Abstract

Abstract– Pada sistem konversi pembangkit listrik tenaga surya, teknik MPPT merupakan suatu teori atau gagasan yang bertujuan   menemukan cara bagaimana mendapatkan nilai puncak energi, atau daya untuk kuat penyinaran matahari yang berubah-ubah. Pada sistem pengisian baterai dari sel surya yang diusulkan, teknik P&O (perturb and observation) merupakan salah satu dari teknik MPPT, yang dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa teknik ini memiliki algoritma sederhana dan mampu  menjejak potensi daya maksimum dari sel surya. Bertitik tolak dari algoritma P&O, disusun deskripsi lanjut untuk mendapatkan bentuk implementasi yang tepat pada bidang elektronika. Dari hasil deskripsi dan  ketersediaan komponen lokal, dilakukan perancangan untuk memenuhi tujuan implementasi yang tepat. Rancangan sistem ini terdiri dari bagian- bagian yang saling mendukung dan bekerja sesuai dengan prinsip yang diinginkan.  Setelah melalui proses perancangan dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan prototipe perangkat elektronika. Melalui percobaan berupa pengukuran dan pengujian diperoleh data, ketika dianalisa dapat dilihat pola dan karakter yang yang terlihat  memenuhi kriteria rancangan. Realisasi sistem pengisian baterai dari sel surya ini terwujud tidak terlepas dari kendala dan proses perbaikan, meskipun demikian dapat dikatakan sistem memenuhi kriteria rancangan seperti biaya rendah, rugi-rugi konversi daya kurang dari 30% dan konverter daya bekerja dengan baik pada tiap kuat penyinaran yang berbeda. Keywords- teknik MPPT, P&O, implementasi dan perangkat elektronika.

Abstract

This research aim to know the transformation of microstructure and it influence to ST 60 when its heated by heat treatment process. Specimen heated and arrested at temperature 800°C during 30 minutes, then is cooled with water coolant. Hardness of test piece is measured [by] before and after heat treatment by using method Rockwell C. Microstructure of metal photograph take by using special camera, and it presenting in millimeter block to calculate ferrite and pearlite content percentage. Result of research indicates that heat treatment to metal ST 60 causing microstructure change and percentage of ferrite was increase, directly causes material hardness value  increase too.

Abstract

The goal of this research was Creation of Flood Disaster Evacuation Map to improve community preparedness infacing floods. Floods in Pati regency in 2014 was the most severe disaster in the last 20 years. Worst flood disastersoccurred in central part of Pati regency which caused by Juwana river. One of disaster management effort was doingtrial or socialization of Flood Evacuation Path Map to stakeholders in central part of Pati regency. The stakeholderswere BPBD, SAR, chief of Village and Karang Taruna. This was experiment research. Data collection methods useddocumentation, observations, questionnaires and tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and gain test.Results of the study includes disaster data, Flood Evacuation Path Map and contribution of map as media in communitypreparedness toward floods. Based on disaster data compilation obtained zoning of flood height, the affectedsettlements, flood evacuation route, and the logistic support path. Creation of preparedness media Flood EvacuationPath Map which is feasible in terms of content and design. Socialization has increased the average value of the resultsafter using the media of Flood Evacuation Path Map with relative socialization outcome was in high category. It can beconcluded that the Flood Evacuation Path Map contributed to increase preparedness of Central part of Pati regencycommunity toward floods.

Abstract

Proses perlakuan permukaan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperbaiki tampilan dari sebuah logam, satu diantaranya adalah proses pelapisan (electroplating). Untuk mendapatkan tampilan yang bagus dengan waktu yang efektif, parameter pelapisan sangat menentukan. Untuk itu dilakukan penentuan parameter ketebalan lapisan logam paduan aluminium AA5051 dengan waktu pencelupan 30, 40, 50 dan 60 menit dengan tegangan 3 dan 10 Volt. Sedangkan logam plain carbon steel dengan waktu pencelupan 30, 40, 50 dan 60 menit dengan tegangan 3 dan 8 Volt. Dari parameter di atas diperoleh rata-rata laju ketebalan pelapisan untuk logam paduan aluminium AA5051 yang tertinggi 1.40 μm per menit (30 menit pada 10 Volt) dan terendah adalah 1.00 μm per menit (40 menit pada 3 Volt). Dan untuk logam plain carbon steel yang tertinggi 1.77 μm per menit (60 menit pada 4 Volt) dan terendah adalah 0.35 μm per menit (40 menit pada 4 Volt).

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Figuring out the characteristics of trainer (widyaiswara) in West Nusa Tenggara Province., 2) Analyzing the performance of trainer in West Nusa Tenggara Province, 3) Analyzing the correlation between the characteristics and the performance of trainer in Nusa Tenggara Province. This study employs descriptive mixed methods approach as its methodology. This strategy uses data collection and quantitative data analysis in the first phase and uses qualitative data collection and analysis in the second phase respectively. The study was conducted by census to 57 gorvermental agency trainers in West Nusa Tenggara. Proportion Test is used to compare the mean of two trainer groups, and chi-square test is used to see the correlation between characteristics and performance. The research finding show that the number of credit used to analyze the performance shows the low level of trainers? performance in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The performance of career-trainer exceeds the performance of the non career-ones. There is no correlation between age, education, gender, the length of position to the performance of trainers. The competence of trainers is the foundation of their performance.

Abstract

The employees' presence is an important factor for an institution, which is relate to discipline and has an impact on the employee's performance.  Therefore, it is necessary to have specific data collection to record presence, absenteeism, and work activities that has done every day so that employee performance record in real-time and proper. There are many ways that can be done to achieve a good presence information system, one of them is using computer and mobile phone technology which is implemented with a website-based presence application. At the Pontianak State Polytechnic, finger print machine used in the presence process system, but it is still lack in efficiency and effectiveness in data collection, data retrieval as well as data recap calculations, which require a relatively long time. Besides, the bigger risk of error and loss of presence data.  Based on problems, a Web-Based Presence Application Development Information System created at the Pontianak State Polytechnic. The research method used in data collection, which includes research methods, interviews and literature. While software development uses a waterfall model which includes requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. This web-based presence application can provide convenience in the employee presence process, data search and presence recap calculations, and minimize loss and errors in recording employee presence data. Based on web-based presence application testing and evaluation to thirty-four employees of Pontianak State Polytechnic, it stated that the web-based presence application is suitable for used by all employees of Pontianak State Polytechnic.
