The research focuses on transparency and education related to artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education, as well as how these factors affect student and academic staff acceptance of technology. The main objective of this study is to explore users' views and attitudes towards the use of AI, with a special emphasis on ethical and practical aspects. This study uses a mixed approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews conducted at Superior University, Lahore, Pakistan. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, while thematic methods analyzed qualitative data. The study results showed that 75.2% of respondents supported education and transparency related to AI. 54.7% of respondents expressed concern that AI could threaten academic integrity if not used transparently and fairly. However, 45.3% of respondents see AI as an effective tool to detect plagiarism and improve academic supervision. Abstract

International cultural exchange and arts initiatives are important elements in promoting intercultural understanding and social inclusion. However, no research has looked at the concrete impact of international arts and culture initiatives on levels of inter-community engagement. This article attempts to fill this knowledge gap by exploring its impact on inter-community relations and social inclusion. This research aims to investigate the impact of international arts and culture initiatives on levels of social engagement and inclusion among the various communities involved. We seek to understand how international cultural exchange through arts and culture can strengthen inter-community relations and promote greater social inclusion. This research was conducted using the Community Based Research CBR method) through a qualitative approach involving case studies of several international arts and culture initiatives that have been implemented in various regions. We conducted in-depth interviews with participants, organizers, and relevant stakeholders, and analyzed data from event documentation and field observations. The research results show that international arts and culture initiatives can have a significant impact on inter-community engagement and social inclusion. Cultural exchange through arts and culture enables better communication between communities, reduces stereotypes, and encourages closer cross-cultural collaboration. Additionally, it also results in stronger feelings of attachment between individuals from different cultural backgrounds. The results of this research show that international arts and culture initiatives have great potential in promoting inter-community engagement and social inclusion. Through creative cultural exchange, we can build bridges that connect diverse groups of people and encourage deeper intercultural understanding. The practical implication of these findings is the need to support and promote international arts and culture initiatives as an important tool in building a more inclusive and tolerant society.

Abstract

This study explores the barriers hindering practical teacher training in Pakistan and proposes actionable solutions to these challenges. The study builds a robust foundation by examining existing research within the Pakistani educational landscape, national education policies, and relevant academic literature. Analysis of secondary data highlights various issues in teacher training in Pakistan, spanning administrative and faculty-related dimensions. Critical problems identified include flaws in policy and planning, substandard teacher induction processes, insufficient resources in training institutions, low teacher motivation, imbalanced distribution of qualified teachers, a fragmented training system, and infrequent training sessions. To address these challenges, the study recommends fostering a supportive environment, ensuring accountability and merit-based practices, allocating adequate resources, designing comprehensive professional development programs, and maintaining continuity. In conclusion, addressing challenges like poor induction, inadequate training, and lack of resources is essential for improving teacher training in Pakistan, which is crucial for enhancing the overall quality of education.
