Abstract

PT X aims its vision to become a World Class Life Science Company with Global Competitiveness. In order to support that vision, PT X needs its employees to be committed to contribute in achieving said vision. This research aims to investigate the effect of Organizational Justice to Organizational Commitment among the employees of PT X using linear regression statistical analysis. The research was done to 550 employees on the level of Heads of Department all the way to the Operators using supervised self-report questionnaires. Data collection was done by deploying Organizational Justice questionnaire, developed from the Justice Questionnaire by Colquitt et al., and Organizational Commitment questionnaire based on the questionnaire by Allen & Meyer. Research result indicates significant effect of Organizational Justice towards Affective (R=0,436, p<0,001), Continuance (R=0,087, p<0,001), and Normative (R=0,411, p<0,001) Commitment.

Abstract

Chaansa Travel is a travel agency service from Muaro Jambi engaged in selling Tour and Travel tickets. They operate the tickets manually where they use a large agenda book also not ready to utilize a computer. Customers order tickets by telephone and have to visit the office to get the tickets that have been ordered. This can trigger ordering time constraints if many orders received from various customers, resulting they must wait in line while what if the office location is far from the customer's position. Therefore, a new computerized system is required where customers order tickets by looking directly at available routes from the application. The purpose of this research is designing an Android-based Tour and Travel booking information system application. Hopefully, this can facilitate travel bookings, such accessing applications with online using smartphone, thereby avoiding queues for visits and facilitate travel agency to collect booking data easier. The application development methodology the author uses is the waterfall method. The result of this study is application designed using Android Studio with Kotlin also MySQL as database storage and it can be implemented using black box testing where the functionality of input and output app features can work well.

Abstract

The spread of the global pandemic has an impact on the slow pace of development in several industrial sectors, including PT. Sarimelati Kencana, Tbk. is engaged in the culinary sector with the flagship brand Pizza Hut. The company is known as a restaurant that provides Italian-American cuisine in the form of pasta, side dishes, and desserts. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how PZZA implements its business strategy through the concept of organizational design based on the results of the 2020 EGMS to achieve a market position in this new normal era. This writing uses explanatory research with a qualitative approach, with the SWOT Analysis method and the Canvas Business Model. The business strategy used by Pizza Hut (PZZA) is to stay afloat in the face of the impact of a decline. In. people's. purchasing. power. Efforts that can.be made by PZZA are implemented in several business strategies, including redesigning the company's organizational concept through modification of the organizational structure as a supporter of culture within the company, as well as continuing to carry out internal control activities.
