Abstract

Disiplin kerja sangat berpengaruh pada seorang pegawai, disiplin dilaksanakan untuk mendorong para pegawai agar mengikuti semua aturan yang diatur dalam undang-undang, sehingga penyelewengan-penyelewengan dapat dicegah.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kabupaten Paser sebanyak 51 pegawai, maka dalam penetuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 51 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,673 yang berarti hubungan antara variabel independen yaitu disiplin (disiplin preventif, disiplin korektif dan disiplin progresif) dengan variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai negeri sipil berada pada 0,60-0,799, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut adalah kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,418 atau sebesar 41,8% variabel dalam penelitian ini telah memberikan kontribusinya kepada kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. Sedangkan sisanya 58,2% (100%-41,8%) dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 12,953 jika dibandingkan dengan F tabel sebesar 2,7930 atau 12,953 > 2,7930 artinya variabel indepeden yaitu yaitu disiplin (disiplin preventif, disiplin korektif dan disiplin progresif) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai negeri sipil.Untuk disiplin progresif masih bisa diberikan kepada pegawai yang benar-benar melakukan kesalahan, sehingga ke depannya tidak akan ada pegawai yang mengulangi dan melakukan kesalahan serta Pelaksanaan disiplin preventif masih perlu dilanjutkan, karena ini terbukti memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Analysis of liquidity ratios shows that the company is in quite good condition in meeting its short-term obligations. With a current ratio in 2020 of 8.57 times, in 2021 of 7.41 times and in 2022 of 0.1 times. The quick ratio in 2020 was 8.57 times, in 2021 it was 7.41 times, and in 2022 it was 0.1. The cash ratio in 2020 was 822%, in 2021 it was 718%, and in 2020 it was 4%. Solvency ratio analysis shows that the company fulfills all its obligations in good condition. The Debt to Asset Ratio in 2020 was 12%, in 2021 it was 13%, and in 2022 it was 70%. Debit to Equity in 2020 is 13%, in 2021 is 15%, and in 2022 is 24%, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio in 2020, 2021 and 2022 cannot be analyzed due to the unavailability of long-term liabilities. Profitability ratio analysis shows that the profit margin calculation results in 2020 are 11%, in 2021 they are 23%, and in 2022 they are 11%. Net Profit Margin in 2020 will be 8%, in 2021 it will be 10%, and in 2022 it will be 6%. Return on Investment in 2020 will be 15%, in 2021 it will be 29% and in 2022 it will be 31%. Return on Equity in 2020 was 17%, in 2021 it was 34%, and in 2022 it was 104%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Placement (X) consisting of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Tanah Grogot District Court Office Class II. The sample in this study were employees at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office using a saturated sampling technique and the number of samples obtained was 34 people. Employees as samples in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 13 statements. The responses to this questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before carrying out multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of testing the instrument, namely the questionnaire, show that the 13 statement items are valid because rcount > rtable is (0.339). Apart from that, all statements are reliable because Cronbach's alpha (α) > 0.60 (0.905 > 0.60). The regression equation obtained is Y = 1.460 – 0.133 X1 + 0.398 X2 – 0.133 X3 + 0.551 X4. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.762, which means a strong correlation between the variables Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) value of 0.522 or 52.2% shows the large contribution of the Placement variable (X) which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) to the variable Employee Performance (Y) was 52.2%, while the rest was explained by other variables not included in this research amounting to (100-52.2) % = 47.8%. Simultaneous testing (F test) shows that Fcount > Ftable (10.012 > 2.70) or p-value (Fcount) > α (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the placement variables which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. Partial testing (t test) shows that the value of tcount > ttable on Job Knowledge (X2), namely 3.198 > 1.699 and Work Experience (X4), namely 3.138 > 1.699, there is a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while the value of tcount < ttable for Education (X1) and Work Skills (X3) has no significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) in the Clerk's Office at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. In the Placement variable (X) which consists of the four variables studied, the dominant variable is Job Knowledge (X2) as evidenced by the highest t-count value of 3.198 and the lowest significant value of 0.003.
