Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berawal dari adanya masalah, dimana minat pengguna jasa layanan bea dan cukai masih belum optimal, bahkan dapat dikatakan masih minimal. Hal ini mengingat selain tidak semua orang memerlukan jasa layanan tersebut, juga sarana dan prasarana yang masih belum memadai sehingga membuat masyarakat enggan untuk menggunakan jasa pelayanan kantor tersebut. Sarana dan prasarana pelayanan yang ada di Kantor Bea dan Cukai Tasikmalaya, masih belum optimal. Dengan demikian maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sarana dan prasarana pelayanan pada Kantor Bea dan Cukai Tasikmalaya, minat pengguna jasa pada Kantor Bea dan Cukai Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan tanggapan responden terhadap sarana dan prasarana cenderung tinggi dan juga tanggapan responden terhadap minat pengguna jasa juga cenderung tinggi. Dengan demikian maka tanggapan kedua variabel tersebut cenderung tinggi. Sementara itu hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dampak sarana dan prasarana terhadap minat pengguna jasa termasuk kategori cukup kuat. Artinya sarana dan prasarana pelayanan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap minat pengguna jasa. Jika sarana dan prasarana memadai, maka minat pengguna jasa akan meningkat.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of the promotion mix and the internal environment of individuals on consumer purchasing decisions. The promotion mix has a positive relationship with purchasing decisions because consumers will be introduced to various products and influence the desire of consumers to buy these products. Meanwhile the positive relationship of an individual’s internal environment with consumer purchasing decisions will, therefore, be a consideration in making decisions. The new contribution of this study concerns the relationship between the promotion mix literature and the separate internal environment of individuals regarding consumer purchasing decisions. To test the hypothesis, we use the parametric statistical analysis method through Structural Equation Modeling. We conducted this study on the perceptions of minimarket consumers in the Priangan Timur region in Indonesia, whereas many as 400 customers were selected randomly. The results of the study show that the promotion mix and the internal environment of individuals influence consumer purchasing decisions. Other results show that the promotional mix applied by minimarkets based on consumer perceptions gets an attractive category. While the individual’s internal environment based on consumer perception becomes a consideration in making a decision.

Abstract

Situasi dan kondisi perekonomian menuntut adanya berbagai strategi yang harus dilakukan perusahaan seperti halnya bank BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya. Salah satu produk yang mengalami fluktuasi adalah kredit ritel. Adanya regulasi dan status perekonomian saat ini mendesak perusahaan untuk mengeluarkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Dengan demikian maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya, untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya terdiri dari tujuh langkah yaitu melakukan riset pemasaran, menetapkan tujuan pemasaran, mengembangkan strategi pemasaran, penyusunan rencana pemasaran, melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran, melaksanakan pengawasan kegiatan pemasaran, dan melakukan evaluasi kegiatan pemasaran. Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya adalah kendala persaingan. Dari hasil observasi di ketahui bahwa sejauh ini persaingan antar bank sangat ketat mengingat masing masing bank melakukan inovasi terhadap strategi pemasarannya masing-masing, dan SDM menjadi hambatan untuk pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran dalam rangka meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya adalah dengan melakukan inovasi produk dan memberikan pelayanan jemput bola dengan mendatangi calon nasabah dan UMKM secara langsung. Sementara itu hasil observasi di ketahui bahwa sejauh ini pegawai bank BNI tidak hanya memberikan pelayanan di dalam kantor, tetapi juga memberikan pelayanan di luar kantor dan dilakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan in the job training atau of the job training, serta pembinaan langsung agar mengetahui tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai pelaksana dalam meningkatkan kredt ritel

Abstract

The background of this research was to determine work commitment and employee empowerment towards SP2HP and Fingerprint services on Sat. Banjar Criminal. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with the result that work commitment has a significant effect on SP2HP services and fingerprints. Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Competence and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance at the Indonesian University of Education, Tasikmalaya Campus. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if the competence of employees increases, the performance of the Administrative Section Employees will also increase. Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if knowledge management increases, the performance of Administrative Officers will also increase. Competence and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if competence and knowledge management increases, the performance of the Administrative Section Employees also increases.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational effectiveness using the Mc Kinsey 7s Framework Model Approach on Employee Performance. The problem formulation proposed in this research is How Organizational Effectiveness with the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach Influences the Performance of Karangpucung State Vocational School Employees. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire distribution method. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study and field study. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used by the author in this research is by distributing questionnaires. From the research results it was found that: The results of the research on measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach have a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that if measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach increases, it will have an effect on performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the not yet optimal development of the Cipari Hot Spring area destination in Cilacap Regency, this can be seen from the lack of facilities and infrastructure that can support tourism development, such as lodging places for tourists, information facilities and banking. The trend of visitor visits to Cipari Hot Springs has decreased significantly, namely 64% in 2020. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of Tourism Development on Tourist Visit Rates, 2) the effect of Promotion on Tourist Visit Rates, and 3) the influence of Tourism Development and Promotion jointly on the Level of Tourist Visits at the Cipari Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cilacap Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that there is an influence of Tourism Development on the Level of Tourist Visits, there is an influence of Promotion on the Level of Tourist Visits, and there is an effect of Tourism Development and Promotion together on the Level of Tourist Visits at the Cipari Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cilacap Regency. This means that the better the Tourism Development and Promotion, the more tourist visits will increase, and vice versa.
