Abstract

Academic supervision is non-negotiable for leaders to improve teacher professionalism in schools. This research aims to understand the teacher's perception of the principal's academic supervision at SMP Negeri 2 Kroya. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. This research is an understanding of social phenomena or phenomena that occur in the field, with more emphasis on a complete picture of the phenomena that occur. The results showed that teachers' perceptions of academic supervision by school principals had a perfect meaning because, on average, they had good motivation and performance before the covid-19 pandemic. Teachers interpreted the supervision carried out by the principal of SMP Negeri 2 Kroya as professional guidance assistance, quality-oriented based on continuous improvement, quality control, driving school principals, and an arena for the principal's responsibility to teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berawal dari adanya masalah, dimana minat pengguna jasa layanan bea dan cukai masih belum optimal, bahkan dapat dikatakan masih minimal. Hal ini mengingat selain tidak semua orang memerlukan jasa layanan tersebut, juga sarana dan prasarana yang masih belum memadai sehingga membuat masyarakat enggan untuk menggunakan jasa pelayanan kantor tersebut. Sarana dan prasarana pelayanan yang ada di Kantor Bea dan Cukai Tasikmalaya, masih belum optimal. Dengan demikian maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sarana dan prasarana pelayanan pada Kantor Bea dan Cukai Tasikmalaya, minat pengguna jasa pada Kantor Bea dan Cukai Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan tanggapan responden terhadap sarana dan prasarana cenderung tinggi dan juga tanggapan responden terhadap minat pengguna jasa juga cenderung tinggi. Dengan demikian maka tanggapan kedua variabel tersebut cenderung tinggi. Sementara itu hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dampak sarana dan prasarana terhadap minat pengguna jasa termasuk kategori cukup kuat. Artinya sarana dan prasarana pelayanan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap minat pengguna jasa. Jika sarana dan prasarana memadai, maka minat pengguna jasa akan meningkat.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penelitian ini meliputi : 1] Bagaimana Pengaruh Brand Awerness terhadap Purchase Intention produk Ipone di Ciamis; 2]Bagaimana Pengaruh Brand Awerness terhadap Purchase Intention produk Iphone di Ciamis; 3]Bagaimana Pengaruh Brand Familiarity dan Brand Awerness terhadap Purchase Intention produk Iphone di Ciamis. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1] Pengaruh Brand Familiary terhadap Purchase Intention produk Iphone di Ciamis; 2] Pengaruh Brand Awerness terhadap Purchase Intention produk Iphone di Ciamis; 3] pengaruh Brand Familiarity dan Brand Awerness terhadap Purchase Intention produk Iphone di Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang dipilih adalah sebanyak 96 konsumen. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh digunakanan analisis koefisien korelasi, determinasi, regresi linier berganda dan uji Hipotesis menggunakan Uji signifikansi (Uji t dan Uji F). Hasil dari penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa 1]Brand Familiary roduk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention produk Ipone; 2] Brand Awerness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention produk Ipone; 3] Brand familiarty dan Brand Awerness berpengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention produk Iphone.

Abstract

Situasi dan kondisi perekonomian menuntut adanya berbagai strategi yang harus dilakukan perusahaan seperti halnya bank BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya. Salah satu produk yang mengalami fluktuasi adalah kredit ritel. Adanya regulasi dan status perekonomian saat ini mendesak perusahaan untuk mengeluarkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Dengan demikian maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya, untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya terdiri dari tujuh langkah yaitu melakukan riset pemasaran, menetapkan tujuan pemasaran, mengembangkan strategi pemasaran, penyusunan rencana pemasaran, melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran, melaksanakan pengawasan kegiatan pemasaran, dan melakukan evaluasi kegiatan pemasaran. Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya adalah kendala persaingan. Dari hasil observasi di ketahui bahwa sejauh ini persaingan antar bank sangat ketat mengingat masing masing bank melakukan inovasi terhadap strategi pemasarannya masing-masing, dan SDM menjadi hambatan untuk pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran dalam rangka meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kredit ritel pada BNI Cabang Tasikmalaya adalah dengan melakukan inovasi produk dan memberikan pelayanan jemput bola dengan mendatangi calon nasabah dan UMKM secara langsung. Sementara itu hasil observasi di ketahui bahwa sejauh ini pegawai bank BNI tidak hanya memberikan pelayanan di dalam kantor, tetapi juga memberikan pelayanan di luar kantor dan dilakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan in the job training atau of the job training, serta pembinaan langsung agar mengetahui tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai pelaksana dalam meningkatkan kredt ritel

