Abstract

Philosophical education is a combination of opinions originating from philosophy which is the core of the field of education. The philosophical foundation of education is a form of arrangement composed in an idea or thought about the world of education explained from a general philosophical idea or thought (Metaphysics, Epistemology, Axiology) suggested by a particular philosophical school. the essence of man is not his body, but his soul/spirit, man is a thinking being, capable of choosing or being free, living by a clear and purposeful moral code. The task and purpose of human life is to live according to their talents and moral values ​​and norms handed down by the Absolute. The Relationship between Philosophy of Idealism and the Independent Curriculum. The relationship between philosophical idealism and independent learning is a unity that cannot be separated. The concept of independent learning is part of the efforts that fulfill the primary and secondary education system. With this concept, a special strategy was chosen to liberate various things in the implementation of education. Educators' understanding of philosophy of idealism as a knowledge base which is very important to understand, as a basis for thinking and as a basis for implementing the concept of independent learning which is neatly arranged with the aim of reforming the education system in Indonesia. Education according to the philosophy of idealism emphasizes the formation of students to be able to carry out social responsibility and human beings are thinking beings, able to choose or be free, living by a clear and purposeful moral code.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of parents in fostering learning motivation in elementary school children. The child in question is a child at elementary school age. Namely those aged 6.0 years to 12 years. Parents have a very important role in the education of their children, including as a motivator. In this case, parents must always encourage their children to have enthusiasm in learning, especially in studying at home as a support for successful achievement in school. The efforts that parents can make in increasing children's learning motivation include: 1) knowing the results, 2) giving prizes and punishments, 3) providing the tools or facilities needed. Parents as educators must always pay attention to the child's personal development as a determinant in the treatment of education in accordance with the period or age level and the child's thinking ability.

Abstract

Human resource management is one area of ​​general management which includes aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. Human resources are considered to have an increasingly important role in achieving goals, so various experiences and research results in the field of human resources are collected systematically in what is called human resource management. Utilization of human resources, is the process of activities of leaders who intend to employ employees who give sufficient performance and do not employ employees who are not useful. Several efforts to improve human resources in education: (a) Increasing the development of colleges and public universities from elementary to tertiary level, (b) Strengthening the development of students so that they become human beings who believe and have faith in God Almighty, (c) Higher education develops scientific minds in order to understand and live up to and be able to translate teachings according to and in harmony with people's lives
