Abstract

Abstract- This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and company size on firm value as well as the role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in supply chain management, moderating the effect of profitability, leverage and company size on firm value. The sample comprises 28 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, taking their financial reports from 2015 to 2017. Data were collected from the annual financial statements of the companies obtained from the IDX. Data were analysed through classic assumption test, interaction test with moderated regression analysis and F and t test for significance. Results showed that profitability positively and significantly affects 4,679 firm value with a significance level of 0,000. Leverage negatively and significantly affects -2.682 firm value with a significance level of 0.009. The size of the company positively and significantly affects 3,851 company value with a significance level of 0,000. Interaction analysis results show that CSR moderates the effects of profitability, leverage and company size on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance, with work-life as a mediating variable. This study uses an explanatory research design. The population of this study was 76 permanent employees at PT Carrefour Supermarket Denpasar. The analytical tool was descriptive analysis. This study used SEM analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The findings indicate that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work-life and employee performance. Organizational commitment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work-life and employee performance. The quality of work-life (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, menguji, dan menjelaskan pengaruh sumber daya strategis, orientasi kewirausahaan dan dinamika lingkungan terhadap strategi bersaing dan kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UKM manufaktur yang berorientasi ekspor di Bali berdasarkan Daftar Eksportir tahun 2009 dari Disperindag Propinsi Bali. Sampel penelitian ditentukan sebanyak sebanyak 174 unit usaha, dan dipilih menggunakan metode disproportionate sampling. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM (perusahaan), serta menempatkan para pemilik/pengelola sebagai responden. Data dari instrumen penelitian yang layak digunakan adalah sebanyak 153 unit (87.93%) dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya strategis, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan dinamika lingkungan dijadikan sebagai landasan untuk menerapkan strategi bersaing. Kunci sukses terhadap kinerja usaha ditentukan oleh sumber daya strategis & strategi bersaing secara langsung, serta efek tak langsung sumber daya strategis, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan dinamika lingkungan melalui mediasi strategi bersaing. Hasil menarik dari penelitian ini adalah orientasi kewirausahaan terbukti bukan determinan langsung dari kinerja usaha, melainkan sebagai kapabilitas penting dalam penerapan strategi bersaing untuk menghasilkan variasi-variasi kinerja usaha yang lebih besar. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan strategi bersaing sebagai mediator kunci yang mampu menyelaraskan sumber daya strategis dan orientasi kewirausahaan dengan dinamika lingkungan yang dihadapi, sehingga kinerja usaha menjadi semakin meningkat. Hasil temuan penelitian secara keseluruhan mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi sumber daya strategis dan orientasi kewirausahaan merupakan instrumen strategis yang mendasari UKM untuk menerapkan strategi bersaing, sehingga mampu memperbaiki atau meningkatkan posisi kompetitifnya. Posisi kompetitif yang lebih baik diperoleh UKM, karena mampu menyelaraskan dinamika lingkungan bisnis yang dihadapi, dan menghantarkan UKM untuk meraih peningkatan kinerja usaha. Apabila UKM tidak menerapkan strategi bersaing yang dilandasi pengintegrasian sumber daya strategis dan orientasi kewirausahaan, maka dinamika lingkungan yang dihadapi dapat menghambat atau menurunkan pencapaian kinerja usaha.Kata kunci: sumber daya strategis, orientasi kewirausahaan, dinamika lingkungan, strategi bersaing, kinerja usaha

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to analyze Tik Tok media as the main consideration in purchasing decisions for culinary products and Tik Tok as a medium for promoting culinary products to purchase decisions. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a sample of 120 respondents. The data was collected using Google Forms. Data were analyzed qualitative and quantitative using a Likert scale. Inferential statistical analysis was used to draw inference from the sample to the population and hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart-PLS 3.0. The study results found that the more informative the promotion with social media on the Tik Tok application, the more buying interest and ultimately convincing consumers to purchase. Purchase intention has a full mediation effect on the informative indirect effect on purchasing decisions for culinary products.

Abstract

Employee commitment is influenced by organizational climate and fairness to be able to grow and develop within an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational justice on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Denpasar City Revenue Service. The hypotheses proposed based on existing theoretical studies and the existence of the phenomena summarized in the problem formulation are: organizational commitment is positively affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational commitment as positively; organizational climate has an effect on job satisfaction as positively; job satisfaction is positively influenced by fairness organization; and organizational commitment is positively effected by job satisfaction. The design of this research system is oriented to the pattern of calculating quantitative data on the existence of questionnaires distributed to 83 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data both qualitative and quantitative which are then analysed by PLS-based SEM, while the results found are as follows: organizational commitment is positively and significantly affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational commitment is positively and significantly; job satisfaction is positively and significantly affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational justice is positively and significantly; and organizational commitment is positively and significantly influenced by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Customers are the first asset that must be taken care of properly because each customer will bring profits that can keep the business running. Customers are kings who must be considered in every need and desire for the company's success in running its business. This study aimed to test and confirm the relationship between the variables of service quality, customer value, customer delight, and customer loyalty at Apotek Iwos Farma Badung. Respondents in this study were customers of Apotek Iwos Farma Badung. The number of respondents in this study was set at 80 respondents. This study uses structural equation modeling analysis with the help of the Smart-PLS 3 program. The results of this study indicate that the better the quality of existing services will be able to increase customer delight. Good customer value will be able to improve customer delight. The quality of existing services has not been able to increase customer loyalty. The higher the value of existing customers will be able to increase customer loyalty. However, customer delight has not been able to determine the increase in customer loyalty.

Abstract

One of the Province of Bali's key creative economy sectors that places an emphasis on particular artistic and cultural inventiveness is the woven fabric (endek) sector. The business must make strategic attempts to survive, nonetheless, given the increasingly tough commercial competition and the limited resources available. With the mediating role of competitive advantage, this work intends to further research on the indirect effects of product innovation and market orientation on business performance. In 9 districts and cities throughout Bali Province, this study used a proportional sample technique. Partial Least Square analysis was used to process 78 questionnaires from SME owners of woven fabric (endek). Market orientation can be applied to achieve a competitive advantage, according to the analysis's findings, which can have a stronger impact on business success. The performance of businesses is also directly impacted by market orientation. According to other findings, product innovation has no real impact on how well a company performs. The improvement of business performance in SME woven fabric (endek) in Bali Province, however, can be determined by a product innovation that can produce a competitive advantage. Keywords: Market Orientation, Product Innovation, Competitive Advantage, Business Performance.

Abstract

Work family conflict atau juga bisa disebut sebagai konflik peran ganda dan beban kerja yang terjadi pada seorang karyawan yang memiliki dua peran tidak menutup kemungkinan karyawan tersebut mengalami stres kerja. Setiap pekerjaan bisa dikatakan sebagai penyebab munculnya stres, karena didasari adanya beban kerja yang terlalu banyak, konflik peran dan adanya proses penyesuaian hubungan dengan orang lain. Peneliti dalam hal ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh dari work family conflict, beban kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap intention to quit karyawan wanita. Populasi pada penelitian ini karyawan pada industri kerajinan inka di kabupaten jembaran yang berjumlah 85 karyawan. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel yakni sebanyak 85 karyawan wanita. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work family conflict, beban kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap meningkatnya intention to quit karyawan wanita. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lain yang secara teori mempunyai pengaruh terhadap intention to quit.
