Abstract

Since 2006, Indonesia is a country with nominations for the largest producer of palm oil or what is known as Crude Palm Oil (CPO) in the world. Indonesia has abundant palm oil stocks, but it becomes a problem starting from the scarcity of cooking oil and the falling value of CPO. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the government's role in supply chain management in cooking oil products, through the nature of research in descriptive analysis, using qualitative research methods that utilize sources from library research, namely searching for the truth through google, articles, journals, books that related and continuous with the title. The result of this research is that the government implements a policy that requires retail companies and basic food traders to sell cooking oil with the highest retail price of Rp. 14,000/ liter with a maximum purchase of 2 liters per person per day. As well as implementing policies by encouraging palm oil exports and using excessive palm oil stocks to be absorbed by the domestic biodiesel industry for the B30 program in order to overcome the falling CPO value.

Abstract

As humans we live in a world full of change. Changes are interpreted to include, for example, changes in attitudes, value and assessment systems, changes in work procedures and methods, changes in the equipment used, changes in thinking methods, and changes in behavior. In short, humans need to keep getting used to change and the demands of change. Change can be evolutionary, but it can also be revolutionary. It should be reminded that not all changes that occur will lead to a better situation, until in a better case it is better than the previous situation. Thus, we can say that the change still has meaning, the changing of the previous condition becomes the next state. The transition from the initial state to the later state requires a transformation process, which does not always run smoothly, considering that changes are often accompanied by various conflicts that arise. Change management aims to control the effects and minimize the impact of losses that can occur on the industry, change management with a human approach that provides the best impact. This study aims to provide an understanding of innovation and change management that can provide efforts to increase competitiveness in an organization. The author uses a qualitative approach that comes from valid articles, scientific journals, and books.

Abstract

Industri keramik merupakan sebuah usaha yang dilakukan melalui pembuatan keramik dari tanah liat yang kemudian dibentuk, dikeringkan, dibakar, kemudian pengglasiran. PT. Cahayaputra Asa Keramik, Tbk (Kaisar Ceramics) merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang industri keramik dengan menghasilkan bahan – bahan bangunan yang berlokasi di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Teknik deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini, dengan data sekunder Laporan Keuangan dari PT. Cahayaputra Asa Keramik Tbk Periode 2017-2021. Diperoleh rasio lancar tahun 2017 bernilai 132%, 2018 bernilai 502%, 2019 bernilai 385%, 2020 bernilai 121%, 2021 bernilai 90%. Sedangkan rasio cepat 2017 bernilai 57%, 2018 bernilai 309%, 2019 bernilai 201%, 2020 bernilai 74%, 2021 bernilai 47%. ROI 2017 bernilai 0,5%, 2018 bernilai 8%, 2019 bernilai 0,2%, 2020 bernilai 1% dan 2021 bernilai 3%. Sedangkan ROE 2017 bernilai 1,2%, 2018 bernilai 12,7%, 2019 bernilai 0,4%, 2020 bernilai 1,6%, dan 2021 bernilai 6,2%.
