Abstract

Early childhood is an age group that is in a unique development and a lot of children's potential can be developed in this period which is often called the golden age period. In this period the process of development occurs simultaneously in all aspects of child development, one of which is physical motor. However, currently there are many children who are still not interested in motor learning, because they are influenced by gadgets. This research is motivated by the lack of varied learning models so that children's gross motor skills have not developed ideally. Children's physical and motor development can be very important, because of situations for children to adapt survival skills, for example sports consisting of walking, running, jumping, holding objects using both hands & sharing social skills while playing with friends The objective of this study was to determine the effect of Tapak Suci extracurricular activities on children aged 5-6 years. This study uses experimental research methods. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used the Kolmogorov Smirnov T-Test. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS 16, a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.00 <0.05 is obtained, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the conclusion is that there is an influence in Tapak Suci extracurricular activities on children's gross motor skills.

Abstract

Abstrak Reading Wheel merupakan alat bantu ajar yang memudahkan anak untuk mengingat dan belajar, seperti permainan kincir, alat bantu ajar ini juga memberikan stimulasi kepada anak untuk menyukai atau lebih aktif mengidentifikasi suku kata dan belajar membaca dengan lebih mudah. , hasil belajar akan lebih bermakna bagi siswa kelompok B. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) untuk memahami peningkatan keterampilan membaca anak usia dini dengan kegiatan membaca roda pada kelompok Pendil B TK ABA 2 Kabupaten Banyuanyar Tahun 2022/2023.  Pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak, yaitu pada siklus sebelumnya pada siklus I siklus 38,25% dapat ditingkatkan menjadi 61,25 %, siklus I meningkat lagi, dan siklus II mencapai 85,35%. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media roda baca dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kualitas keterampilan membaca anak.Kata Kunci :   Membaca,media reading wheel, anak usia diniAbstrakReading Wheel is a teaching aid that makes it easier for children to remember and learn, such as a pinwheel game, this teaching aid also stimulates children to like or be more active in identifying syllables and learning to read more easily. , learning outcomes will be more meaningful for group B students. The research methodology uses classroom action research (CAR) to understand the improvement of early childhood reading skills with wheel reading activities in the Pendil B group of TK ABA 2 Banyuanyar Regency in 2022/2023. In this Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to improve children's reading skills, namely in the previous cycle in the first cycle of 38.25% the cycle could be increased to 61.25%, the first cycle increased again, and cycle II reached 85.35%. The results of this classroom action research indicate that the use of reading wheel media in learning can improve the quality of children's reading skills.Keywords : Reading, Reading Wheel, early childhood
