Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the problems that exist in the community, especially the local community of Tulungagung Regency is poverty. Poverty is an important concern by the government of Tulungagung Regency. At this time, the poverty level of Tulungagung Regency is in the red zone but that does not mean it is the poorest. There are several factors that affect the level of poverty, one of which is local revenue and economic growth. This study aims to examine the influence of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD) and economic growth on poverty in Tulungagung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data obtained from the website of Central Statistics Agency or BPS during 2012 to 2021 period. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis based on ordinary last square (OLS) by going through the classical assumption test which include normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and, linearity test with the help of Eviews 10. The results showed that (1) based on the results of hypothesis testing showed that PAD had an effect on poverty in Tulungagung Regency (2) economic growth had an effect on poverty in Tulungagung Regency.

Abstract

Pola pemasaran berubah seiring berkembangnya waktu. Pemasaran saat ini adalah sebuah usaha sosial serta manajerial, sesorang maupun sebuah kelompok mendapatkan laba atau keuntungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing terhadap keputusan berkunjung tempat ibadah studi kasus Masjid Ar-Rahman Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer menggunakan angket yang disebar melalui media sosial. Untuk memperoleh data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, dan website. Hasil dari penelitian ini keseluruhan pernyataan yang ada pada variabel digital marketing terhadap keputusan pengunjung tempat ibadah pada uji validitas dinyatakan valid dikarenakan nilai r hitung lebih besar dibanding r table. Ditinjau dari uji reliabilitas menunjukkan jika setiap variabel dikatakan reliable dan Koefisien regresi itu memiliki nilai positif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media social atau bisa disebut dengan digital marketing sangat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke masjid arrahman melalui media social.

Abstract

Islam was revealed as a code of moral and ethical behavior for life. The sources of values ​​and ethics in all aspects of human life as a whole, including in the business world, are the Koran and Hadith. The Al-Quran provides instructions for things to be harmonious, mutually pleased, and there are no elements of exploitation. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The purpose of this research is to find out the analysis of the application of sales ethics in the Gadung cracker industry according to business ethics from an Islamic perspective and to find out the analysis of the application of transaction ethics in the Gadung cracker industry according to business ethics from an Islamic perspective. The results of the research state that sales ethics. In reality, all producers cannot implement all the principles of buying and selling ethics. Mrs. Nanik's home industry applies the principle of honesty or truth as a priority. From the results of observations related to the application of transaction ethics carried out in Mrs. Nanik's industry, she has implemented transaction ethics in accordance with sharia transaction principles. Even though the implementation is appropriate, the basis for the transactions carried out is the benefit. When transactions use the principle of benefit, which is the basis of this transaction principle, it covers all the principles of sharia transactions, so that Mrs. Nanik's home industry has carried out sharia transactions in accordance with Islamic law.
