Abstract

Perawat dalam pekerjaannya memiliki tantangan dan permasalahan seperti pasien dan keluarga pasien yang terlalu menuntut, kecemasan terkena penyakit menular, masalah keluarga maupun masalah dengan sesama tim medis. Hal ini membuat mereka rentan mengalami stres. Dalam kondisi tersebut, perawat memerlukan resiliensi tinggi agar stres yang dialami dapat diatasi dan tidak berdampak pada pekerjaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah keterkaitan self compassion dan resiliensi perawat RSUD Anugerah Tomohon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu penelitian korelasional, dengan responden perawat yang ada di RSUD Anugerah Tomohon dengan jumlah sebanyak 69 subjek perawat. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment pada program SPSS versi 25.00 diperoleh hasil skor korelasi yaitu P= 0,881 ( P < 0,05) hal ini menunjukan bahwa self compassion memiliki hubungan positif dengan resiliensi pada perawat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between parents' socioeconomic status (education, employment, income, expenses, property ownership) and the brand minded lifestyle of adolescents in Pineleng Satu Village. This research uses quantitative methods. The population is 210, the research subjects are 131 youth aged 18-22 years in Pineleng Satu Village based on the sampling technique using the Isaac and Michael formula with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The research instrument for the scale of socio-economic status of parents by Soekanto (2010) with 23 items with valid items is 19 items and the brand minded lifestyle scale uses the brand minded lifestyle scale AIO Engel, Blackwell & Miniard (1995) With 24 items with items valid as many as 21 items. Hypothesis testing using the Spearman's Rho correlation results showed that there was a relationship between parents' socioeconomic status and brand minded lifestyle. The results of the correlation coefficient test show that there is a relationship between parents' socioeconomic status (Variable X) in detail, namely: Parents' education, occupation, income, expenses and property ownership with brand minded lifestyle (Variable Y). This shows that the H1 hypothesis is accepted which reads "There is a relationship between the socio-economic status of parents and the tendency for a brand-minded lifestyle in adolescents in Pineleng Satu Village."

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of differences in self-control in adolescents in Kali Selatan Village, Kab. Minahasa Based on Gender Characteristics. The research method uses quantitative research methods with comparative methods. The subject of this study used 87 teenagers in Kali Selatan Village aged 12-15 years. The research instrument for the self-control scale is the research scale from Averill with 23 items. The research was tested using a comparative test. Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was no difference in self-control between male and female adolescents with a mean male sex of 71.8333 with an N of 36 and a mean female sex of 72.1569 with an N of 51 with a mean difference = -32353. This shows that Ho is accepted which reads "There is no difference in self-control in the social environment in adolescents in Kali Selatan Village, Kab. Minahasa Based on Gender Characteristics”.
