Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan manajemen waktu dengan kompetensi profesional guru di SMA swasta Kota Cilegon ; (2) Untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kompetensi profesional guru di SMA swasta Kota Cilegon ; dan (3) Untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan manajemen waktu dan motivasi kerja dengan kompetensi profesional guru di SMA swasta Kota Cilegon. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode studi korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu ; pertama Terdapat hubungan yang sedang dan positif antara manajemen waktu dengan kompetensi profesional guru yang ditunjukkan dari nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,504. Kedua, Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kompetensi profesional guru yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji pearson correlation sebesar 0,697. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara manajemen waktu dan motivasi kerja dengan kompetensi profesional guru yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi diperoleh Rhitung sebesar 0,709.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of interpersonal intelligence leadership competence of school principals on the productivity of elementary schools in Serang City. This research was conducted in Elementary Schools, Serang City, Banten Province which are spread over six sub-districts, namely Cipocok Jaya, Curug, Kasemen, Taktakan, Walantaka, and Serang. This research is a research with a quantitative approach using ex post facto survey research methods. This research method was chosen by considering the problems and the purpose of this study, namely to analyze the effect of the managerial competence of school principals on the productivity of elementary schools in Serang City. In addition, this research data was collected not necessarily through treatment that was deliberately carried out by researchers but the data collected was already available in the field and owned by the respondents so that only required instruments in the form of a questionnaire to collect these data. After conducting research, it was found that there was no positive direct effect of interpersonal intelligence on school productivity in the scope of Elementary Schools in Serang City, Banten Province. This explains that increasingly adequate interpersonal intelligence has not been able to have a positive impact on increasing school productivity in the scope of Elementary Schools in Serang City, Banten Province

Abstract

One of the efforts to become an economically independent community is through community empowerment by utilizing natural resources, namely honey bee cultivation in Sangkanmanik Village, Cimarga District, Lebak Regency. This study aims to describe: 1) community empowerment strategies 2) community empowerment results 3) supporting and inhibiting factors of community empowerment. In this study the method used is descriptive method and qualitative approach, data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of six people, namely one chief executive and group leader and five members of the honey bee cultivation business group. Based on the results of the study it was found that 1) The community empowerment strategy carried out by the head of the honey bee cultivation business group was (1) facilitating venture capital, (2) community awareness, (3) providing knowledge (4) providing motivation (5) group management. 2) The results of community empowerment through the honey bee cultivation business group are increasing family economic resources so that economic and social needs are met, although not yet optimal. 3) Supporting factors in the implementation of community empowerment are human resources, strong motivation and government policies. The obstacles to empowering the community in the honey bee cultivation business are weak assistance, delays in science and technology, and the attitudes of people who are still traditional.

Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between principal transformational leadership and school-based management with school productivity at SMA Negeri 1 Kramatwatu, Serang Regency. This research was carried by field research and method of correlation survey. The population in this study were all the teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Kramatwatu which in total 48 people. The sample were taken by saturation sampling which is obtained by the population number. The findings indicated that there is a positive relationship between principal transformational leadership and school-based management with school productivity. At the significance level α = 0,05 with n = 48 obtained a value t_table 1,684, so the results of transformational leadership test with t_count 12,517 > t_ table 1,684, showed a positive relationship between principal transformational leadership with school productivity. School-based management with t_count 12,626 > t_table 1,684, showed a positive relationship between school-based management with school productivity. The results of multiple correlation test F_count showed 89,073, so F_count 89.073 > F_table 3,200. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between principal transformational leadership and school-based management with school productivity at SMA Negeri 1 Kramatwatu, Serang Regency by 89,3%, and the remaining 10,7% were affected by other variables.
