Abstract

The clean and healthy behavior of adolescents is very low, even though adolescents are a very important stage of child development considering that adolescents enter growth sports or rapid development, apart from puberty. In this phase there is physical growth accompanied by mental cognitive development, psychological development and reproduction, which regulates the function of sexuality, so it is very important to implement clean and healthy behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of clean and healthy life behaviors among students of the Citra Medika Group Health Vocational School. The research method used in this study is an exploratory survey, with a sample size of 288 students with a sampling technique proportionate stratifired random sampling. The results showed that the clean and healthy lifestyle of the students was good as much as 77.1% with indicators of good hand washing behavior with soap as much as 91.8%, behavior using good healthy latrines as much as 97.6%, behavior doing sports or high physical activity. 53.4%, good mosquito larva eradication behavior as much as 63.7%, smoking behavior mostly do not smoke as much as 99.4%, all students do not consume drugs or as much as 100%, behavior throwing garbage in its place is good as much as 98.4% , behavior measuring body weight and height irregular as much as 73.8% and behavior of consuming good fruit and vegetables as much as 57.6%. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that most of the students have a good clean and healthy lifestyle, this is because all students have gained good knowledge as well.

Abstract

Regional Health Information System (RHIS) is an integrated Health Information System which effectively functions as data communication in a region. This system has been used since 2012. However, it has not shown best performance. Puskesmas (Community Health Centers) send their regular reports in the form of soft copy or hard copy. However, DKK has not verified the reports on the maternal child health regularly. Moreover, they retype the report to be sent to the Ministry of Health. It results in possibility of errors in its accuracy and validity. Thus, it requires further evaluation to improve the implementation of RHIS especially in recording and reporting maternal child health to the Ministry of Health. The objective of this research is to analyze the maternal child health data recording and reporting system in RHIS Surakarta.This is a qualitative research. Data were collected by deep interview and direct observation on the implementation of the RHIS. Object of this research is the recording and reporting system of Maternal Child Health in the RHIS DKK Surakarta. The main informant is the head and the staffs of SIMKES, midwifes coordinators of SIK in 6 Community Health Centers.The results of this study propose that improvement on human resources competences should be done regularly. The data of maternal child health are taken from community health centers. That is why, there should be proper policy on the reporting the data of maternal child health. The report sent should be filed in soft copy and hard copy. Nevertheless, the available data have been processed by community health centers and are accessible for public needs.This study proposes that the recording and reporting system of maternal child health data should be developed by improving the competences of human resources, decreeing operational policy, and providing standard operating procedure.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) adalahsuatu perangkat instruksi/langkah-langkah yang dibakukan untuk menyelesaikan suatu proses kerja rutin tertentu, dimana SOP memberikan langkah yang benar dan terbaik berdasarkan konsensus bersama untuk melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan dan fungsi pelayanan yang dibuat oleh sarana pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan standar profesi. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah mengetahui pelaksanaan rekam medis bagian filing rawat jalan yang selama ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan SOP rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten Tahun 2011. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan variabel penelitian meliputi subyek dan obyek penelitian. Dimana subyek penelitian adalah kepala Instalasi Rekam Medis, kooerdinator filing rawat jalan dan 7 petugas filing rawat jalan, sedangkan obyek penelitian yaitu pelaksanaan rekam medis bagian filing rawat jalan berdasarkan SOP rekam medis. Pengumpulan data dan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Dari SOP rekam medis bagian filing rawat jalan diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan rekam medis bagian filing rawat jalan belum sesuai dengan SOP rekam medis yang ada. Hal ini dikarenakan tingkat pemahaman unsur pelaku terhadap SOP yang ada masih rendah.Kata Kunci : Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), filing rawat jalan.

Abstract

Pendaftaran pasien di BBKPM Surakarta menggunakan sistem komputerisasi ada beberapa kendala yaitu antrean pasien yang banyak dikarenakan pe tugas harus menginputkan pemeriksaan penunjang pasien, ada kalanya server sistem pendaftaran pasien eror dan tidak terintegrasi pada sistem BPJS. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi Sistem Komputerisasi Pendaftaran Pasien di BBKPM Surakarta dengan menggunakan HOT Fit model. Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan crossectional. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara kepada 5 petugas pendaftaran, 1 KaSie Penunjang Kesehatan, dan 1 petugas Bagian IT. Hasil penelitian diketahui Pendaftaran di BBKPM Surakarta menggunakan sistem komputerisasi SIMKES sudah berjalan dengan baik. Faktor manusia dengan segi penggunaan sistem rutin digunakan setiap hari pada jam kerja, sudah ada bagian khusus yang menangani sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien, pelatihan khusus mengenai aplikasi sistem pendaftaran sudah pernah dilakukan pada awal mula sistem akan digunakan. Sumber daya manusia dilihat dari latar belakang pendidikan, petugas pendaftaran sudah sesuai dengan job description. Faktor Organisasi pada sistem komputerisasi pendaftaran secara keseluruhan mendukung sistem yang ada sekarang dan komunikasi antara pimpinan dan pengguna sistem berjalan dengan baik. Faktor Teknologi sistem komputerisasi pendaftaran mengenai kemudahan menggunakan sistem dan kemudahan untuk mengakses sistem ini ditinjau dari hardware dan software masih ada kendala pada jaringan internet, sehingga kemudahan untuk mengakses sistem ini di saat jam pelayanan. Ditinjau dari segi respon waktu dari performa dari sistem informasi pelayanan pendaftaran yaitu output sistem ini menghasilkan laporan secara keseluruhan jumlah kunjungan pasien di BBKPM Surakarta. Untuk keamanan dari sistem komputerisasi pendaftaran ini sudah ada perlindungan terhadap penggunaan oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang dengan adanya user name dan pasword untuk masing-masing petugas. Abstract

