Abstract

The purpose of this study 1) To find out the description of the principal's supervision of the work of teachers at UPT SDN 102 Pudukku, Enrekang Regency. 2) To find out the Supporting Factors for the supervision of the principal on the work of teachers at UPT SDN 102 Pudukku, Enrekang Regency. 3) To find out the inhibiting factors for the supervision of the principal on the work of teachers at UPT SDN 102 Pudukku, Enrekang Regency. The type of research that will be used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is data display, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study are 1) Overview of the principal's supervision of teacher work at UPT SDN 102 Pudukku, Enrekang Regency through 8 techniques that have not been implemented thoroughly but only a few techniques have been implemented, namely the technique of class visits, teacher council meetings and staff. However, classroom teaching demonstration techniques and bulletin publishing have not been carried out; 2) The supporting factors for the supervision of the principal on the work of teachers at UPT SDN 102 Pudukku, Enrekang Regency, namely the purpose of education has been understood by the teacher, and there is feedback from the supervisor; 3) The inhibiting factor for the supervision of the principal on the work of teachers at UPT SDN 102 Pudukku, Enrekang Regency is the ineffective and efficient use of time, and the absence of standards for implementing supervision by supervisors.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) adalah salah satu mata pelajaran di sekolah tingkat dasar (SD). Materi yang diajarkan di SD pun terkait dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran PAKEM terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN Inp. No. 49 Pasanggrahan Majene. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Inp. No. 49 Pasanggrahan Majene yang berjumlah 20 siswa yang terdiri dari 8 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan secara bersiklus dengan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan observasi, untuk mengumpulkan data tentang aktivitas belajar siswa pada saat proses kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung dan tes hasil belajar IPA siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan telah terjadi peningktan hasil belajar IPA siswa setelah model pembelajaran tersebut diterapkan. Hal tersebut terbukti dari meningkatnya persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar IPA siswa yang sebelumnya siklus I hanya mencapai 58,20, naik mencapai rata-rata persentase 83,80 siklus II, sehingga dikatakan bahwa kemampuan siswa sudah mencapai target minimal yang dicantumkan dalam kurikulum. Seluruh siswa juga sudah mencapai ketuntasan belajar, karena semua siswa atau 100% sudah mencapai KKM ?70. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN Inp. No. 49 Pasanggrahan Majene meningkat dan pengaruh model pembelajaran PAKEM dikatakan berhasil.

Abstract

Socialization of the preparation of e-modules is an activity carried out with the aim of providing understanding to teachers in compiling interactive e-modules using IT. One IT application that can be used is the Canva application. The activity was carried out for 3 months starting April 10 – July 10 2023. The location of this activity was SDN No. 49 inp. Residence. Participants in the activity totaled 14 teachers. The team involved in implementing the activity was 3 lecturers and involved 5 PGSD students. The implementation of activities uses several stages including the formation of a Community Service Team (PKM), observation, committee meetings, activity implementation and activity evaluation. Based on the results of the activity evaluation using a questionnaire filled out by the participants it showed that there were significant differences before and after the activity. Before the activity, some of the participants were not able to operate the Canva application and had never made interactive e-modules, while after the activity, most of the participants were able to operate the Canva application in making interactive e-modules. The socialization of the preparation of interactive e-modules is expected to assist teachers in making teaching devices or materials that can be used during the learning process.
