Abstract

Prose literature is a literary work that has fictional characters in it. One of them is a short story Tamu by Budi Darma which has fictional characters with psychological phenomena like humans in general. The psychological phenomena of these characters can be analyzed with a literary psychology approach. Guest short stories by Budi Daram will be the object of this research. The purpose of this study is to describe the psychological phenomenon of Tini's character in the short story Tamu by Budi Darma using a literary psychology approach, especially Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory because this research focuses on the analysis of the id, ego, and superego of Tini's character in Budi Darma's short short story Tamu by Budi Darma. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data in this study comes from the short story Tamu Karya Budi Darma, in the form of sentence quotes or dialogues that show the personality structure of Tini's character. Data collection techniques using reading and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the structure of the Id and ego is more dominant in controlling Tini in her daily life. However, the superego can limit the ego and id in Tini, making her loosen up her ego and id a little. These three personality elements greatly influence Tini in making decisions and actions.

Abstract

Abstract   The purpose of this study is to use the TikTok application for video media to help students become more proficient in writing procedure texts. The classroom action research (CAR) staged model was used in the research design. The research was conducted on 26 students of XI SMK Negeri 9 Medan. data collection techniques through interviews, tests, and observation. Qualitative analysis is used to view the data. Utilization of TikTok video content resulted in an increase in the ability to write procedural text in class XI students of SMK Negeri 9 Medan. Student learning outcomes before using the Tiktok application were still below the completeness criteria in accordance with the findings of research conducted in cycle 1. However, there was a major change in cycle II because each student received a completeness score. It can be said that the tiktok application can help students write procedure texts better.Keywords: TikTok, Learning Media, Procedure Text. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan aplikasi TikTok untuk media video untuk membantu siswa menjadi lebih mahir dalam menulis teks prosedur. Model tahapan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) digunakan dalam desain penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 26 siswa XI DKV 2. teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, tes, dan observasi. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk melihat data. Pemanfaatan konten video TikTok menghasilkan peningkatan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 9 Medan. Hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan aplikasi Tiktok masih di bawah kriteria ketuntasan sesuai dengan temuan penelitian yang dilakukan pada siklus 1. Namun terjadi perubahan besar pada siklus II karena masing-masing siswa mendapat nilai ketuntasan. Dapat dikatakan bahwa aplikasi tiktok dapat membantu siswa menulis teks prosedur dengan lebih baik.Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Teks Prosedur, TikTok.
