Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is that some students learn only by depending on their friends, not discipline while studying, often cheat, do not pay attention when the teacher explain the lesson so that learners can not understand the lesson that has been given by subject teacher. The purpose of this research is to know if there is influence of information service effective way to student independence in class XI in SMA academic year. The method used is descriptive method with relationship study form and using quantitative approach. The data collection tools used are observation, questionnaire and interview. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the effect of information services on how effective learning on student self-reliance in high school reaches a score of 96% in the high category while the independence of learning in high school students reached an 83% score in the high category. The result of determination index calculation to find out the influence of information service on effective learning method toward student's learning independence in SMA using formula x 2 = 100% = 2500% = 2500% = meaning of information service contribution effective learning towards learning independence is 25% and there are still 75% other variables not examined in this study. Learners are influenced by other variables not obtained in this study. Based on the explanation can be concluded that, there is a significant influence that is 25% of the influence of information services effective way of learning to the independence of students in high school.Keywords :Information Services, How effevtive learning, Learning Independence

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai analisis upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengembangkan kesehatan mental peserta didik, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang berbentuk survey study yaitu procedur dengan masalah yang dselidiki dengan menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan layanan infromasi upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengembangkan kesehatan mental di MAN Mempawah, dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data Layanan Informasi hubungan teman sebaya pada siswa kelas X MAN Mempawah upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengembangkan kesehatan mental pada pesrta didik kelas X di MAN  Mempawah  mencapai skor aktual 2289 dan skor ideal 2665 dengan persentase 85% kategori “Sangat Baik”. Yang artinya menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengembangkan kesehatan mental peserta didik sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik.Kata Kunci : Analisis, Kesehatan Mental, MANAbstac : This study aims to obtain an overview of the analysis efforts teacher guidance and counseling in developing mental health of students, the method used in this research is descriptive method in the form of a survey study which procedure of the problems that dselidiki to describe or depict the state of the service Opera- efforts of teachers guidance and counseling in developing mental health in MAN Mempawah, and explained descriptively. Abstract

Unparalleled technological advances, escalating global competition, and other forms of workplace turbulence have led to dramatic changes in the American economic arena. Today, leaders in business and industry cite the ability to work collaboratively as requisite to success in the worldwide economic environment. However, research indicates that many students arrive on the college campus with little or no experience in working as part of a team. Moreove, employers indicate the today's entry-level workers lack this critical wokplace competency. Through skillfull guidance, however, post secondary educators can implement strategies that will help students learn how to work successfully as part of team.The objective of the present reseach is an establishment of the collaborative teamwork learning strategyas well as its for teacher, students, or bath of them. Therefore, the present reseacrh is carried out by (1) need assessment about the beginning level of student;s collaborative teamwork; (2) need assessment about teaching strategies that really carried out by lecturrers in order to develop students' coollaborative team work capacity; (#) to organize the collaborative teamwork teaching strategy; and (4) emperical validation through field try out at the three univesity (FKIP Tanjungpura University, STKIP-PGRI,and Tarbiyah Faculty of Muhammadiyah University)
