Abstract

Abstract – Batik is one of the arts and crafts products that are full of customs and culture of the people in Indonesia. The batik art of Kampoeng Batara UKM has existed and developed in the last two years. The limitations of technical facilities are an obstacle to batik production on a mass scale. Through this community service activity, technical support is provided in the form of production facilities for dyeing, boiling and washing media for batik cloth in the form of 10 drums with a capacity of 200 liters. Some of the drums are modified according to production needs with the capacity required by partners. The results of the activity show that the provision of technical support has given partners confidence to increase the capacity of batik products on a larger scale. Abstract

Employee performance plays an important role in determining the sustainability and success of the company. Some of the factors that affect employee performance include the work environment, salary satisfaction, and work stress levels. In this paper, we will review the results of studies that examine the influence of each of these factors on employee performance. Studies show that a good work environment has a positive influence on employee performance, while salary satisfaction levels and work stress levels have varying influences depending on their levels. From this analysis, it can be concluded that the company must pay attention to such factors to ensure optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Penerbangan pada saat pandemi Covid-19 memang jatuh terpuruk. Di Indonesia sendiri tercatat bahwa penumpang domestik mengalami penurunan hingga 50% lebih pada tahun 2020. Salah satu industri yang juga mengalami keterpurukan karena kaitannya dengan pandemi dan juga penerbangan adalah industri pariwisata. Tercata bahwa jumlah wisata pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan hampir 90% dari tahun 2019. Penerbangan dan pariwisata masih belum kembali normal sepenuhnya meskipun pandemi telah usai, sehingga perlu program pengembangan wisata baru yang lebih menarik. Akan tetapi dibutuhkan biaya yang tidak sedikit dalam pemenuhan prasarananya, sehingga diajukan solusi yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan pembangunan bandara perairan (water aerodrome). Pembangunan bandara perairan ini diharapakan memicu pengembangan objek dan destinasi wisata baru yang terkait dengan air atau pantai serta mengembangkan tumbuhnya penerbangan seaplane sehingga dapat menyerap tenaga kerja serta memutar roda ekonomi di Indonesia.

Abstract

AVGAS 100LL is an aviation fuel used in piston engine aircraft, particularly in training aircraft such as the Cessna 172S with Lycoming engines. The use of lead in this fuel can have various health-related concerns. Therefore, reducing the use of leaded fuel has become a solution to address these issues. This study aimed to investigate the combustion characteristics of AVGAS fuels, including AVGAS 100%, AVGAS 75% + PERTAMAX 25%, and AVGAS 50% + PERTAMAX 50%. The research involved conducting combustion tests using a Bunsen burner. The results showed that the addition of PERTAMAX to AVGAS significantly influenced the temperature, color, flame height, and flame area produced. The temperature values were higher for AVGAS 100% compared to AVGAS mixed with PERTAMAX. On the other hand, the flame height and flame area were lower for AVGAS 100% compared to the blended fuels. These findings indicate that the addition of PERTAMAX affects the combustion characteristics of AVGAS fuels. Further studies are recommended to explore and expand our understanding of the effects of blending AVGAS with alternative fuels.

Abstract

A mangrove forest ecosystem is a forest that grows and develops in a coastal area, that is, in a marshy land area in a brackish water area. Kedunghasri is the easternmost village, where waste is channeled from upstream to downstream due to lack of discipline on waste management within the community. Through this charity, 500 mangrove trees can be planted to prevent pollution of marine ecosystems. The results of the activities show that planting mangrove trees can raise awareness that mangrove trees are very influential.
