Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is the lack of implementation of the school health business program (UKS) allegedly by the lack of school health education, lack of school health services, an unhealthy school environment at SDN 01 Tanjung Gadang, Lareh Sago Halaban sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota Regency as it should be, especially in terms of health education, health services and the school health environment. From this fact, a temporary hypothesis was taken that the implementation of UKS at SDN 01 Tanjung Gadang, Lareh Sago Halaban District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency was not going well. Knowing the implementation of a healthy school environment at SDN 01 Tanjung Gadang, Lareh Sago Halaban District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The population of this study was class I to VI, consisting of 90 sons and 87 daughters. The total number of students is 177 students. Based on the population above, sampling was carried out using the “Purposive Sampling” technique. Where in this study the sample used was 44 students consisting of 21 fourth grade students and 23 fifth grade students at SDN 01 Tanjung Gadang. The instrument in this study uses a questionnaire that will be distributed to the sample. The conclusions are from school health education with a score (91.25%), school health services with a score (79.28%), and a healthy school health environment with a score (82.65%). So the overall average score (84.4%) performed very well.Key Words: School Health Efforts, School Services, School Environment

Abstract

Wasting is an acute malnutrition condition that often occurs in toddlers. Wasting can be caused by a lack of nutrition and infectious diseases that can cause metabolic syndrome resulting in drastic weight loss. One way to solve the Wasting problem is by providing high-protein foods. This study aims to identify the characteristics of crispy cookies with the addition of soy flour and moringa leaf flour as a snack to prevent Wasting. The study design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 formulations of soybean flour: moringa leaf flour, i.e  9: 1, 8: 2, 7: 3, 6: 4, 5: 5, and 4: 6, and repeated 4 times. The results showed that the higher the amount of soy flour, the higher the protein content in crispy cookies. The higher the addition of moringa leaf flour, the more crispy the cookie texture. There is a significant difference (sig < 0.05) between protein content and crispness. The best treatment in this study was the P3 treatment (soy flour: moringa leaf flour = 7: 3) with organoleptic quality characteristics of strong brown color (27.5), slightly strong unpleasant aroma (40.0), crunchy texture (15.8), strong sweet taste (45.0), slightly weak bitter taste (32.5), slightly strong unpleasant aroma (40.0), the protein content of 10.37 g/100g, and fracture strength of 4.25 N. The results of the organoleptic test were the best treatment for toddlers showed that 80% of the toddlers liked it and 20% dislike it. Six pieces of soy flour cookies and moringa leaf flour can be given to children aged 1-3 years to meet 23% of their daily protein needs. For children ages 4-5, 14 pieces per day can fulfill 10% of the daily protein requirement.

Abstract

ملخّص البحث وجدت الباحثة المشكلات في تعليم اللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف الثامن بالمدرسة المتوسطة مفتاح العلوم الشرعية جندونغ أغام. هي عملية التعليم تركز المدرس معرفة الطلاب لا تزال منخفضة، اهتمام الطلاب بدرسهم قليل، حماسة ونشاط الطلاب في الدرس منخفضا، الطلاب يشعرون بصعوبة في قراءة النصوص العربية. استخدمت الباحثة بحثا كميا شبة التجربيي، تصميم البحث المستخدم هو تصميم nonequivalent control group design.. وأما مجتمع البحث هو طلاب الصف الثامن، واستخدامت الباحثة أسلوب اختبار العينات Purposive Sampling. وأما أسلوب تحليل البيانات هو الاختبار الطبيعي، الاختبار التجانس، الاختبار الفرضية باستخدام البرنامج IMB SPSS. أما نتائج البحث هو يوجد تأثير استخدام نموذج التدريس التبادلي Reciprocal Teaching لتحسين مهارة القراءة لدى الصف الثامن. كانت وجدت الباحثة نتيجة اختبار الفرضية باستخدام اختبار Independent Sample T Test، وجدت نتيجة الأهمية هي 0،01 أصغر من 0،05 هذا يدل على يوجد تأثير استخدام التدريس التبادلي (Reciprocal Teaching) في مهارة القراءة لدى طلاب الصف الثامن في المدرسة التوسطة مفتاح العلوم الشرعية جندونغ أغام.
