Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompensasi langsung, kompensasi tidak langsung serta kinerja karyawan Pada Departemen Quality Control PT Kideco Jaya Agung Kecamatan Batu Sopang Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pada Departemen Quality Control PT Kideco Jaya Agung Kecamatan Batu Sopang Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur yaitu 36 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 0,869 + 0,586 X1 + 0,197 X2. Dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil hipotesis uji F menunjukan Fhitung : 29,061 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000. Karena probabilitas signifikan jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sedangkan hasil hipotesis uji parsial untuk variabel kompensasi tidak langsung diperoleh thitung = 1,525 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,137 > 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial H2 yang menyatakan bahwa “Ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan kompensasi tidak langsung secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan”, diterima. Dan untuk kompensasi langsung diperoleh thitung = 5,964 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Koefesien Determinasi diketahui bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,616. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan adalah 61,6 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Rekrutmen, Seleksi dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bagaskara Konstruksi Putra di Kecamatan Batu Sopang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi karyawan pada PT. Bagaskara Konstruksi Putra di Kecamatan Batu Sopang. Kemudian alat pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier berganda. Analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu Y=0,850+1,319(X1) – 0,618(X2)+ 0,210(X3). Selanjutnya hasil uji R (Koefisien Korelasi) sebesar 0,894a yang berarti berada pada tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi Adjusted sebesar 0,795 yang berarti 79,5% menunjukkan bahwa nilai variabel variabel rekrutmen, seleksi dan pelatihan dapat menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya 20,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil analisis uji F hitung untuk variabel rekrutmen, seleksi dan pelatihan sebesar 205,174 dan F tabel sebesar 2,67 yang berarti F hitung > F tabel sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, hal ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel independen secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil uji t dari variabel rekrutmen (X1) sebesar 20,624 dan variabel seleksi (X2) sebesar 4,803 serta pelatihan (X3) sebesar 2,150 sehingga hipotesis kedua yang menyatakan bahwa variabel rekrutmen (X1) yang paling dominan terbukti dan dinyatakan bahwa variabel rekrutmen (X1) berpengaruh dominan atau memiliki nilai uji t tertinggi yaitu dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 20,624 > t tabel sebesar 1,97539 sehingga dinyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of the marketing mix consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Baked Bolu Cake in Mother's Home Business Yuli in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District. The sample in this study were consumers who coincidentally met the researcher during the research period to buy Bakar Bolu Cake at Mrs. Yuli's home business in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District from June to July 2023 with an incidental sampling technique and a sample size of 50 respondents. The results of the validity test calculation show that 28 statement items have a value of rcount > rtable, which means that all statements are considered valid, because rcount is greater than rtable. The results of the reliability test showed that a result of 0.944 was obtained, which means that the 28 questionnaire items were said to be reliable because Cronbach'alpha was > 0.6. The results of multiple linear analysis are Y= 1.117 + 0.308X1 + 0.042X2 + 0.283X3 + 0.175X4, meaning that the marketing mix variables have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.898 which is in the range of 0.80-1.000, meaning this number shows a very strong relationship between the variables Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) on Purchasing Decisions ( Y). The value of the Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient of 0.790 or 79.0% means that 79.0% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced by the variable factors Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4 ). The remaining 21% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of the f test calculation (simultaneous) show the value of fcount > ftable (47.080 > 2.58) which means that the marketing mix variables consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) have a simultaneous effect or together on the Purchase Decision (Y) Bakar Bolu Cake at Mrs. Yuli's Home Business in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District. The results of the t test calculation (partial) by looking at this t calculate each marketing mix variable consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) with a t test result of 3.318; 0.311; 2.465; and 2.614 which, when compared with the ttable value of 2.014, means that the dominant influence on purchasing decisions is Product (X1) because the Product variable (X1) has the highest value, namely 3.318 > 2.014. From the conclusion of the t test results obtained, the second hypothesis is that it is suspected that the Product variable (X1) has a dominant influence on the Purchasing Decision (Y) of Bakar Bolu Cake can be accepted or H0 is rejected Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Placement (X) consisting of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Tanah Grogot District Court Office Class II. The sample in this study were employees at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office using a saturated sampling technique and the number of samples obtained was 34 people. Employees as samples in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 13 statements. The responses to this questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before carrying out multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of testing the instrument, namely the questionnaire, show that the 13 statement items are valid because rcount > rtable is (0.339). Apart from that, all statements are reliable because Cronbach's alpha (α) > 0.60 (0.905 > 0.60). The regression equation obtained is Y = 1.460 – 0.133 X1 + 0.398 X2 – 0.133 X3 + 0.551 X4. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.762, which means a strong correlation between the variables Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) value of 0.522 or 52.2% shows the large contribution of the Placement variable (X) which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) to the variable Employee Performance (Y) was 52.2%, while the rest was explained by other variables not included in this research amounting to (100-52.2) % = 47.8%. Simultaneous testing (F test) shows that Fcount > Ftable (10.012 > 2.70) or p-value (Fcount) > α (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the placement variables which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. Partial testing (t test) shows that the value of tcount > ttable on Job Knowledge (X2), namely 3.198 > 1.699 and Work Experience (X4), namely 3.138 > 1.699, there is a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while the value of tcount < ttable for Education (X1) and Work Skills (X3) has no significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) in the Clerk's Office at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. In the Placement variable (X) which consists of the four variables studied, the dominant variable is Job Knowledge (X2) as evidenced by the highest t-count value of 3.198 and the lowest significant value of 0.003.