AbstrakRSUI Banyu Bening Boyolali adalah rumah sakit bertipe D dengan jumlah petugas rekam medis 8, terdiri dari 6 petugas pendaftaran, 1 petugas assembling coding, 1 petugas analizing reporting. Semua petugas unit rekam medis sering merangkap tugas, seperti petugas pendaftaran merangkap sebagai petugas filing dan distribusi DRM, petugas TPPGD merangkap sebagai petugas TPPRI, dan petugas coding merangkap sebagai petugas assembling. Sehingga menyebabkan beban kerja petugas tinggi dan dalam menjalankan tugasnya tidak sesuai dengan SOP yang ditetapkan. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui beban kerja dan jumlah kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia unit rekam medis berdasarkan metode WISN. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel 8 petugas unit rekam medis dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan formulir, pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan stopwatch. Hasil perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga unit rekam medis di RSUI Banyu Bening Boyolali tahun 2018 menggunakan metode WISN yaitu 11 petugas terdiri dari 6 petugas pendaftaran, 2 petugas coding assembling, 1 petugas analizing  reporting, 1 petugas filing. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan  perlu adanya penambahan 3 petugas. 1 bagian assembling coding, 2  bagian filing. Perhitungan kebutuhan unit rekam medis di RSUI Banyu Bening Boyolali tahun 2018 menggunakan metode WISN hasilnya 11 petugas. Sebaiknya perlu penambahan 3 petugas rekam medis sehingga beban kerja petugas tidak tinggi dan perlu adanya pembaharuan SOP sesuai dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh petugas.Kata Kunci: Kebutuhan SDM, Unit Rekam Medis, dan WISN   Abstract Banyu Bening Hospital Boyolali is a type D hospital with 8 person medical record officers , consisting of 6 registration officers, 1 person for assembling and coding officer, and 1 person  officer for analizing reporting. All officers of the medical record unit often hold concurrent duties, such as registration officers concurrently as DRM filing and distribution officers, Emergency Patient Registration Place officers concurrently as registration place for inpatients officers, and coding officers concurrently as assembling officers. So that it causes the workload of the high officer and in carrying out their duties is not in accordance with the Standard Procedure Operational specified. The study aims to determine the workload and the number of needs of Human Resources medical record units based on the Workload Indicator of Staffing Need (WISN) method. This research is a descriptive study, with a cross sectional approach. Samples of 8 medical record unit officers with saturated sample techniques. The research instrument uses forms, interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and stopwatches. The results of the calculation of the needs of the medical record unit power in Banyu Bening Hospital Boyolali in 2018 using the Workload Indicator of Staffing Need (WISN) method that is 11 officers consisting of 6 registration officers, 2 coding assembling officers, 1 analizing reporting officer, 1 filing officer. Based on the results of the calculation it is necessary to add 3 officers. 1 assembling coding section, 2 parts filing. The calculation of the need for medical record units in the Banyu Bening Hospital in Boyolali in 2018 uses the Workload Indicator of Staffing Need (WISN) method, resulting in 11 officers. It is better to add 3 medical records officers so that the workload of the officers is not high and there is a need for Standard Procedure Operational renewal according to the activities carried out by the officers.Keywords: Human resource needs, Medical Record Unit, Workload Indicator of Staffing Need

Abstract

RSUD Dr. Moewardi is a health service institution that provides inpatient services. Based on thepreliminary survey the number of patients has decreased, but there are still queues in some wards, this isnot in line with the data reported. So that there needs to be an evaluation for planning the need for a bedso as to achieve efficiency based on Department of health standards.This type of research is descriptive with a retrospective approach. The population in this study is thedaily census recapitulation report of inpatients per ward per month 2017-2019. The sample uses a totalsampling technique. The research method used was observation and interviews.There are still many BOR values in 2017-2019 that are not yet ideal. Wards with an increase in thenumber of treatment days in 2020-2022 are in Anggrek I, Flamboyan 6, Flamboyan 7, Flamboyan 8,Flamboyan 9, and Flamboyan 10 wards, while other wards have decreased. The wards that experiencedadditional needs for beds in 2020-2022 are Flamboyan 6, Flamboyan 7, Flamboyan 8, Flamboyan 9, andFlamboyan 10 wards.The conclusion of this study is that there are still many wards that do not meet the standard ofefficiency with the needs of the available beds. Suggestions should be made to reallocate the bed from theward which needs to be reduced so that it can be used in an additional ward, combining the ward with thesame non-infectious case which still has a low BOR value.

