using the method of Importance Performance Analysis. Based on the analysis, a gap in variable costs, travel time, and travel itineraries. Variable costs and passenger safety is still not good and a top priority for improvement.

Abstract

Abstract - West Java Province has a very unique and strategic geographic field challenge as a province with the largest population in Indonesia and as a province that is at the forefront of supporting the rapid dynamics of development in the capital city DKI Jakarta. In realizing equitable development, as stated in the West Java Provincial Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) 2018-2023, infrastructure development is regulated in a priority scheme that aims to bring equitable development. One of the planned transportation infrastructure developments in the construction of Cikembar Airport, Sukabumi, is prepared to serve the development area (WP) of the Sukabumi area and its surroundings which is targeted for completion in 2023. In preparing the airport design, a projection analysis based on demand is needed first. which correlates with statistical data. Forecasting analysis (forecasting) the number of passengers at Cikembar Airport aims to obtain potential passenger demand and a description of the needs for terminal facilities through the collection of statistical data to be analyzed using the correlation method and the multiple linear regression method between the number of passengers as the dependent variable. Meanwhile, statistical variables such as population growth, tourist growth, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Sukabumi, and West Java Regencies were determined as independent variables. In formulating the terminal room facilities, it refers to the standards issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation through SKEP No.77/VI Year 2005. Considering the moderate upward trend approach, the estimated number of passengers at Cikembar Airport passenger terminal in 2023, namely the year the airport is planned to be realized, is as much as 756,029 passengers with busy time passengers totaling 605 passengers. The operational area needed for the terminal in that year was 8,468 m2. Assuming the concession area provided is 30%, the total terminal area required is 11,643 m2. This area projection still meets the needs based on the estimated terminal area attached to the Cikembar Airport master plan, which is 12,000 m2.

Abstract

Abstract - The use of cutting-edge technology is appropriate for business development based on an established entrepreneurial spirit that will optimize the process as well as the results of the developed business unit. This is what is called technopreneurship: a collaboration between the application of technology as an instrument and an independent business spirit as a necessity. In an era of intense global competition, business innovation must be accompanied by various kinds of technological engineering in order to multiply the performance of the business. Technopreneurship is an integral character between competency in applying technology and the spirit of building a business. From here, a technological business unit grows: a business unit that utilizes applied technology in the process of innovation, production, marketization, etc. Communication and information technology or telematics technology (information and communication technology (ICT) has been recognized by the world as one of the means and the main infrastructure to tackle the world's problems.The Community Service Program with the title Technopreneur Training in Building an Entrepreneurial Spirit for Prospective Architects in the Field of Consulting Services and Construction Services at the University of Education of Indonesia is implemented to provide entrepreneurial skills for students to have entrepreneurial mentality and skills (entrepreneurship) and form a Campus business incubator unit. This program selects and guides 21 students to become independent micro entrepreneurs. The method used in this program is practical learning based on business projects by training and assessing the ability of students to start and run a business based on 4 assessment criteria which include: personality, cooperation, leadership and online marketing skills to increase competitiveness and overcome constraints of limited production funding. The implementation of this KDP includes 4 stages consisting of recruitment, approach, implementation, and monitoring evaluation of 20 prospective tenants for 8 months. From these activities, it is expected that 10 tenants will become independent entrepreneurs and 5 people are still not successful.