Abstract

Information technology is not followed by an increase in knowledge, skills and work attitudes of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. In addition, employee performance is affected by good governance which is not optimal due to the absence of transparent data in improving staff quality and lack of employee involvement in the decision-making process and the competence of human resources is not optimal because there are still many employees who do not have a high level of education and the rapid development of information technology is not followed by an increase in knowledge, skills and work attitudes of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The research was conducted using a quantitative explanatory survey method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, inferential statistical analysis with multiple regression models. The results of the study inform (1) Good governance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis District Tourism Office. This means that the better the good governance, the higher the performance of employees at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. This means that the higher the competency, the higher the employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. (3) Good governance and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis District Tourism Office. This means that the better the good governance and competence, the higher the employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the work discipline of UPTD employees in brackish water and marine fisheries in the northern region of West Java province. The method used in this research is descriptive design analysis using survey techniques. The results showed that work motivation in the UPTD of brackish water and sea fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province was in the very high category, so that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Job satisfaction in the UPTD of brackish water and sea fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province is in the very high category, so that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Work discipline in the UPTD of brackish water and marine fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province is in the very high category, so that motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of knowing the impact of Career development and discipline on work motivation of PD. BPR Artha Sukapura Salopa branch. The problem of employee work motivation at PD BPR Artha Sukapura Salopa Branch is not optimal, it occurs from career development which is relatively difficult and discipline is still lacking causing employees to be less motivated at work, according to (Bukhori & Dewi, 2018) with a high level of employee work discipline it will Motivate employees to carry out their work well, which will indirectly increase employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Research results: 1. Career development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. This means that if career development increases, work motivation will also increase. 2. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. This means that if Work Discipline increases, then Work Motivation will also increase. 3. Career Development and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. This means that if career development and work discipline increase, then work motivation will also increase.

Abstract

Competence in carrying out tasks, which are needed by aligning knowledge and expertise by communicating with developments in business and digital technology. as well as Competency training that suits the needs of the company as well as outreach to employees and outreach and training. Tool selling and monitoring the digital base are already aware of and have been executed in the field both in terms of product education and sales of digital products, have been socialized and understand Telkomsel's CSP 2023-2027. The research method that will be used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The design used in this study is a case study design. The results of the research are 1. HR Competence in the Era of Industri 4.0 and Digital 5.0 Transformation to Increase Employee Work Productivity at PT Telkomsel Se-Priangan Timur, competency or capacity in carrying out tasks, in this case what is needed by aligning knowledge and expertise by communicating with technological developments business and digital. 2. Obstacles in HR Competence in the Era of Industri 4.0 and Digital 5.0 Transformation to Increase Employee Work Productivity At PT Telkomsel Se-Priangan Timur, not all Telkomsel employees already know Digital Culture in their daily work and mastery of existing Technology by the Network Department in New Mastery 5G Technology Network employees, HR who have high creativity are needed in the era of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity (VUCA) to make Innovations that support Digital Business.3. Abstract

Leadership in LPPBMN is currently being implemented in implementing units under the unit coordinator, so that the decision-making process requires more time. This leadership ineffectiveness has an impact on employees, including saturation in work effectiveness, which causes a decrease in the level of morale. Besides that, an uncomfortable work environment has an impact on decreased morale, resulting in low work performance. This study aims to determine 1) The influence of leadership on Employee morale, 2) The influence of the work environment on Employee morale, and 3) The influence of leadership and work environment on the morale of LPPBMN Kemenhub Employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that leadership affects employee morale, the work environment influences employee morale, and leadership and work environment affect employee morale of LPPBMN Kemenhub. This means that the better the leadership and work environment, the morale will also increase, and vice versa.

Abstract

Population administration plays a very important role in development, where it can be known about population data and information that is in accordance with the conditions of the population and the conditions of the area where they live. The Disdukcapil of Cilacap Regency, as the executor of population services, must provide excellent service to the community. However, in reality, KTP and KK services for the last 5 years at Disdukcapil, Cilacap Regency have not been able to reach the expected target. Besides that, the achievements in 2021 have also decreased when compared to the achievements in 2022. This indicates that the service quality of the Cilacap Regency Disdukcapil has not been optimal, so that it has not been able to meet community satisfaction. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of service quality on community satisfaction, 2) the effect of employee performance on community satisfaction, and 3) the effect of service quality and employee performance on community satisfaction in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Cilacap Regency. Because of this, this study uses quantitative data which is then interpreted to produce descriptive data. Meanwhile, data collection techniques used questionnaires, and data analysis used multiple linear regression. The research results show that service quality and employee performance have a positive effect on community satisfaction. This means that if the quality of service and employee performance is getting better, then community satisfaction will also increase, and vice versa.