Abstract

Healthcare Workload Analysis is a method of calculating human resource needs based on the workload carried out by each type of healthcare workers according to their main duties and functions. Dr. Moewardi Hospital is a type A hospital that has 7 medical record employees in the filing department and has an increasing trend of patient visits every year. As a result, the workload of employees has increased. This study aims to determine the need for workers in the filing section based on the Healthcare Workload Analysis method. This is descriptive research. Data collection methods employed in this study are observation and interview. The population of this study is all workers in the filing section. Total sampling technique is used to take the samples. The result of this study shows that the public hospital as a healthcare facility with medical record employees in the filing department has available working time is 75,240 minutes/year, standard workload is 2,128,256, FTP value is 1.04% and STP value is 1.01 and workers needed in the filing department in 2020, calculated using the Healthcare Workload Analysis, is 9 workers. The conclusion of this study is that the need for workers in the filing section is 9 workers, while now there are 7 workers there. So that it requires additional workers. The author suggests that it is necessary to hire 2 more workers in the filing section so that the employees’ workload is not excessive and all jobs in this section can be done properly.

Abstract

The implementation of the daily census of hospitalization must be carried out according to procedures properly and correctly so that the data used can be utilized optimally by the hospital. The utilization of this reporting data relates to the mechanism of service procedure flow for the internal and external interests of the hospital. The general objective in this research is to know the implementation of daily inpatient census for reporting of inpatient service indicators incorrect. Method: This research is a literature study with research instruments using google chrome and google scholar. Sample of 6 journals related to the daily census of hospitalizations. The results showed that 6 out of 6 daily census journals of hospitalizations were not in accordance with the procedures both in terms of officers and the implementation of the daily census of hospitalizations. Results: The data sources used in the creation of the daily census of hospitalizations are inpatient register books and medical record documents. The utilization of daily census data of hospitalizations 2 out of 6 journals has utilized daily census data to the maximum because daily census data is used as decision making by hospital management. Conclusions: The advice from this study is that hospitals should create or update fixed procedures and instructions covering all activities of the mechanism for implementing the Daily Census of Hospitalization, and hospitals should hold training or socialization of writing/filling technical instructions and fixed procedures on the Daily Census of Hospitalization.

Abstract

Housewives have a myriad of activities, either as workers or employees or as housewives who prepare all household needs. Many things happen when mothers plant chilies at home, these plants do not bear fruit due to a virus attack. While most of the housewives have not seen the cause of their chili plants not bearing much fruit and dense. One of the causes of not bearing fruit or failed chili harvest is due to pests such as desease mosaic virus which causes chili plants to grow stunted, yellow leaves and bear little fruit or fail to bear fruit. On this occasion, the Implementer of Community Service for the D3 Medical Record and Health Information Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta Surakarta has carried out P2M activities to study mothers Ummi Al Hijrah regarding the activities of the desease mosaic virus. On this occasion the executor of Community Service expressed his gratitude to the head of the Ummi Al Hijrah Study for giving permission to place to carry out Community Service activities. Hopefully this activity will be useful to increase the knowledge of the women of the Ummi Al Hijrah Study regarding the activity of the desease mosaic virus and its prevention so that they will pay more attention to environmental health. The output of this community service activity is that the study mothers of Ummi Al Hijrah can see symptoms, signs, and prevention of the desease mosaic virus that attacks chili plants. If the plant's body power has become immune, it is hoped that the accompanying disease can be prevented.

Abstract

Metode ABK Kes merupakan suatu metode perhitungan kebutuhan SDMK berdasarkan pada beban kerja yang dilaksanakan oleh setiap jenis SDMK pada tiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode ABK Kes dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan tenaga kerja bagian pendaftaran di puskesmas sambirejo sragen tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei deskriptif dengan pendekatan crossectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 1 petugas bagian pendaftaran. Objek penelitian ini adalah beban kerja Petugasbagian pendaftaran. Hasil penelitian diketahui kebutuhan tenaga kerja dengan metode ABK Kes berjumlah 2 petugas tahun 2020, di puskesmas sudah mempunyai 1 petugas sehingga perlu adanya penambahan 1 petugas.Kata Kunci : Metode ABK Kes, Bagian Pendaftaran
