Abstract

The Independen Learning Policy, students have the opportunity to be able to sharpen their abilities according to their interests and talents which are preparations for their future careers by directly entering the world of work. It is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM. This study aims to determine the economic and social impact of MBKM policies in the Government Science Study Program, FISIP Unikom. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population is students who take part in the MBKM learning program as many as 84 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling in which all members of the population are sample. The results showed that 36.9% of respondents knew information about MBKM policies through the Unikom online channel/Unikom IP Study Program. The socialization both offline and online carried out by UNIKOM/IP UNIKOM Study Program was chosen by 29.1% of respondents. The form of MBKM learning activities outside the IP Unikom Study Program, as many as 66.7% chose internships/work practices. As many as 63.1% already know about the procedures and operational guidelines for MBKM policies. Learning activities increase competence outside of UNIKOM as much as 22.6% answered maybe. Regarding studying in other study programs, it can provide a variety of perspectives and additional competencies as much as 81% answered yes. As many as 60.7% answered that it was very useful to join the MBKM program. There is an increase in student soft skills after joining the MBKM program as much as 45.34%. Interest in the MBKM program as much as 52.4% answered very interesting. The conclusion is that the implementation of MBKM in department of Government Science of FISIP Unikom is able to become a special attraction, because it is able to improve the soft skills of students' competencies/skills, especially when dealing with the world of work after they graduate. It can be use as a provision for students to face the world of work after they graduate from college.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of the management of the Sri Baduga Fountain Park, Purwakarta Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, data models used is by literature studies, to test the validity of the data is done through triangulation, while for data analysis is done through an interactive model. The results showed that the supporting factors in the management of the Sri Baduga Fountain Park tourism object consisted of: entertainment concept factors; The factor of application of Sundanese culture; and marketing factors, as for the inhibiting factors of the Sribaduga Fountain Park tourist attraction, including the condition of the supporting facilities; Water resource factor; and management funding factors. Researchers recommend that DISPORAPARBUD Purwakarta Regency be able to evaluate the concept of funding tourist attraction facilities; looking for water management concepts; and socializing the importance of implementing ticket-based payments and/or charges at Sri Baduga Fountain Park.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze changes in the performance-based budgeting system. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using the study of literature. The results show that the budgeting system changes because, in the traditional budgeting system, there are many weaknesses in its implementation. The change of the budget system from the traditional budget system to a performance-based budgeting system was marked by the issuance of Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance. In reality, it turns out that the application of the performance-based budgeting system is still far from what was expected. There are several difficulties in implementing a performance-based budgeting system, namely the problem of agreeing on appropriate performance measures. Therefore, the implementation of a performance-based budgeting system is only limited to meet the provision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of micro, small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) financing in Indonesia. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of MSMEs, which often face problems in financing. However, on the other hand, financial institutions find it difficult to find a database of MSMEs to channel their loans. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources of data were obtained from various sources, both primary and secondary. Primary data is obtained from statements made by informants from the Financial Services Authority, the Association of Indonesian Crowdfunding Services, crowdfunding players, and MSMEs that have taken advantage of crowdfunding. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from several published articles. The results show that the government has helped provide a source of financing for MSMEs, both through banking and non-banking. However, there were several obstacles that occurred in the field, both from MSMEs and financial institutions. The presence of securities crowdfunding instruments raises new hopes for MSMEs in fulfilling financing. In addition to an easy submission procedure, access can also be done via a digital platform.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan digital payment pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksploratif. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Wawancara dilakukan dengan beberapa informan, antara lain: perusahaan asosiasi fintech, Bank Indonesia, Asosiasi UMKM Indonesia, dan perusahaan pengguna digital payment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan system pembayaran telah mengalami evolusi sejak jaman barter hingga system digital payment. Penggunaan system digital payment banyak memberikan beberapa manfaat. Adapun manfaat penggunaan digital payment dapat dirasakan baik oleh pelaku usaha sendiri maupun oleh konsumen. Dengan demikian penggunaan digital payment mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi khususnya bagi pelaku UMKM. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan digital payment mampu meberikan berbagai manfaat bagi pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

Aplikasi Kang Pisman adalah aplikasi bank sampah yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Kecamatan Mandalajati dalam melakukan kebijakan terkait pengelolaan sampah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan Implementasi Kebijakan E-Government dalam pengelolaan sampah melalui Aplikasi Kang Pisman Mobile yang merupakan sebuah inovasi dalam menangani permasalahan sampah di kecamatan mandalajati Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metodologi deskriptif. Melalui penelitian kepustakaan, studi lapangan, termasuk pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data. mekanisme penentuan informan kepada masyarakat pengguna aplikasi Kang Pisman Mobile adalah teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan E-Government dalam Pengelolaan Sampah Melalui Aplikasi Kurangi, Pisahkan, Manfaatkan Sampah (Kang Pisman) Mobile sudah berjalan cukup baik yaitu menjalankan aturan kebijakan Peraturan Daerah Kota Bandung Nomor 9 Tahun 2018 dalam pengelolaan sampah, Namun, Implementasi kebijakan ini belum seluruhnya tepat sasaran melihat bahwa masyarakat belum mengetahui kebijakan ini hal ini disebabkan dari Sumber Daya Manusia, Sumber Daya Anggaran, Transmisi kejelasan dan konsistensi di antara organisasi, kognisi (pemahaman) aparatur, respon, dan intensitas dalam melaksanakan kebijakan, sumber daya ekonomi dan kekuasaan dinilai masih kurang.

