Abstract

AUTOMATION TECHNIQUE MACHINE OF QUAIL EGGS FOR OPTIMIZATION OF BREAKING, IMPROVING PRODUCTION AND MARKETING FOR QUAIL FARMABSTRACT Bogor District has a very large area, so the market share for livestock products is also wide open. In 2015 suppliers of quail farmers there are only 20 breeders with quail population ranges from 10 thousand head (Department of Animal Husbandry & Fishery Bogor District). This is a very good opportunity for quail farmers, but the problems faced by quail farmers turned out to be very complex. Two quail farmers who became the object of Community Service goal have complex issues related to production, marketing, and management. The condition of the cage is not feasible, dirty, sanitation and hygiene is very bad, consequently diseased quail cattle reach an average of 35%. Productivity is very low, and having difficulty marketing eggs. Farmers also do not have a systematic bookkeeping related to finance and production process. Community service activities are carried out through Optimization of Cage Build Design, Optimization of Livestock Enviromental Environments, Quyry Health Control, Selection of Superior Seeds and Optimal Hatching of Eggs, Microcontroller Based Automatic Hatching Grants, and Marketing Strategy (Manual or Digital through Social Media) and Simple Operations and Financial Management. Keywords: automation, community service, microcontroler, quail farmers.

Abstract

ABSTRACTHealth insurance available in Indonesia is still very limited in scope, given to a small proportion of the Population of Beneficiaries (PBI) and formal workers. This is also the case in the Bogor region, whereas the informal sector population in Bogor dominates more than 70%. The participation of the informal sector population in Bogor City is still low, reaching only 30% of the total population. Informal sector workers working in small firms, entrepreneurs in the informal and underemployed or elderly economic sectors, will rely on personal insurance or assistance from close and distant relatives and local communities, resulting in a very limited sustainability of group health insurance. In order to increase membership and coverage of health insurance can be expanded, the groups of informal sector workers in the area of Bogor must be recognizable and at the same time can be distinguished by their characteristics. It is necessary to define various segments of informal sector workers. More specifically, it is necessary to establish the mechanisms of the population engaged in the informal sector to be optimized for their participation in the health insurance program coordinated by the BPJS. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the needs of social health insurance system based on identification of informal workers (case study in Bogor city), so that the impact of health insurance (BPJS) partnership can be constructed for informal sector people. Keywords: BPJS, Health Insurance, Informal Sector, Partnership

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the classification process of providing assistance to Indonesian Telematics Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) using a deep learning approach. The data used is the 2016 Economic Census data. The research was conducted comprehensively through the process of comparing performance through several approaches. Deep learning performance shows an optimal accuracy rate of 99.03%, higher than other approaches of the Adaboost and Adaboos-Bagging Ensemble (92.0%), LVQ (93.11%) and Backpropagation (89.1%). The deep learning approach still has shortcomings in terms of tracing attributes that affect the provision of assistance. Unlike the case with an ensemble approach that is able to display priority attributes, and these results are also validated with relevant research results. Research development opportunities can be done through the integration of EXPLAIN and IME models in the deep learning model, making it easier for stakeholders to prioritize attributes that affect the delivery of telematics SMEs. This is expected to encourage the improvement of SMEs competitiveness in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
