Abstract

Knowledge Management System (KMS) is very important to manage knowledge and tacit to have added value for the organization, especially the Pramita Indonesia Employee Class, related to the routines of all employees in the work unit who are expected to provide solutions in solving problems that occur. With conditions that often occur at this time, knowledge and experience have not been documented, the socialization of standard operating procedures is not running properly and the tenure of employees is unknown so when there is a change of employees in the organizational structure, it will result in the loss of knowledge and experience possessed by an employee, confusion or incomplete information received to create misunderstandings between employees in communicating. Based on the results of research that are following the conditions that exist in the class work unit of Pramita Indonesia employees, the author tries to develop a KMS model. By using the Tiwana model framework, and the Becerra-Fernandez progress structure research methodology, as well as using the SECI Nonaka model development, to test the framework model using the Gathering Conversation (FGD) and Black Box Testing strategies, and using a Likert scale for scoring the system test results. , and the quality of the KMS software prototype is 72% with the Very Appropriate category, so the results show that the overall KMS prototype has been running well so that the proposed system can be used in managing knowledge to provide maximum service solutions efficiently and effectively

Abstract

Kesadaran akan perlunya melestarikan lingkungan semakin penting, terutama di wilayah urban seperti Komplek Jurang Manggu Timur, Pondok Aren, Tangerang Selatan. Dalam konteks ini, sebuah workshop pengabdian masyarakat difokuskan pada inisiatif utama yaitu Bank Sampah. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kesadaran serta keterlibatan masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan. Pendekatan kolaboratif diadopsi untuk merespons masalah sampah dan kurangnya kesadaran lingkungan. Workshop ini bertujuan mengubah pola pikir dan tindakan masyarakat menuju praktik berkelanjutan dalam menjaga lingkungan, didasarkan pada pendekatan pengembangan komunitas. Partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat, pemerintah, dan perguruan tinggi menjadi kunci dalam perencanaan program ini. Diskusi dan konsultasi membentuk landasan kuat dengan tujuan yang jelas dan strategi pelaksanaan inklusif. Hasilnya menunjukkan tingkat kehadiran peserta mencapai 80% dan penurunan jumlah sampah hingga 50%, mencerminkan efektivitas pendekatan kolaboratif. Keberhasilan workshop ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pengembangan komunitas, melalui Bank Sampah dan Taman Bacaan, berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam melestarikan lingkungan serta menggalakkan minat baca. Kolaborasi erat antara berbagai pihak terbukti memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, menjadi langkah penting dalam mendukung pelestarian lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This community partnership program focuses on using digital technology with utilize digital technology and information to help develop MSMEs in food sector. The partner in this activity is MSME Nugget which currently still has limitations in terms of production, management, and marketing. The purpose of the activity partnership to the community is to provide solutions to challenges that owned by MSME nuggets by carrying out activities that are able to empower employees of MSMEs. The method used is to conduct observations and interviews with the chairman and the entire business management team. The solution offered to overcome the problem of low production is by developing production support equipment consisting of meat grinders, machines steamers, and nuggets fryers and also delivering how to use those equipment training. The solution to the problem of untidy MSME management is by delivering entrepreneurship training. Meanwhile, solutions for marketing what is still limited is providing training on the use of social media and marketplaces and using strong branding on products. It is hoped that the implementation of this solution will have a positive impact on MSMEs. Impact related to production problems is increasing production to 6 times, related to management is the availability of a neat management and related marketing is increasing the reach of marketing to become wider.
