Abstract

Basically, every human being has the values ​​of bad prejudice, whether it is the value of prejudice to himself or to others. According to a BK teacher named Mrs. Kristina Nababan, S.Pd. The BK teacher explained that the problems that occurred in this school were not only about learning and a student's morals. however, also with such a great attitude of prejudice that in the end, from that prejudice, a fight occurred which was brought outside of school. The fights that had been brought out of school some time ago made the role of the BK teacher very much needed. The point is to mediate or intervene in the fight. This can be done by implementing or implementing group guidance services. Furthermore, as for the objectives to be achieved from the research we conducted, namely to see the implementation of group guidance services capable of overcoming students' self-prejudiced attitudes at UPT SMP Negeri 27 Medan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods which are classified into literature study research. The results of the research found in this study are that there are characteristics of students who have bad prejudice, there are factors that influence it, there are efforts to serve them, there are games in the BKP service itself, and it is true that this BKp service is able to overcome the attitude of prejudice in students. student self.

Abstract

Regular KKN Group of 27 North Sumatra State Islamic University in Batu Gingging Village, Kec. Bangun Purba, Kab. Deli Medium is a form of experience in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Devotion. The Real Work Lecture (KKN) at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra was held on 18 July-18 August 2022 with the theme "Revitalizing the Role of North Sumatra State Islamic University through Community Service Program to Create a Dignified Society". Activities consist of core activities, village activities, and additional activities. The activities we carried out received a lot of good responses from the local community. Real Work Lectures can provide added value in order to improve the quality of people's lives. In the implementation of KKN, there can be ineffectiveness, one of which is related to the ability of students (KKN participants) in relating and communicating between KKN participants and with the local community, more precisely the ability of students to interact with other people. If communication is formed properly it will form a harmonious relationship but on the contrary if the communication is not formed properly there will be conflict. Abstract

Basically, in order to get employees who have good performance, a company must make efforts to meet the needs of employees. An agency or company needs to properly control the career development of its employees and avoid work frustration which can lead to decreased employee performance in the company. This study aims to look at efforts to develop employee careers, and the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were several employees who worked at an automotive company in the city of Medan, taken using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that employee career development is very promising and so far the employee career development has been quite good in the company. The process of career development in this company is from promotions, job transfers and promotions to the employees concerned. Following up on the findings in this study, the career development of employees of one of the automotive companies in the city of Medan is measured by supporting factors, namely skills, educational background, training, opportunities for development and employee work experience.
