Abstract

Indonesia English is the most widely spoken language in the world. Mastery of English is a very important ability to be able to communicate with the global world. The importance of introducing English as early as possible to students starts from introducing basic skills such as letters, numbers, and vocabulary. This English introductory activity uses posters and puzzle boards so that this activity can provide a pleasant experience for students at SDN Kertamukti 1 Sumur District, Pandeglang Regency. The activity which lasted for 2 meetings involved 24 students who were in class IV.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative and descriptive approach to research, the end results of which provide detailed insights. Primary and secondary data sources used were interviews with researchers, and data were evaluated using a descriptive analysis approach. In research, role theory is taken as the theoretical basis. The findings of this study concern the role of single parents in raising their children on Jl Blok American I Gondrong Village. Children raised in democratic parenting are more responsible, warm and independent. Children raised in permissive parenting are less responsible and less rebellious. A child with an authoritarian parenting style is more stressed, but lacks a sense of responsibility.

Abstract

Marriage is an activity that converts something that is not lawful into lawful, provided that the marriage is carried out in a legal way. Early marriage refers to marriages carried out by boys and girls under the age of 19. This early age is an age that is very vulnerable to unstable economic conditions, mental readiness, economic readiness, and is not an ideal age for marriage. In their teens or early ages, teenagers are still very vulnerable to various things. The purpose of this study was to see how the relationship between understanding and educational level of parents to the increase in early marriage. This study uses a qualitative observational analysis method. The population in this study consisted of 5 parents who married off their teenage children as cases. The method used in this study is interviews with respondents. The results of the study show that the factors that encourage early marriage are economic factors, education, parents, and customs. The level of education can affect a person's maturity in responding to the surrounding environment and can influence the way a person thinks or responds to the knowledge that is around him. The level of education of parents also greatly influences their children not to marry early. Parents with low education tend to lack knowledge and insight about the impact of early marriage, so they tend to support their children to engage in early marriage..

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the instructor's pedagogical competence at UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Bogor City. The method used is descriptive method on qualitative approach, data sources used primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques are interviews and observations, data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study are the pedagogical competence of instructors at the UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kota Bogor can be said to be good, this is evidenced by the instructors applying their pedagogical competence, the implementation of the instructor's pedagogical competence can be said to be successful and the work readiness of trainees at the UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kota Bogor can be said to be optimal.
