Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengankomunikasi interpersonal secara parsial dan simultan dengan etos kerja guru pada SD di kecamatan Taktakan Kota Serang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif mendekati. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah pengawasan kepala sekolah dan komunikasi interpersonal. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengan interpersonal komunikasi secara parsial dan simultan signifikan dengan etos kerja guru dalam SD di kecamatan Taktakan Kota Serang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the school's organizational culture to create sensitivity in the learning environment. This research is motivated by the problem of students who have a lack of empathetic character so that there are acts of student indiscipline towards school regulations. The research location is the Islamic Middle School-Senior Islamic Boarding School Nurul Fikri Serang, Banten. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman methods, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusions. The results of the research show that elements of school organizational culture create sensitivity to the Education Community through (1) Strengthening the introduction of staff, teachers to students and between students; (2). The school encourages extracurricular activities; (3) schools create sportsmanship. This third thing is to build a culture of strong interaction between members of the educational community, thereby fostering empathetic character in students and a positive environment.
