Abstract

Abstrak Inflasi merupakan permasalahan yang terjadi di setiap negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan penyebab inflasi melalui analisis determinan inflasi yaitu faktor-faktor ekonomi baik ekonomi konvensional maupun ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan metode VECM. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah FINC, PUAS, JUB(M2), ULN dan INFLASI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel INFLASI Lag 1 memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan INFLASI Lag 2 memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap INFLASI dalam jangka pendek sedangkan variabel FINC, PUAS, JUB(M2), dan ULN tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil VECM jangka panjang menunjukkan bahwa variabel FINC dan JUB memiliki pengaruh positif sedangkan variabel ULN memiliki pengaruh negatif. Dalam jangka panjang variabel PUAS berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap INFLASI. Kata Kunci: Inflasi, Determinan Inflasi, Ekonomi Syariah, VECM

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work motivation, leadership style, and workplace facilities on employee performance at Kantor Kecamatan Tobadak. The research employs quantitative methods, including regression analysis, to analyze data collected through questionnaires. The results reveal significant relationships between these variables and employee performance. Work motivation positively impacts employee commitment and effort, while effective leadership fosters a collaborative work environment. Adequate workplace facilities contribute to job satisfaction and productivity. The combined effect of these factors accounts for 39% of the variation in employee performance. These findings underline the importance of a motivated workforce, positive leadership practices, and conducive facilities for enhancing employee performance. Further research could consider additional factors that might influence performance outcomes.

Abstract

This research, conducted at the Office of the Regional Library and Archives Agency of Mamuju District, West Sulawesi, examines the factors influencing employee work effectiveness. Two primary independent variables, work environment and organizational culture, were investigated in relation to their impact on employee work effectiveness. The study found that both the work environment and organizational culture have a significant and positive influence on employee work effectiveness. Moreover, when considered simultaneously, these factors exert a substantial impact. The combined effect of the work environment and organizational culture accounts for 72.9% of the variation in employee work effectiveness. These findings emphasize the importance of addressing these factors to enhance employee performance and productivity. They provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to improve work effectiveness among their employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi kinerja pelayanan PDAM Tirta Manakarra melalui metode Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Analisis IPA mengklasifikasikan atribut-atribut pelayanan ke dalam empat kuadran berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan dan kinerjanya, yang menyoroti area-area yang memerlukan perbaikan atau retensi. Sementara itu, penilaian CSI menunjukkan skor kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan sebesar 58,22%, yang menunjukkan status "cukup puas". Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk mencapai tingkat kepuasan yang lebih tinggi. Meskipun atribut-atribut tertentu telah memenuhi kriteria yang memuaskan, upaya peningkatan berkelanjutan tetap diperlukan. Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya menyelaraskan pemberian layanan dengan harapan pelanggan, dengan potensi untuk meningkatkan kinerja PDAM Tirta Manakarra untuk memenuhi standar kepuasan konsumen yang lebih tinggi.
