Abstract

The existence of the Koperasi KUD Minatani Brondong Savings and Loans Unit is a financial service institution that is quite large and is trusted by the people of Lamongan Regency and its surroundings, this is marked by an increase in the number of members, an increase in loan requests and a high amount of public fund deposits. Expanding the scope of services to respond to public interest, the USP Koperasi KUD Minatani developed services by opening Karanggeneng, Modo, Kedungpring, Ngimbang, Lohgung, Banjarwati, Laren, and Babat branches in the administrative area of ​​Lamongan Regency. Understanding the importance of efforts to institutionalize structured and massive rules as well as efficient and effective control of all resources, USP Koperasi KUD Minatani collaborates and assists to improve Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Operational Management by taking into account Vision and Mission and Referring to Permenkop number: 16/PER/M.KUKM/IX/2015 concerning Implementation Business Activities of Savings and Loans and Sharia Financing by Cooperatives. Activities are carried out through substantial participatory methods through the stages of FGD, outreach, mentoring as well as monitoring and evaluation. Activities involve Management, Supervisors, USP Managers and Members, by placing partners as the main actors and having an equal position with community service implementers. The results of the implementation of Collaborative activities to improve quality, implementable, objective and visionary standard operating procedures and operational management standards in an effort to realize the USP of Koperasi KUD Minatani as a financial service institution that is professional, innovative, accountable and competitive

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of influence of work stress, work environment, and compensation system on work performance at PT. Starfood International Kandangsemangkon Lamongan. This research is an explanative research using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were employees of PT. Starfood International Kandangsemangkon Paciran Lamongan. With a sample of 33 respondents, data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and observations, the sampling technique is cluster sampling , because the study was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic the sample used was limited to employees who were activated during the pandemic, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 0.05 indicate that: 1) Job stress has a positive effect on employee work performance, as indicated by the t-test results of 1.969 with a significance of 0.059; 2) The employee's work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, which is shown from the results of the t-test of 5.972 with a significance of 0.000; 3) The compensation system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which is shown from the results of the t-test of 3.812 with a significance of 0.001; 4) Work stress, work environment, and employee compensation system together have an effect on employee work performance, which is shown from the results of the calculated F test of 62.210 with a significance of 0.000. The value of the coefficient of determination in this study is 0.825. It means that the ability to work stress, work environment, and compensation system is 82.5% while the remaining 17.5% is explained by other variables outside the model..

Abstract

Latar belakang penilitian ini mengacu pada pemikiran bahwa setiap organisasi perlu memperhatikan kepuasan kerja anggota organisasi, sebab kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu kriteria untuk mengukur keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan aspek kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Penilitian juga bermaksud untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh aspek kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta mengetahui variabel manakah diantara variabel aspek kerja yang dominan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif, dengan mengambil sampel 60 Dosen dan karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara proportional simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 6 variabel yaitu gaji (X1) upah lembur (X2), tunjangan (X3), promosi jabatan (X4), penyelia (X5), dan rekan kerja (X6) ternyata rekan kerja (X6) menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan pada hakekatnya merupakan tindakan penilaian atas keadaan keuangan dan potensi suatu entitas bisnis pada suatu periode akuntansi yang lazim disebut dengan neraca, laporan laba rugi dan laporan arus kas. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rasio Likuiditas (X1). Solvabilitas (X2), Rentabilitas (X3), Rasio Operasi (X4), Profit Margin (X5), dan Efektifitas Tenaga kerja (X6), dengan rata-rata rasionya selama 5 tahun, dalam menilai kinerja keuangan Koperasi KUD Minatani Brondong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif parametris, dengan melakukan interpretasi terhadap kinerja keuangan Koperasi KUD Minatani Brondong pada tahun buku 2017-2021 (5 tahun). Penelitian ini juga menggunakan sensus atau sampel jenuh, karena semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel, data penelitian yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder. Selanjutnya digunakan metode analisa Uji-t untuk pengujian hipotesis deskriptif dengan data interval untuk satu sampel dan koefisien arah secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan Koperasi KUD Minatani Brondong tahun buku 2017-2021, meliputi rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, rentabilitas, rasio operasi, profit margin, dan efektifitas tenaga kerja, secara simultan dalam kondisi rendabel (cukup memberikan keuntungan). Diketahui pula pada aspek rasio profit margin dan dan rasio operasi terjadi inefisiensi, atau bekerja dengan biaya operasional yang sangat besar. rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, rentabilitas, profit margin, rasio operasi, dan produktifitas tenaga kerja, terbukti berbeda signifikan positif.

