Abstract

Diversifikasi produk adalah salah satu strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan karena dengan keberagaman produk konsumen lebih banyak pilihan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginannya. Untuk mewujudkan diversifikasi produk para pedagang rotan meningkatkan penyediaan produk dengan berbagai ragam ukuran, ragam jenis, ragam kualitas dan ragam desain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produk-produk yang didiversifikasikan dan volume penjualan serta bagaimana pengaruh diversifikasi produk terhadap volume penjualan pada pedagang rotan di Lhoknga Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pedagang rotan di Lhoknga Aceh Besar dengan jumlah 30 responden yang tersebar di daerah Gampong Lamgaboh, Gampong Aneuk Paya, Gampong Kueh dan Gampong Tanjong. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam yaitu total sampel atau sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana, uji determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel diversifikasi produk (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap volume penjualan (Y). Hasil uji determinasi membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh sebesar 61,7%, sedangkan sisanya 38,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Diversifikasi Produk, Volume Penjualan

Abstract

The paper is motivated by the realization of the absent of critical engagement research problematizing the mainstream accounting worldview within accounting textbooks in the context of Indonesia. By doing so, this study uses the Thompson’s (1990) Schema of analyzing ideology to examine the content of popular introductory financial accounting (IFA) textbooks adopted by universities to reveal how, and the extent to which, the ideological status quo is reflected within these texts. This means the analysis tries to understand how ideological meaning is constructed within the textbooks. The analysis shows that the investigated textbooks portray accounting as an abstracted notion of a practical and calculative tool. Meanwhile, the ideological assumptions and socio-political and cultural background and conflict inherent in accounting are concealed and obscured. The textbooks have not scrutinized the concepts and measurement of accounting beyond employing a shareholder perspective. Consequently, the users’ attention is deflected from or glossed over the underlying ideological nature of the textbooks

Abstract

Based on this the researchers conducted this study aimed to determine (1) the learning resources used by teachers in SMPN Banda Aceh (2) constraints experienced by teachers in the use of learning resources in the learning of IPS (3) the efforts of teachers to seek solutions in the utilization of resources learn. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Subjects in this study was a social studies teacher at SMPN Banda Aceh consisting of 10 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of documentation and interviews. Data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation in the form of descriptive to draw conclusions. The results showed that 8 out of 10 social studies teachers who were respondents in this study have made use of learning resources IPS diverse and followed by media use social studies, but there are 2 of the 10 respondents who have never used the environment outside the school as a source of learning IPS as museum , offices or tourist attractions, the obstacles encountered in the use of learning resources outside the school environment such as cost, distance and time as well as the limitations of school facilities, the efforts of many teachers assign students to search for information through the internet as a homework assignment.
