Abstract

Mie Endess is a noodle shop in Jombang, specifically at Jalan Governor Suryo No 11 A Gg. II, Jombang Kec. Jombang. Mie Endess is a restaurant that has many customers. However, Mie Endess still uses the manual method for ordering food and drinks, where waiters use paper and pen/pencil as media to record and order food and drinks ordered by customers. Therefore we need a responsive web-based information system that can speed up the process of submitting order lists from customers. Field condition analysis was carried out through interviews and old-system literature studies. The analysis results of the food menu ordering application built on a web basis will be described using UML (Unified Modeling Language) notation, Activity Diagram, and ERD to be further implemented using the PHP programming language and database using MySQL. The Bootstrap Framework is also used from the application design side to provide application flexibility when accessed with devices with a smaller resolution. In addition, this application is equipped with a non-cash payment feature which is very efficient in payments.

Abstract

MSMEs are the driving force of the Indonesian economy. Unfortunately, many MSMEs still sell conventionally so that the profits are not maximized. Jatisari Hamlet, Jatiwates Village, Tembelang District, has the potential to develop MSME businesses. Unfortunately, like the problems with other MSME business actors, MSME business actors in Jatisari still use conventional marketing methods. Therefore, it is necessary to provide assistance regarding the importance of using digital media and making attractive product packaging as an effort to increase sales of MSME products. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of MSME entrepreneurs regarding the importance of product design as a sales strategy and the importance of using digital media as a promotional medium and buying and selling transactions to expand market reach. This activity was carried out in Jatiwates Village on October 1 and 2, 2022 which was attended by MSME actors. The method used in this activity is Assets Based Community Development (ABCD). The results obtained from this activity are an increase in the understanding of MSME actors regarding the importance of improving product packaging and digital media as marketing media. The output generated from this activity is a digital account as a marketing medium for products and attractive product packaging. Keywords: Digital marketing; Product packaging; MSMEs; Income

Abstract

University of KH.. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang is a private university with a number of students reaching 2,300 in 2021. The large number of students demands manpower and time to provide administrative services to students. One of the student services that needs attention is the service for taking certificates and graduations which are still done manually. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for staff, prospective graduate students, and graduation committees to manage graduation activities and take certificates by utilizing digital media. This research was conducted at the University of KH. A. Wahab Habullah Jombang uses the experimental method. The development model used is the waterfall model. The test results of applications developed using the blackbox method show that the system developed is in accordance with the expected results. This means that the application developed is feasible to be applied to management activities for sending graduations and taking diplomas at University of KH.. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi aparatur pemerintahan desa dalam rangka mewujudkan  smart  village adalah minimnya ketrampilan dalam pengelolaan arsip sehingga pelayanan publik tidak optimal. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah membangun sistem informasi dalam bentuk media komunikasi website dan sistem Informasi desa agar bisa membantu dan meningkatkan kinerja aparat desa. Pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa kegiatan rancang bangun website SID dan berhasil dikembangkan di desa Pulorejo Kecamatan Tembelang kabupaten Jombang dengan alur dan rancangan antar muka yang sederhana. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berhasil merancang website SID dan telah dilakukan sosialisasi yang secara umum masyarakat desa sangat antusias serta sangat membantu kinerja aparatur desa. Web ini bisa memberikan informasi pada masyarakat serta membantu aparat desa dalam pelayanan public dan mudah diakses.  Hasil seminasi Web SID menunjukkan bahwa 87% masyarakat puas terhadap keberadaan web desa dan mampu meningkatkan kinerja aparat desa sebesar 88%.
