Abstract

Abstrak: wacana pendidikan Islam terus berkembang sesuai dengan kondisi yang dialami oleh para pelaku pendidikan. Terlepas, isu dihadapkan dengan civitas akademika yang dimunculkan dari perilaku masyarakat, ataupun memang hasil dari pengkajian serius dari kalangan dunia akademik. Urgensitas fenomena ini dapat dikaitkan sebagai terbuka lebarnya aksses seluruh lapisan masyarakat dalam membahas tentang pendidikan Islam itu sendiri, yang ultimate aimsnya dipahami sebagai percepatan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan Islam. salah satu isu yang kerap dikontrakskan adalah persolan sumber belajar dengan pembelajaran bersanad yang kemudian diafirmasi pada tataran madrasah ibtidaiyah sebagai lembaga formal tingkat dasar. Karena, wacana ini terus menggelinding yang kemudian mengharuskan sebuah kajian serius, artikel ini memberikan sebuah substansi krusial terhadap tersebut. yang pada akhirnya, bahwa sumber belajar dalam dunia pendidikan bermakna filosofis dipahami apa saja yang memberikan informasi terhadap ilmu pengetahuan. Sedangkan pembelajaran bersanad dipahami sebagai aktivitas pembelajaran yang memiliki akses ketersambungan ilmu pengetahuan. Inilah kemudian, disandingkan dengan posisi strategisnya masa pendidkan dasar yang harus dikelola dengan baik agar tidak terjebak pada shock informasi.Kata Kunci: Sumber, Pembelajaran, Bersanad

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial planning of Islamic education at Fatoni University Thailand. Then describe the financial organization of Islamic education at Fatoni University Thailand. Then to describe the implementation of Islamic education financial resources at Fatoni University Thailand. Then to describe the supervision of the Islamic education financial program at Fatoni University Thailand. Lastly, to describe the evaluation of the use of Islamic education finance at Fatoni University Thailand. This research is qualitative. The process of extracting data holistically, either by means of in-depth interviews with a series of questions, observations in the form of observations, and collection of documents with the aim of obtaining correct and valid data related to the research theme. There are 5 (five) findings that became the results of this study, namely: Financial planning for Islamic education at Fatoni University Thailand in the construction of lecture buildings maximizes assistance from IDB waqf costs. Financial Organization of Islamic Education at Fatoni University Thailand through the structure. The implementation of Islamic education financial resources at Fatoni University Thailand is by utilizing waqf funds. The supervision of the Islamic education financial program at Fatoni University Thailand is carried out by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Evaluation. Financial evaluation of Islamic education at Fatoni University Thailand that monthly financial reports are made.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the relationship between the principal's supervision and the teacher's pedagogic competence; (2) the relationship between achievement motivation and teacher pedagogic competence; and (3) the relationship between Principal Supervision and achievement motivation with teachers' pedagogical competence. The research subjects were teachers of SMP Negeri Se- Binjai Timur with a total sample of 118 people. Sampling was done by proportionate random sampling. The research method is descriptive which aims to obtain information about a symptom in the study. Before this research was conducted, the research instrument was first tested, followed by validity and reliability tests. The valid teacher Pedagogic Competency questionnaire instrument obtained 25 items out of 30 tested questionnaires, and has a reliability of 0.90. The valid principal supervision questionnaire instrument obtained 26 items out of 30 tested questionnaires, and the reliability coefficient was 0.88. The valid achievement motivation questionnaire instrument obtained 26 items out of 30 tested questionnaires, and the reliability coefficient was 0.88. Based on the hypothesis testing, it can be concluded: (1) there is a significant relationship between the supervision of the principal and the teacher's pedagogical competence of ry1.2 = 0.54 > rtable = 0.18 and tcount = 7.19 > ttable = 1.65; (2) there is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and teacher pedagogical competence of ry2.1 = 0.31 > r table = 0.18 and t count = 3.67 > t table = 1.65; and (3) there is a significant relationship between principal supervision and achievement motivation with teacher pedagogic competence of Ry(12) = 0.68 > rtable = 0.18 and Fcount = 48.37 > Ftable = 3.23. The results showed that the principal's supervision and achievement motivation together contributed 46% to the teacher's pedagogic competence, and the rest was determined by other conditions.

