Abstract

The background of this research is education is the main need and responsibility for parents, government and society. Given the role of classroom teachers in teaching the curriculum lessons of 2013, not only teaching but also has the obligation in instilling the values of student characters so that the form of a positive character in accordance with the expected goals. This study aims to determine the role of teachers in inculcating the values   of the character of students, to know the character values   implanted by teachers and to determine the inhibiting factors and supporters in instilling the values   of student characters in class 1 MIN 1 Bantul Yogyakarta academic year 2016 / 2017.The type of research used in this study is the type of field research (field research), with a qualitative descriptive approach. While the techniques and instruments of data collection with observation, interviews, and documentation. As well as techniques Data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis method.The results of this study indicate that: 1) the role of teachers in inculcating the values   of student character in learning curriculum 2013 in grade 1 students in MIN 1 Bantul Yogyakarta, among others: role as role model, inspirator, motivator, dynamator, facilitator and evaluator. Through discussion method, question and answer method, demonstration method and plus lecture method. 2) The values   of character education implanted in MIN 1 Bantul Yogyakarta consist of 3 categories namely a) values   that are often inculcated include religious values, honest, tolerance, hard work, creative, independent, curiosity, love peace, caring Environment and social care. B) character values   rarely instilled in thematic learning are discipline, hard work, democracy, nationalism, respect for achievement, friendly / communicative, and responsibility. C) values that are not implanted at all based on indicators in the observation guidelines by the researcher that is the value of love the homeland and the value of reading. 3) factors supporting the role of teachers in instilling students? character values   include: parents, school routine programs, facilities, and school committees. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of attention of parents, environment, learners and the state of the class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas V MI Tanwirul Huda Majenang dimungkinkan karena kurangnya minat belajar dan motivasi belajar. Pembelajaran belum menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPA dengan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif make a match Kelas V MI Tanwirul Huda Majenang dan mengetahui peningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas V MI Tanwirul Huda Majenang dengan menggunakanstrategi pembelajaran kooperatif make a match. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian tindakan kelas ini terlaksana sebanyak dua siklus masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai November 2015 dengan subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V MI Tanwirul Huda dengan sejumlah 27 siswa: laki-laki 14 dan perempuan 13. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, test dan dokumentasi. Tehnik pengambilan data dilakukan lembar observasi dan test yaitu pretest dan posttest. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dikatakan berhasil jika 80% hasil belajar siswa mengalami ketuntasan KKM yaitu 70.Berdasarkan data penelitian yang diperoleh, penerapan strategi pembelajaran kooperatifmake a matchdapatmeningkatkanprestasibelajarsiswakelas VMI Tanwirul Huda Majenang.Hal ini dapat dibuktikan berdasarkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus I yaitu sebesar 67,14 dengan nilai tertinggi 90 dan presentase ketuntasan sebesar 70,37%. Sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 79,28 dengan nilai tertinggi 100 dan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 92,59%.

Abstract

The Covid-19 Pandemic has caused a number of educational institutions in Indonesia to be temporarily closed. Learning activities in a number of areas are carried out online and eliminate face-to-face learning. The implementation of online learning in Indonesia, including in Bantul DIY district, is not an easy matter because it is a new way of adapting to the new Indonesian education system. This study aims to explore teachers' perceptions of online learning that have been held during the Covid-19 pandemic.The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research which aims to describe the teacher's perceptions of the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Respondents in this study were 46 teachers. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire that was submitted to the respondents online (social media and electronic mail).Based on the results of the study, it was found that all Islamic elementary school (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) teachers in Bantul had implemented online learning. Even so, most of the respondents stated that online learning was not yet effective (69.60%). This is influenced by limited infrastructure, the readiness of parents to provide assistance to children while learning from home, and some teachers have not been able to respond and adapt to this online learning properly and effectively.Keywords: teacher perceptions, online learning, pandemic covid-19

Abstract

TPA cadres' understanding toward the role of Quran literacy, Living Values Education Program (LVEP), business & economy and literacy digitization in stunting handling is still inadequate. Strengthening their literacy in handling stunting is needed to prevent stunting problems in the TPA environment. This community service activities aim to increase the understanding of TPA cadres pertainin the Quran literacy, LVEP, business, economics, and digitalization as one of the programs to strengthen community literacy in stunting control. The main activity of the workshop is in the form of training using the lecture method, question and answer, and discussion. The community service activities are carried out through three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The participation and enthusiasm of the TPA cadres in the activity was very good, the partner group contributed actively in the workshops on strengthening community character and literacy in handling stunting through village digitization in the Guwosari sub-district.
