Abstract

The aim of this research is to know and analyse the role of mediated organizational commitment in determining work motivation, and organizational climate toward Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) of the employee at PT. Banoli Motor Denpasar. Census method is used in this research, where all the staff in total 76 people regarded as the sample. The data collected were then analysed further using structural equation modelling (SEM Analysis) with PLS technique. The findings of this research are; that work motivation has a positive and significant correlation towards organizational commitment, organizational climate contributes positively and significantly toward organizational commitment, work motivation does not significantly correlate toward OCB, organizational climate and organizational commitment have a significant and positive correlation toward OCB. Organizational commitment is proven as a full mediation between work motivation and OCB, and a partial mediation among organizational climate and OCB. These findings mean that mediation of organizational commitment can be the determinant on the indirect effect of work motivation toward OCB, and organizational climate toward OCB at PT. Abstract

Customers are the first asset that must be taken care of properly because each customer will bring profits that can keep the business running. Customers are kings who must be considered in every need and desire for the company's success in running its business. This study aimed to test and confirm the relationship between the variables of service quality, customer value, customer delight, and customer loyalty at Apotek Iwos Farma Badung. Respondents in this study were customers of Apotek Iwos Farma Badung. The number of respondents in this study was set at 80 respondents. This study uses structural equation modeling analysis with the help of the Smart-PLS 3 program. The results of this study indicate that the better the quality of existing services will be able to increase customer delight. Good customer value will be able to improve customer delight. The quality of existing services has not been able to increase customer loyalty. The higher the value of existing customers will be able to increase customer loyalty. However, customer delight has not been able to determine the increase in customer loyalty.

Abstract

Developed countries understand the importance of small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in their contribution to economic growth. By using the concept of cultural values Catur Purusa Artha which is the four most important life goals for Balinese people who have Hindu beliefs, should be used as moral guidelines that will affect the business performance of small and Medium Enterprises and entrepreneurship Orientation behavior. This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of Entrepreneurship Orientation on the business performance of small and Medium Enterprises and how the role of Entrepreneurship Orientation in mediating the relationship of Catur Purusa Artha with the business performance of small and Medium Enterprises. The population of the study is the owner or managers of small and Medium Enterprises in Bali Province in 2022 amounted to 61,862 SMEs, and of these samples were conducted with the Slovin approach as many as 397 units of SMEs. The data analysis technique is done by the SEM-PLS method. The results found that applying the cultural values of Catur Purusa Artha can have a direct (positive) effect or can increase the business performance of small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurship Orientation. So, doing Entrepreneurship Orientation will also be able to directly affect the performance of small and medium business performance. If doing Entrepreneurship Orientation can also mediate the relationship of Catur Purusa Artha with the business performance of small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative Denpasar is one of the companies engaged in microfinance. The main basis for cooperative activities is trust, both in terms of raising funds and distributing funds. In the competition between cooperatives in collecting public funds, many efforts have been taken by cooperatives, including promoting types of savings that are equipped with a number of attributes that can stimulate people's interest in saving. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative, Denpasar. To find out and analyze the influence of servant leadership on employee performance at the Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative, Denpasar. And to find out and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative, Denpasar. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and the sampling method used was a saturated sample, namely all 35 employees. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the process of this research, there are limitations experienced, namely, in the data collection process, the information provided by respondents through questionnaires sometimes does not show the actual opinion of the respondents.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important elements in driving the progress of an organization. Employees who have the ability to carry out their duties and responsibilities well can help the organization to continue to grow and develop. Employee performance plays an important role in an organization. This also happened to PT. Adika Jaya Dewata Denpasar, therefore this study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, work ability and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Adika Jaya Dewata Denpasar. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Adika Jaya Dewata Denpasar which reached 110 people, so the number of sample members was 40 people as respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. That is, the better the organizational climate, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa if the organizational climate is not good, it will have an impact on decreasing employee performance. It is the same with work ability which has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that if work ability then employee performance will increase, on the contrary if work ability is poor then employee performance will decrease and the same is the case with work motivation which has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning if employees have good work motivation then employee performance will increase, and vice versa if there is a decrease in work motivation by employees it will have an impact on decreasing employee performance.

Abstract

Competence and entrepreneurial orientation are key factors in maintaining the resilience of SME businesses. Specifically this study has the following objectives; (1) to identify the effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on the performance of SME companies, (2) to identify the effect of entrepreneurial competence (EC) on the performance of SME companies (3) to identify the effect of EO on the performance of SME companies with external integration moderation variables (ExIn), (4) to identify the effect of EC on the performance of SME companies with external integration moderation variables (ExIn). The population and sample of this study are small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in several districts/cities in the province of Bali with respondents owners/leaders of SMEs several 150 people. Data analysis using SEM approach and processing with the help of Smart PLS 3.2.2. The results showed; the first hypothesis that entrepreneurial orientation (EO) has a positive effect on the performance of SME companies (FP). Based on the test results obtained the first hypothesis is accepted. The results of the second hypothesis test that entrepreneurial competence (EC) has a positive effect on the performance of SME companies (FP). The second hypothesis was rejected. Hasip tested the third hypothesis that external integration can moderate (strengthen) the influence of entrepreneurial competence (EC) on the performance of SMEs. The third hypothesis (H3) was rejected.
