Abstract

Covid-19 has caused various kinds of problems not only in Indonesia but also in the world. A lot of assistance has been given to reduce the economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. One of them is the Smart Indonesia Programme. However, in practice, at SDN Cakrataruna, Cigalontang District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java, there are still some targets that have not been achieved related to this programme. This study uses descriptif qualitatif data analysis techniques and data collection obtained through observation and interviews with purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that from the variable size/standard policy, it has not been fully achieved, but in terms of policy objectifs, it has been achieved in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2020 concerning the Smart Indonesia Programme. Human resources are in accordance with the required criteria as well as facilities and infrastructure resources that are still suitable for use. However, the funding resources are still not maximized. The characteristics of implementing agents are in accordance with the main tasks and functions but have not worked optimally because policy implementers have difficulty controlling the use of PIP funds by parents during the Covid-19 pandemic. The attitude or tendency of the implementers to respond positifly to the PIP programme. Communication between agencies in the organization has been organized and running well, as well as communication between organizations, but communication between the organization and the community, especially with parents of students, has not run optimally. Lastly, the economic and social environment of the students and their parents who receive PIP strongly supports the successful implementation of the PIP, as well as the village political elites who strongly support the existence of this programme.

Abstract

Abstract (In English). The purpose of this article is to understand the implementation of e-government in granting and adding limited stay permits through the Immigration Office. The method used is a qualitative approach, data collection through literature study, and data analysis techniques used interactive models to draw conclusions. As a result, the implementation of e-government in the granting and addition of limited residence permits through the Immigration Office is a form of excellent service in the field of immigration. Excellent service supported by professionalism, accountability, synergy, transparency, and innovation through information management. Excellent service that provides assurance in time and convenience.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to understand how to provide passport services at the Immigration Office for Persons with Sensory Disabilities. The method used is a qualitative approach, collecting data through desk study, and data analysis techniques using an interactive model to draw conclusions. The result is that passport services for persons with disabilities at the Immigration Office are still limited for persons with physical disabilities, while persons with sensory disabilities have not been able to obtain appropriate services. Therefore, passport services for persons with sensory disabilities can be carried out by providing adequate and friendly facilities for persons with disabilities in the sensory category.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers families employ various survival strategies, including saving, debt management, enhancing skills, and utilizing technology. These strategies help them cope with the challenges they face and improve their well-being. In terms of remittance management models, Indonesian Migrant Workers families utilize both formal and informal channels for sending and receiving remittance. They alson engage in micro business, such as culinary ventures, laundry services, and handicrafts, to generate additional income and meet their daily needs. However, Indonesian Migrant Workers families encounter challenges in establishing and sustaining micro business, such as limited capital, restricted market access, and lack of business management skills. To address these challenges, training programs, education, and broader market access are recommended to echance the success of micro businesses. The government plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being of Indonesia Migrant Workers families by implementing policies that facilitate the development of micro businesses and effective remittance management.