Abstract

This research analyzes international trade and the factors that influence international trade in Indonesia. This researcher uses a descriptive method to explain international trade development and a verification method to determine variables that affect international trade. The data source is obtained from secondary data during 2003-2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results stated that international trade fluctuated during the study due to the impact of changing oil and gas and non-oil prices. Indonesia's international trade growth is more dominant in the non-oil and gas sector. So, the strategy implemented by the Indonesian government provides various facilities for exporters in the non-oil and gas sector. The factors studied, namely: exchange rates, inflation rates, government effectiveness, and trade openness, simultaneously affect international trade. However, the factors that significantly affect international trade are the inflation rate, government effectiveness, and trade openness; while the exchange rate factor has no effect.

Abstract

Rukun warga (RW) merupakan organisasi atau lembaga masyarakat yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pelayanan administratif penduduk dan memelihara kerukunan masyarakat. Namun dikarenakan adanya keterbatasan sumber daya dan sistem penunjang administrasi berakibat terhadap tidak optimalnya pelayanan kepada masyarakat, seperti yang terjadi di RW 06 Kelurahan Antapani, Kecamatan Antapani, Kota Bandung. Oleh karena itu, untuk memunjang kegiatan pelayanan RW 06 tersebut dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatan pengetahuan dan  kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di RW 06. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah berupa workshop dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini akan memberikan pendampingan cara pendataan kependudukan dan pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan lainnya, untuk menjembatani hubungan antar penduduk melalui kepengurusan RT di wilayah kerja RW.Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut dimilikinya(1) buku induk penduduk tetap, (2) buku penduduk sementara/musiman dalam daerah, luar daerah di wilayah  Provinsi  Jawa Barat dan luar wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat, (3) buku perubahan penduduk tetap, (4) buku perubahan penduduk musiman dalam/luar Kota Bandung dari/luar Provinsi Jawa Barat, (5) buku perkembangan penduduk. Dampak dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat di RW 06 ini adalah meningkatnya pelayanan administrasi kependudukan  serta tersedianya data penduduk yang valid dan akurat di RW 06.

Abstract

Para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) banyak yang mengalami permasalahan pembiayaan dalam menjalankan usaha mereka. Lembaga perbankan yang selama ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pembiayaan bagi para pelaku UMKM ternyata tidak dapat menyalurkan kreditnya. Selain karena para pelaku UMKM kurang rapih dalam hal penyusunan laporan keuangan, mereka juga tidak mempunyai agunan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan mensososialisasikan berberapa lembaga pembiayaan kepada para pelaku UMKM. Metode palaksanaan dalam sosialisasi ini dengan cara daring dan luring. Pelaksaan secara daring dilakukan untuk menjelaskan secara umum, sedangkan secara luring menjelaskan secara spesifik sambil membagikan booklet. Para pelaku UMKM yang menjadi sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah kelompok usaha dari berbagi daerah. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat mampu memberikan tambahan pengetahuan mengenai industry keuangan dan mekanisme pengajuan kredit/pembiayaan. Pelaku UMKM merasa ada harapan baru dalam memperoleh sumber pembiayaan selain bank yang selama ini sudah dikenal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader muda Partai Golongan Karya (GOLKAR) tentang peran dan fungsi partai politik dalam kebijakan Publik guna mewujudkan good governance di Indonesia. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang digunakan adalah melalui pelatihan atau workshop yang dilaksanakan secara daring. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama dua hari melalui workshop dengan tehnik focus gruf Discussion guna membahas masalah-masalah yang dihadapi kader muda partai golkar serta praktek dari materi yang diberikan terkait fungsi dari partai politik. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa fungsi partai GOLKAR belum berfungsi dengan optimal, terutama terkait fungsi pendidikan politik, komunikasi politik, artikulasi dan agregasi kepentingan serta pengatur dan pengendali konflik dalam kaitannya dengan tahapan kebijakan publik yang mengarah pada terwujudnya good governance di Indonesia. Kesimpulannya adalah Parpol memiliki peran penting dalam kebijakan publik melalui ketaatan dan komitmen menerapkan nilai-nilai dan etika politik yang berlaku. Parpol juga memiliki peran untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan rakyat dengan cara mengusulkan kepentingan-kepentingan rakyat untuk dijadikan kebijakan publik. Kalau parpol tidak melaksanakan peran itu, maka ia dapat ditinggalkan oleh pemilihnya dan kehilangan alasan eksistensinya.  Abstract. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to increase the knowledge of young cadres of the Golkar Party (GOLKAR) about the role and function of political parties in public policy to realize good governance in Indonesia. The Community Service Implementation Method used is through online training or workshops. The activity was carried out for two days through a workshop with a focus group discussion technique to discuss the problems faced by young Golkar party cadres and the practice of the material provided related to the functions of political parties. The results of Community Service indicate that the function of the GOLKAR party has not functioned optimally, especially concerning the functions of political education, political communication, articulation and aggregation of interests as well as regulating and controlling conflict with the stages of public policy that lead to the realization of good governance in Indonesia. The conclusion is that political parties have an important role in public policy through obedience and commitment to implementing applicable political values and ethics. Political parties also have a role in realizing the welfare of the people by proposing the interests of the people to become public policies. If a political party does not carry out that role, then it can be abandoned by its voters and lose the reason for its existence

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of e-Government policies in improving the quality of public services in Bandung City. Methods taken using secondary data taken from previous journals, books, articles, theses, theses, dissertations and news on the internet that have been researched using a qualitative approach with the method of literature study or literature review. The results of this study are E-Government in Bandung City, its information system services are quite good but in terms of resource indicators and disposition are still lacking. The impact is that services in the city of Bandung have become at least effective with the e-Government policy. The conclusion is that the development of E-Government in Bandung City in its information system services is quite good but it needs to be noted again that there are still many people who do not know how to use it.
