Abstract

Education is the basic capital to create superior human resources (HR). The school is one of the alternative educational institutions. Teachers are one of the human resources (HR) in the school. The performance of teachers in schools has an important role in achieving school goals. Performance issues are in the spotlight of many parties, the government's performance will be felt by the community and the performance of teachers will be felt by students or parents. The success of school achievement is determined by various factors, including the leadership of the principal. The principal's leadership provides both mental and moral guidance for educators and education staff and also supervises, as well as records activities. Good communication will create ideas and innovations in increasing teacher work productivity and student learning outcomes. Another factor that can improve teacher performance is motivation. A teacher can work professionally if in himself there is high motivation. The Principal's leadership is a motivator for self-adherence to the teacher's work discipline. Although discipline is one part of the characteristics of teacher performance. Therefore, it is considered necessary to conduct research regarding the leadership role of the principal in improving the performance of educators and education staff. The formulation of this research problem is generally how the role of the Principal in improving the performance of educators and education staff. This research is qualitative and aims to find out how the role of the principal in improving the performance of educators and education staff. The principal acts as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. To achieve this role the leader must also be able to be a leader in a personal role, a leader in making decisions, and the role of the leader as a source of information. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the leadership role of the principal is needed in improving the performance of educators and education staff. Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Program Kartu Indonesia Sehat di Puskesmas Kedaton Kecamatan Kedaton Bandar Lampung dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Beberapa metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan empat indikator Grand Theory Van Meter dan Van Horn, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa implementasi Program Kartu Indonesia Sehat di Puskesmas Kedaton dalam pelayanan kesehatan sudah berjalan cukup baik. Hal tersebut dilihat dari penyelenggaraan Program Kartu Indonesia Sehat sudah menerapkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Selanjutnya tidak ditemukannya perbedaan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada peserta Kartu Indonesia Sehat dan peserta jaminan kesehatan lainnya. Dalam pelaksanaan Program Kartu Indonesia Sehat di Puskesmas Kedaton memiliki beberapa hambatan yaitu adanya kartu yang rusak, banyaknya kesalahan data pasien seperti nama yang tidak sesuai dengan database, dan fasilitas kesehatan yang berbeda dengan databaseKata kunci : Implementasi, Kartu Indonesia Sehat

Abstract

ABSTRAKKehadiran Badan Usaha Milik Desa diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pembangunan dan mendongkrak perekonomian desa. Oleh karena itu, untuk memastikan BUMDes beroperasi secara efektif dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, pemerintah kabupaten memberikan dukungannya kepada pemerintah desa dengan mengalokasikan dana kepada pemerintah tersebut. Sebagai langkah awal dalam memulai BUMDes, hal ini menandakan bahwa BUMDes saat ini sudah berada pada tahap dasar. Faktanya, masih banyak Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Karena ada beberapa permasalahan yang menghambat dalam menjalankan BUMDes, salah satu contohnya adalah kemauan desa yang kurang serius terhadap BUMDes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, yaitu suatu analisis berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah Strategi Pemerintah Desa Kedaton dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa Kecamatan Kalianda Lampung Selatan berdasarkan tiga strategi yaitu Pembuatan (formulating), Penerapan (implementating), dan Evaluasi (evaluating).Kata kunci : Strategi, Pemerintah,  Desa, BUMDes

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine state power related to state institutions that have shifted after the amendment. The research method uses the literature study method. State power related to State Institutions before the amendment of the 1945 Constitution the Constitution was the highest law, but people's sovereignty was given entirely to the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) (as the Supreme Institution). The MPR distributes its power (distribution of power) to 5 (five) Higher Institutions that are equal in position, namely: the Supreme Court, the President, the DPR, the DPA, and the BPK. After the amendment of the 1945 Constitution: the Basic Law is the highest law, where sovereignty is in the hands of the people and is exercised fully according to the Basic Law. The Constitution provides separation of power to State Institutions with equal and equal positions, namely: MPR, President, DPR, DPD, BPK, MA, and MK.   Keywords: State Power; State Institutional Relations.
