The low participation of women in the field of education results in the low participation of women in the economy. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing is done through editing, coding and interpretive. The data analysis technique used is through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