Abstract

Plurality, diversity, and variation as well as public and cultural multiform in the international arena, especially in the very pluralistic Indonesian society, is a reality of necessity. Plurality and diversity have led to negative excesses and critical risks recently including collisions. Public and local culture in various places in Indonesia. Therefore it is important to anticipate, among others, the reliability of strong Human Resources (HR). Implementation of the development of various sectors such as the nature of resources, material and financial will not provide optimal implications for improving welfare, if it is not supported by adequate availability of reliable human resources, both in quality and quantity. The greatness of HR is not only in the concept but how to implement it properly and correctly. The data used is qualitative. This study references and explores relevant literacy, in nature to analyze the data the method used is to reduce data, present data, and conclude and examine research results on an ongoing basis in the research process. The research results show that; The progress achieved by a nation is supported by qualified human resources. HR development is principally directed towards increasing the participation and implementation of HR, which in turn will increase performance productivity. The world of academia, in carrying out multicultural education, must have a strong and qualified foundation, especially in the field of human resources, is no exception.

Abstract

Teachers' awareness of work discipline is still relatively poor in schools. This study aims to determine the relationship between situational leadership and school culture with the work discipline of teachers at SDIT Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire involving 42 respondents, then analyzed by statistical analysis of multiple correlations, with the help of SPSS version 17.0. The results of the research and analysis of statistical data show that, partially, the situational leadership variable has an effect of 0.582, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the situational leadership variable and teacher work discipline, namely 58.2%. Furthermore, the school culture variable has an effect of 0.771, which means that 77.1% has a strong relationship between the school culture variable and the teacher's work discipline. Simultaneously, the relationship given by the school principal and school culture variables to teacher work discipline is 0.610%, which is 61%, while 39% (100% -61%) is again influenced by other variables. On this basis, it can be concluded that situational leadership and school culture have a strong relationship with the work discipline of elementary school level teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Professionalism Development Program for Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in Langkat Regency (CIPP Model: Context, Input, Process, Product). This research technique is qualitative. Teachers, supervisors, and the head of the Medan BDK became research informants. The data comes from primary and secondary sources. Researcher observation, source triangulation, method triangulation, and researcher triangulation are approaches to ensuring the correctness of data. Observations, interviews, and documentation are all forms of data collection. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of the study and the findings of the analysis of data on the assessment of the professionalism development program for madrasah tsanawiyah teachers in Langkat Regency (CIPP Model: Context, Input, Process, Product) is that the program is implemented according to plan and goes well and according to plan, implementing learning by forming study groups, then practicing and displaying the results made for widyaswara learning designs to encourage training participants to innovate in the future by utilizing multimedia-based learning media, which will continue to develop along with technological updates in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to; (1) Organizational Culture on Performance; (2) Organizational Culture on Satisfaction; (3) Ability to Performance; (4) Ability to Satisfaction; (5) Satisfaction with Performance (6) Simultaneous Organizational Culture and Ability with Performance; (7) Simultaneous Ability and Satisfaction with Performance; (8) Simultaneous Organizational Culture Capability and Satisfaction with Performance. Research method This research is a quantitative research with a survey research type, because it is carried out by using a questionnaire for the four variables given to respondents. The results of the research findings are as follows; (1) Organizational Culture on Satisfaction of 59.4%; (2) Ability to Satisfaction of 51.4%; (3) Organizational Culture on Performance of 67.4%; (4) Ability to Performance of 48.9%; (5) Satisfaction with Performance of 79.4%; (6) Organizational Culture and Ability to Performance of 23.9%; (7) Ability and Satisfaction with Performance of 63.9%; (8) Organizational Culture and Capability and Satisfaction with Performance of 70.0%.