Abstract

Human resource management is important in achieving goals. In general, company leaders want good performance from their employees in carrying out the tasks assigned by the company. This study aims to determine whether the employee recruitment process on employee performance at PT. Vale Tbk and whether the employee recruitment process on employee performance at PT. Vale Tbk. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing data using questionnaires. The sample in this study are employees at PT. Vale Tbk, the sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 77 respondents. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression with SPSS 23. The novelty of this research is on the recruitment variable as the independent variable. In addition, the sample objects and targets are in the HR department and corporate services. The results showed that the implementation of employee recruitment has a positive effect on employee performance in the HR and Corporate Services section of PT. Vale Tbk. The results of the analysis of the determinant coefficients show that the employee recruitment implementation variable gives positive results in its implementation with a score of 89.5%, while the remaining 10.5% is influenced by other variables that affect employee performance outside the variables in the study. It implies that recruitment significantly influence towards employee performance.

Abstract

Paying attention to the effectiveness of the role of the Badan Kesawadayaan Masyarakat (BKM) as an entity that was initiated, formed and managed independently by the community through the PNPM-MP program, which later turned into the Kota Tanpa Kumuh (KOTAKU) program. BKM is a forum to accommodate the aspirations and needs of the community in meeting the needs of life from the economic, social and infrastructure aspects of the settlement environment. In building public trust, BKM needs to realize the principles of transparency and accountability in managing the finances spent in realizing its work program. As a form of concrete participation in encouraging the acceleration of the achievement of community welfare through the KOTAKU Program, it is deemed necessary to carry out Community Service which aims to increase the capacity and knowledge of the Secretariat BKM in 17 Kelurahan in the Tuban District, Tuban Regency. The activity begins with a session on delivering theory, practice in preparing financial reports and case studies. Abstract

Untuk lebih memahami CV. Pendekatan pemasaran Bintama Makmur Paciran Lamongan, penelitian ini akan mengkatalogkan dan mengkaji banyak taktik yang telah digunakan perusahaan di masa lalu. Iklim bisnis saat ini ditandai dengan maraknya teknologi pemasaran bisnis, seperti penggunaan media sosial sebagai media promosi. Informasi disebarluaskan, daya tarik produk dibangun, volume penjualan ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah para karyawan dan pekerja CV. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bintama Makmur Paciran Lamongan, dan jumlah sampelnya adalah 22 orang. Hal ini mengarahkan kita untuk memilih strategi pengambilan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini memiliki hubungan tiga arah antara strategi pemasaran (X), penjualan (Y), dan media sosial (Z). Metode pengumpulan data rinci perangkat lunak IBM SPPSS statistik 26 digunakan untuk analisis data penelitian ini (1) wawancara, (2) kuesioner, dan (3) dokumentasi. Penelitian strategi pemasaran untuk mendongkrak penjualan menunjukkan bahwa taktik tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan CV. Lamongan, Bintama Makmur Paciran. Tetapkan tingkat signifikansi sig 0,000 0,05 untuk ini. Nilai Thitung sebesar 2,065 juga lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan nilai Ttabel sebesar 2,07387. Data menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berdampak besar terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan CV. Lamongan, Bintama Makmur Paciran. Nilai sig sebesar 0,0000,05 menunjukkan hal tersebut. Selain itu selisih nilai Thitung dan Ttabel lebih besar yaitu sebesar 2,07387.Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Strategi Pemasaran, Produk, Harga, Promosi, Tempat, Peningkata Penjualan.
