Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengembangan model pembelajaran kontekstual mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak dalam membina sikap keagamaan siswa, dan (2) kelayakan model pembelajaran kontekstual mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak dalam membina sikap keagamaan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model yang digunakan oleh Sugiyono. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Ex PGA Univa Medan Project. Pemilihan subjek penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengembangan model pembelajaran. Produk yang dikembangkan adalah buku model, buku guru dan buku siswa yang kelayakannya divalidasi oleh ahli desain, ahli materi, dan praktisi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah model pembelajaran kontekstual mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak untuk menumbuhkan sikap keagamaan siswa yang terdiri dari sintaksis, sistem sosial, prinsip reaksi dan sistem pendukung dilengkapi juga dengan buku model, buku guru, dan buku siswa. buku, dan (2) model pembelajaran kontekstual mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak dan seluruh rangkaian model pembelajaran layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

This research aims to; (1) Organizational Culture on Performance; (2) Organizational Culture on Satisfaction; (3) Ability to Performance; (4) Ability to Satisfaction; (5) Satisfaction with Performance (6) Simultaneous Organizational Culture and Ability with Performance; (7) Simultaneous Ability and Satisfaction with Performance; (8) Simultaneous Organizational Culture Capability and Satisfaction with Performance. Research method This research is a quantitative research with a survey research type, because it is carried out by using a questionnaire for the four variables given to respondents. The results of the research findings are as follows; (1) Organizational Culture on Satisfaction of 59.4%; (2) Ability to Satisfaction of 51.4%; (3) Organizational Culture on Performance of 67.4%; (4) Ability to Performance of 48.9%; (5) Satisfaction with Performance of 79.4%; (6) Organizational Culture and Ability to Performance of 23.9%; (7) Ability and Satisfaction with Performance of 63.9%; (8) Organizational Culture and Capability and Satisfaction with Performance of 70.0%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the transformation of Islamic education in terms of the influence of leadership style, managerial cognitive abilities, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of elementary school (SD) principals in Asahan Regency. This study focuses on transformation efforts in Islamic educational institutions. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 136 respondents through krejcie-based sampling. Test the validity of the instrument using the formula rcount > rtable. The results of this research conclude that there is an indirect influence of Leadership Style (X1) and management cognitive abilities (X2) through Job Satisfaction (X3) on the Organizational Commitment of School Principals in carrying out their duties (Y) in Asahan Regency amounting to 47.2% and 52.8 % is the simultaneous influence of Leadership Style and Management Cognitive Ability through Job Satisfaction on the Principal's Organizational Commitment.
