Abstract

AbstrakPeraturan yang dibuat oleh pihak berwenang yaitu pemerintah yang biasanya berupa suatu kebijakan. Kebijakan publik dibutuhkan di suatu negara untuk mengatur dan mengelola masyarakat, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan peraturan yang bertujuan untuk mengontrol dan mengendalikan. Sebagai kaidah normatif kebijakan publik mengandung konsekuensi moral yang selain itu penulis bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam tentang bagaimana kebijakan publik sebagai keputusan moral dan permasalahan yang ada dalam kebijakan-kebijakan publik. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengacu pendekatan kualitatif yang merujuk pada pustaka (library research) Penelitian yang objek utamanya adalah buku-buku atau sumber keputusan lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kebijakan publik dibutuhkan di suatu negara untuk mengatur dan mengelola masyarakat, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan peraturan yang bertujuan untuk mengontrol dan mengendalikan. Kemudian, berdampak pada eksistensi dan kinerja pelayanan publik itu sendiri. Sehingga dalam prakteknya kebijakan publik harus diimplementasikan dan dievaluasi. Masalah-masalah yang ada dalam kebijakan publik mengacu pada tipe-tipe kebijakan dan masalah Publik dan kebijakannya. Kebijakan publik sebagai keputusan moral mengacu pada keadilan sosial, partisipasi dan aspirasi warga negara, masalah masalah lingkungan, pelayanan umum, moralindividu atau kelompok, pertanggung jawaban administrasi dan analis etis. Tujuan penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rasa ingin tahu para penulis yang membuat penulis melakukan sebuah penelitian. Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Publik, Moral, Permasalahan AbstractRegulations made by the authorities, namely the government, are usually in the form of a policy. Publik policies are needed in a country to regulate and manage society, therefore regulations are needed that aim to control and control. As a normative rule of Publik policy, it contains moral consequences, besides that the author aims to examine more deeply about how Publik policy is a moral decision and the problems that exist in Publik policies. The research method carried out is referring to a qualitative approach that refers to the research library (library research). The main object is books or other decision sources. The results of this study explain that Publik policies are needed in a country to regulate and manage society, therefore regulations are needed that aim to control and control. Then, it has an impact on the existence and performance of the Publik service itself. So in practice Publik policy must be implemented and evaluated. The problems that exist in Publik policy refer to the types of policies and Publik problems and policies. Publik policy as a moral decision refers to social justice, citizen participation and aspirations, environmental issues, Publik services, individual or group morals, administrative responsibility and ethical analysis. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan Ekologi Administrasi Publik melalui sistem pemerintahan di Desa Cibungur Purwakarta. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah pemerintah Desa Cibungur tidak melakukan strategi-strategi dalam pembangunan ekonomi masyarakatnya serta dalam tradisi masyarakatnya kurang begitu antusias saat ada tradisi adat yang diadakan di daerah setempat, dikarenakan desa cibungur sendiri sudah dapat dibilang sebagai desa yang modern. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dan Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah srategi-strategi yang dikemukakan secara teoritis khususnya dalam sebuah sistem pemda melalui beberapa aspek seperti keadaan sosial, ekonomi, budaya, politik dan keamanan atau ketertiban, Sebagian telah teraplikasikan dengan cukup baik walaupun masih ada beberapa aspek yang belum ter-terapkan dengan baik dikarenakan beberapa faktor diluar kendali. Abstract This study aims to determine the strategy of developing Public Administration Ecology through the government system in Cibungur Village, Purwakarta. The problem in this study is that the Cibungur Village government does not carry out strategies in the economic development of its people and in the traditions of its people are less enthusiastic when there are traditional traditions held in the local area, because Cibungur village itself can be considered a modern village. The research method used is a qualitative technique using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used in this research are interview, observation, and literature study. While the data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results and Discussion in this study are the strategies put forward theoretically, especially in a local government system through several aspects such as social, economic, cultural, political and security or order conditions. -Apply well due to several factors beyond control.

Abstract

This research explores the settlement of Murabahah disputes through sociological and anthropological studies of Islamic economic law. The focal point of this analysis is Case Number 1/Pdt.G.S/2020/Pa.Cn, which is a lawsuit related to the Murabahah transaction heard at the Cirebon Religious Court. This study utilized qualitative research methods, which were collected through secondary data. The result of this study is that the decision-making process in resolving Murabahah disputes at the Cirebon Religious Court significantly reflects the socio-anthropological dimensions of Islamic economic law. This includes recognizing the social and economic impacts of sharia transactions, particularly the large material losses resulting from defaults. This underscores the importance of Sharia norms, ethical considerations in transactions, and social responsibility in ensuring fairness in the Sharia economy. In addition, it recognizes the challenges faced in reaching solutions within the framework of Sharia economics and emphasizes the importance of collaboration among the parties involved in the process. Ultimately, the implications of this judgment highlight how social and cultural elements in Sharia-compliant societies influence economic transactions and provide a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of Sharia economic law in a practical context and its implications for case resolution in Religious Courts.

Abstract

This research is a literature study that aims to analyze the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia from a sociological perspective. Islamic banks, operating based on Islamic sharia principles, have played an important role in the transformation of the financial sector in Indonesia. However, the role of Islamic banks does not only reflect financial aspects, but also reflects the broader social and cultural dynamics in Indonesian society. This research methodology is based on a literature study involving searching, selecting, and analyzing relevant literature related to the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Data is obtained through literature search in various sources, including academic databases, scientific journals, books, and research reports. The results of this literature analysis will include an in-depth understanding of the sociological aspects that influence the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This includes the role of culture, social factors, as well as the social and economic impact of the development of Islamic banks. The main findings will be synthesized and presented in this study to provide a comprehensive picture of the dynamics of Islamic bank development in the social context of Indonesian society. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for stakeholders in the Islamic financial sector, as well as policy makers who seek to understand the role of Islamic banks in the social and economic transformation of Indonesian society. The study also provides the basis for further research focusing on the role of sociology in the context of Islamic banking in Indonesia

Abstract

This journal presents the complex relationship between social factors and trust transactions in Islam-based businesses, focusing on Al-Kafalah, Al-Hiwalah, and Al-Rahn. The research findings reveal that social norms, community values, and religious principles play a key role in shaping ethical and sustainable business practices. The sociological implications of the research emphasize the importance of strengthening social values, applying religious principles, and promoting economic inclusion. Practical recommendations offer guidance for entrepreneurs and policymakers to develop business practices that are more inclusive and in line with Islamic principles. Thus, this abstract summarizes the contribution of this journal in providing an in-depth and practical understanding of the dynamics of Islam-based businesses from a sociological perspective

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the impact of digitization of technological developments on Sharia business activities regarding Islamic financial transactions. Analyzing in the sociology of law regarding changes in Islamic financial transactions in the era of digitalization. With the development of digitalization technology, there are significant changes in aspects of life, especially in Islamic finance. The nature of this research is qualitative research with an analytical descriptive approach, and legal sociology analysis, the method used is the collection of a number of data through library research. In the analysis of legal sociology, it understands how the community and Islamic economic actors adapt to these changes and how to interpret changes in sharia with the digitalization of technological advances. In Sharia business and Islamic finance with the digitalization of technological developments there are many changes to these changes, there is a need to comply with sharia principles such as respecting the integrity of Islamic values. This discussion provides insight into how Islamic businesses can thrive in the digital age without compromising religious values.
